ServPro of Paradise Valley rescued us from a disastrous situation! My elderly mother's house flooded while I was out of town. Her plumber had her call a well-known remediation company that was truly awful, and they left my mother stranded for weeks with a torn up house in dangerous condition. Beware and be sure to do research before hiring!
I terminated the agreement, and after some research, I called ServPro of Paradise Valley. Josh came to her house and began the mitigation and reconstruction process. I honestly cannot emphasize enough how impressed I was throughout the whole process. Josh was attentive, thorough, and the work done was excellent! He personally addressed any concerns we had along the way, and made an overwhelming experience feel manageable. Most importantly, Josh is a man of integrity who treated us as though we were always his most important concern (even though I know he was incredibly busy during this time.) He truly lives up to the verse at the end of each of his emails, Colossians 3:23, which says, "Whatsoever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord."
The work is complete with beautiful updates!! I am forever grateful to have found ServPro of Paradise Valley. If you are searching for help with remediation/reconstruction, this is a company you can certainly trust. I highly recommend them and would hire them again for any similar situation!

Josh and Austin showed up two hours earlier than quoted. They were efficient, friendly and showed respect for my property. Clear direction and expectations were left. Would highly recommend.

Ian Campbell (Recon Estimator) has been very helpful in getting us set up for the restoration of our home, after severe weather damaged it. His communication with us has been top notch, which is truly appreciated during this stressful event! He keeps us informed with each step in the estimating process and responds very quickly to calls and texts!

Ian has made the initial steps go smoothly and we’re hoping the full restoration will be just as good.

Roof damaged during a microburst in Tempe. ServPro was referred by my insurance and they jumped right in and got to work. Ian did a great job as our initial contact with ServPro. He kept us informed of progress through demolition and submission of the repair quote to the insurance company. Very good communication, prompt and easy to understand.

Had repairs done inside and outside my house. The work was done well, on time, and on budget. They even took the time, instead of just doing the repair straightaway, to make sure the root cause of the interior damage was what we thought, and it was actually something else that they then fixed. Very pleased with the quality of the work.

Construction team is hard to rank with some really good performance and a few frustrations.
I’m glad it’s about completed. It was far more stressful than it needed to be.

Xavier Duenas did an excellent job negotiating with my insurance company and fighting for me when they gave me a low bal estimate. He is highly skilled at what he dose. I could not recommend his service any higher.

Sergio and Justin came within an hour of being called for a leak in my roof. They were very respectful and courteous during the days they were here at my home. They are top notch employees and ServPro is fortunate to have such caring and personable employees. I also had other ServPro employees, Andrew & Juan, who performed additional tasks and also provided exceptional service. I would not hesitate to call ServPro in the future.

Excellent professional service. Made sure our water damage was cleaned and disinfected properly in a timely manor.

I have used them on several occasions and they are always quick to respond, remedy and repair water damage and put everything back to how it was before!

I had a flood that went from my hall bath thru the wall & into my den. Totally flooding it & ruining flooring, walls & furniture. I contacted Ideal on a Tuesday morning. By Tuesday afternoon - they came - the furniture was moved out, the carpet & padding - up & gone. The wall cut where the leak was & fans set in both rooms. Justin & Kyle did an amazing job!
The drywaller came the following week because Ideal advised me it would be best to leave the fans in longer to assure everything was dry. I work in construction & have to say that these 2 gentlemen did one of the best drywall jobs I've seen. Yesterday Kyle & Justin came back to put my furniture back & re-hook my wi-fi & all the good stuff that needs connecting now-a-days. They were careful & thorough. They made sure everything was working & back on line.
I am so thankful that I contacted Ideal to get my house back in shape. I highly recommend them - you won't be sorry!

Justin and Garrett have been incredible my entire experience dealing with multiple jobs. Justin has gone above and beyond with his work ethic, his customer service is beyond many if not all companies and contractors I've dealt with. Garretts advice halls been good and feedback valued. Lastly the work they do is incredible... as if it never happened.

James and his team at ideal are my first choice now. Impressed...no. More like blown away. James's team was early...not on time but early. When was the last time a trade sat outside your home ready to work? James and his team are responsible for turning my kitchen into an at home destination place. We love the craftsmanship, quality of work and attention to detail. He didn't just transform my kitchen, they transformed the way we cook, eat and congregate in the kitchen. James's team had to work around the schedule of another trade and was more than accommodating. At the end of each day, they cleaned up as if they were never day. Most trades don't do that. If there was a problem, James called us with the problem AND the solution. How about that!?!
