RMR came out right away with a major leak we had in our master bathroom. Everything we have experienced with them has been absolutely fabulous. We had the pleasure of meeting multiple team members and they were all top notch. Some of them even took time to hang out with our special needs daughter which really meant a lot to us. Matt came out initially to do assessment. He was fantastic and very thorough. Jacobee was a great project manager, the other guys Markell and Darius were phenomenal. They all did a great job and it was a pleasure having them in our home. Would highly recommend this company for any emergency needs. Thanks guys!

In January 2026, I contacted Rocky Mountain Restoration regarding a water leak in my home. From my first conversation with Dominick Swanson, Operations Manager, through my subsequent interactions with Austin Blood, Project Manager, and Sam Wilder, Technician, my experience with this organization has been nothing short of exceptional.

Every member of the team was remarkably polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and proactive. The level of professionalism and care they demonstrated truly set them apart. By far, this has been one of the best service experiences I have ever had.

Austin and Sam were so good! Austin was so communicative. He explained everything thoroughly, checked in with us multiple times during the process to make sure things were going well. When there was a problem noted by the team he called me and dealt with it very professionally. I really appreciated how personable he was and how well he kept me in the loop!

Robert and team were awesome to work with on painting our home exterior. Robert made the process super easy and was a great communicator. The team took their time to do a quality job. Both the team lead and Robert did a final walk through before wrapping up the job. After the job was completed we were the talk of the neighborhood, neighbors stopped by and sent emails us to compliment the new paint job. I will absolutely be calling Robert again for all future painting needs.

I have waited to do this review as I did not want to type it angry. I will say the painting looks great other than a spot missed by the air conditioner. Unfortunately, the painters broke my yard decorations (they did finally offer to pay for them). My biggest issue was my quote. It did not say I needed to pay cash or venmo. I was paying by credit card for whole house painting. When requesting an invoice to pay, it did not allow credit cards. When I asked, they then told me it was a 3% upcharge to use credit cards even though I was never told this, and it was not on my quote. After some texts back and forth, a different number texts me and now says it is a 4% + 1 dollar upchage for paying via credit card. I find this to be an unprofessional and somewhat shady way to do business.

Robert was very responsive and professional. His crew was very polite and they did an amazing job on my exterior. Their lines were perfect and the layers look solid. My house looks so great and I’m very happy with their service. I plan to use them again and will recommend them to all of my friends and clients.

Used Robert and Maricopa Valley Painting for a large drywall repair at my home. They were on time, professional, and clean. New wall looks great! Will be using MVP for future work and painting.

Maricopa Valley Painting was great!!!! The owner, Robert, met with me to look at my house and provide a quote for painting the outside. He was very courteous and responsive during the whole process. He answered all my questions and kept me up to date during the entire process in a prompt and professional manner. Manuel, the project manager, and his team were great as well. He communicated with me during the process and addressed any of my concerns. Him and his time not only did a great job painting my house in a timely manner, that were also courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this company and hope to use them in the future when I’m ready to paint the inside of my house.
