We recently experienced a small water leak in our home, which required water and mold remediation. Mary Crowder at ServePro was our first and only call, and she did not disappoint. She and her team were professional, highly responsive, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. They turned an unfortunate and stressful situation into a manageable one with their efficiency and expertise. The ServePro team took care of everything promptly and professionally, giving us peace of mind. I highly recommend their services to anyone facing similar challenges.

When you go through a tragedy the stress levels rise as it did in our case. With a fire, smoke damage and water damage, it was an experience we had never been in and never expected to be in. I am Thankful for Lisa Levier with Servpro and her contents team. what was our chaos was her normal day. With a calm demeanor and caring attitude she walked us through the process, assured us of securing our home and belongings and walked us through every step of a busy process. Lisa took care of everything from disaster to finish with excellent communication and was always available for a question or insight.

Ian Campbell has been extremely professional, friendly, and helpful through this process so far. He communicates effectively with textsz emails, and calls and will happily clarify (the many) questions I have. The project isn't done yet but so far the service from him and his team has been 5 stars.

We had extensive water damage from a storm with wind driven rain. And we had leaks in both the living room and bedroom and then the water ‘traveled’ (staining in other rooms). We knew to call SERVPRO as we had used them years ago in another state. SERVPRO here from start to finish were OUTSTANDING. Jared Mize was the front end/remediation specialist. He was so knowledgeable and calming (which we needed!), and did a fantastic job guiding our project through that complicated process (old condo/asbestos abatement). Bob Hyatt was then our remodel lead and we knew we were in capable hands when we did the walk through with Bob. Again, super knowledgeable, professional, and always with a can-do attitude. Our condo is back to literally looking like nothing ever happened. Which is amazing to us! We highly recommend SERVPRO.

All servPro personnel who worked at my home were very courteous, professional, and respectful. They kept me updated at all times as to what was being done. I would definitely use ServPro again. The reconstruction process has not yet begun, but if it goes as smoothly as the demolition and cleanup process went. I will still be very pleased.

Truly a frustrating experience working with this company. From the beginning of the process, there was no communication. Each time they showed up at my house, it was either well past the scheduled time, or a complete surprise with no heads up.

The quality of work was not good, and any concerns I brought up were brushed aside. The subcontractors were sloppy, leaving trash in my house, paint on the carpet, and grout powder everywhere (somehow on the wall in my kitchen and all over my back patio). Nothing was properly taped off in the work area, so wall texture was sprayed inside of my bathroom fan. When brought up they said "well it still works right?"

Just a couple of the numerous examples from throughout the several month process. I recommend finding your own subcontractors, which will surprisingly save quite a bit of time and headache. Two stars because they were polite.

Ian assisted me with evaluating my house and recommended all necessary items that would need to get replaced after a recent flood. His prompt customer service was outstanding and helped me with any questions I had.

Lisa Levier has been extremely helpful in communicating with us about our project. She has gone above and beyond. She is a great representative of your company.

Ian Campbell of ServPro has been very attentive to the recent water damage in our Phoenix condo. He was quick in getting get a restoration estimate into our homeowner’s insurance, and in to follow up with both us & the claims agent. His attention to detail is very much appreciated.

We are very happy with the ServPro of Tempe moving services. The team with Lisa and Charles were exceptionally helpful, communication was great. She always kept her word. The packing, moving, reassembling of furniture was done very efficiently. Would highly recommend them.

This company should be called CricketsPro because after you start with them all you hear is crickets. They started off strong and made me feel secure in my decision with their work but slowly they have just completely disappointed. They show up with no notice and put in maybe two hours of work a week. Blaming everything and anything. Completely careless of how long it will take to finish a project. I am two months in and have no idea when they will complete the job due to lack of communication. I wish I would have gone elsewhere, this job would have been done in 3 days. Not three months or more.

Ian has been such a pleasure to work with. His customer service skills are exceptional. He was proactive, kept me informed and I felt he had my best interests at heart. My experience thus far with Servpro has been great!

Sergio V. and Jamian R. we're our mitigation team for a big leak from a closet ceiling. They set up drying fans and air scrubbers I strategic locations on both sides of closet wall and monitored daily. They excavated all the material only that was necessary to limit the amount of reconstruction that needed to be done. They were careful to cover everything and especially handling granular insulation kept it contained in the ceiling after carefully disposing of all wet materials. We were impressed with their work, cleaned up with excellent care, and careful of rooms to go through and hallway. They were personable, answered all our questions, informed us daily of the drying process and were fun to have around in our mini disaster. We're glad we went with ServPro. From Francisco to Ruben and Lexa, everyone did a nice job for us. I almost forgot to add that Sergio and Jamian cleared out my closet of clothes and shoes in storage boxes they made for me. They then stacked them in the garage. That was so helpful to me as there was a lot of stuff. UPDATE ON TH E RECONSTRUCTION 1/16/2024: Jeff and Chris did a marvelous job of reconstructing a closet for drywall, texture, paint and re-situating a tall shelving/drawer against the wall. They were pleasant gentleman to work with and took care of a few more items for brackets as I requested. My closet looks great after a severe leak ruined half of it, ceiling and wall together from a leak in the attic pipes. I'd recommend ServPro for water mitigation and reconstruction. Before/after pics below. Bob, the manager of the project helped out as well to make sure my questions were answered and ensure the additional brackets I needed were installed as requested. The finished project looks like nothing ever happened.

We experienced the worst event we have ever experienced. A house fire. The fire caused damage to the attic, but to fight the fire, the entire ceiling and everything in the attic comes down on your things. Then the water, debris, smoke smell, chemicals…the list goes on.
Servpro responded immediately and assisted with the recovery of personal things, such as photos, documents, clothing and keepsakes that could be salvaged. My first contact was Lisa. Lisa handles contents. She came in and took 360 photos, gathered up those personal items and protected them. Then she scheduled the cleaning and delivery of our close personal items and clothing that could be saved. She took extra care in protecting our things. For that we are so grateful and thankful. Lisa always answers our calls immediately and offers honest answers. She is caring and thoughtful and above all respectful, not only to us, but our property. Thank you Lisa!!! You are amazing. You are an asset and valuable staff member at Servpro.

Our project manager Bob Hyatt was absolutely amazing. I was so sceptic when he told us end of the month and was very happily surprised that he made it happen! Bob was great at communicating and a complete pleasure to work with!!!

This was my first experience with a homeowner's insurance claim for water damage to my home from a clogged pipe attached to my air conditioner unit. My insurance company sent out a representative from ServePro North Tempe to inspect the water damage throughout my home. Andrew Singh showed up for ServePro. He immediately eased my fears of the insurance claim process. He was professional, very polite and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and calmed my nerves.
