The excellent service didn't stop there. Because our large order arrived in stages over the course of a month, the 'best delivery team ever' made three separate trips to accommodate us. They were incredibly professional and careful with every piece and installation. To make the process even easier, they hauled away most of our old furniture for donation and graciously stored a few items for us until we could pick them up a couple weeks later and donate them to our friends.

Santos and his crew did outstanding work on cleaning the roof and gutters of my home, cleaning up afterwards and pressure washing my driveway for a fair and reasonable price. Everything in a straightforward and honest manner without any hidden costs or fees. I will be using their quality services again in the future and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Santos and his team did great work on my garage. They put new shingling on the roof and installed new siding on the whole structure along with gutters and painting. The work was completed quickly and skillfully. Their pricing was very competitive.

Santos and his guys did a bunch of work for me recently. They pressure washed the front of my place, fixed all of my dry rotted facia boards, painted, trimmed trees and even laid bark down. I couldn’t be happier with his work and professionalism. He even asked if I wanted him to lay moss out on my roof. I knew he was a great guy when he quoted me one price, I was ready to pay him and he actually said it was cheaper than what he originally quoted me. Santos and his crew replaced our siding and painted the exterior of our house. They were amazing to work with. Always up front and honest, with great and reasonable prices. We came by Santos roofing services by chance, his company was doing a neighbors roof.. My husband walked over to speak with Santos and ask if he was interested in giving us an estimate for a tear off and roof replacement. Santos came over and estimated the amount of work with price. We agreed on the price and made arrangements on start date 11/27/2023 the crew arrived on time and were extremely professional the team was very courteous and conscientious about taking care of my house and yard during working hours and after each day of work was completed. Santos communication was great and we never had any surprises he was always keeping us informed. Also Santos invited my husband to do some inspections during and after the work was completed. As he was inspecting the roof Santos was explaining to him all the details, which he said was very very informative. Santos roofing company completed the roof ahead of schedule and on budget.

Santos has helped us twice and i’m sure there will be more to come. He helped us with a fireplace project. Perfectionist and very reasonable priced. On time, professional and respectful. Later on in the year I had a leaking issue coming from our skylight. That same morning he gave me a price and did the job the same day.

I called Lakewood Roofing and spoke with the owner Christian about a roof leak. He was here within 20 minutes, and fixed the leak immediately, without trying to upsell at all. I was SO impressed! What a nice guy and a great company! He came highly recommended to me and I’m glad that I found this company!

Two years ago, Lakewood Roofing replaced my roof. I should have left a review then, I just forgot to. They did an amazing job at a very reasonable price.

Yesterday we discovered that there was a problem with the vent for the bathroom fan, and water was dripping back inside. Christian came out on a Saturday to check it out.

Even after he found the easily fixable problem (insulation blocking the exhaust flap, basically), he still pulled the entire vent to make sure there wasn't anything else wrong, corrected the problem, and reinstalled it.

I've recommended them in the past, and I will continue to do so. It's wonderful to find a contractor you can trust.

She demonstrated the epitome of excellent customer service and professionalism throughout the entire process of replacing our roof! She made it very painless, and efficient. So glad I used Lakewood Roofing! They were the only one of 5 companies I got to give an estimate that recommended I file an insurance claim. Their agent came out when insurance sent someone out, and I did get about 20% toward my new roof.

Lakewood's estimates were on a par with other companies' estimates. They stripped and reroofed in 2 days, despite inclement weather.

I had an issue, which they quickly rectified. I am very satisfied with the final product. I also want to add that their customer service is fantastic; they emailed photos of the roof and answered my questions promptly. Their staff are friendly and professional.

I have the highest recommendation for this company and their employees.

Fantastic service! Christian came out and did a thorough inspection of our roof to find that it did indeed need replacement. He spent over an hour on the roof taking pictures, inspecting, and figuring out the source of our leak. Their bid was competitive, and they worked with us to create a re-roofing plan that would fit both our needs and our budget. The roofing crew was top notch. I had good communication with him during the whole process. The office also called me, during the process, to see if I had any questions. Communication is important to this company.
