Junk Grunts is excellent. They worked with us through multiple project changes. Chad gives great advice related to excavation and water management on the property. We definitely recommend them!

We hired Chad from Junk Grunts in the summer of 2019 to clean up and level our backyard. He is very professional and friendly. He pulled out pounds of debris and leveled the yard. The price was very reasonable. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We used Junk Grunts for some excavation! So impressed with their knowledge and the response time. In a time where you are happy to get a call back, he not only got the job done in a timely manner he was helpful in his knowledge and very respectful to our needs. They go above and beyond to help get the job done! I will be using them anytime I need work done.

We had a scheduled appointment for this morning and no one showed up. Upon calling the office the person who set up the appointment, Desiree, was apologetic and told me that while she put the appointment down and sent it to Chad, she didn't put it in the system and he was in Deer Park (pretty far from where we are). We have decided not to reschedule as taking time off work already cost us money and time we will not get back, and it doesn't inspire confidence for future work.

**I am leaving my initial review exactly as I wrote it this morning. However I'm adding this edit to respond to the company's libelous comment as it's the only way.

I called at 10:21 this morning to see why no one showed up during my designated appointment time and to let them know that if someone was coming late that I had to leave soon and wouldn't be there. Again, as I said in my initial review, Desiree apologized and offered to reschedule to which I responded I would need to talk to my husband and we both said goodbye and hung up. I'm confused by the comments about last week because my appointment was for today not last week, so maybe that was the misunderstanding even though she confirmed today's date and time at the end of the call when I set up the appointment. After my husband and I talked and decided not to go forward with this company, I posted my review at 10:30 and then left. I can't have my phone with me there.

I never talked to anyone other than Desiree, so I was very surprised when I got home tonight to see this response posted an hour after my review (when I didn't have my phone) detailing a conversation that did not take place with me. I had two suspected spam calls at 11:02 and 11:04 but no voicemails. The number was not the one I called this morning. My phone automatically screens suspected spam calls and tells the caller to leave a voicemail with their name and number if they want me to call them back. No one did. I have screenshots of my call list that are time-stamped that show there were no calls from this company's name or any voicemails ever left by them. I can't call someone back if I don't know who called because you didn't leave a voicemail.

Basically calling me a monster with no empathy as well as falsely stating that I've "made quite a career trying to ruin other businesses" is awful. I'm not sure why you would say that, as you never showed up so we have never talked/met and you know nothing about me. Until seeing your response now, I didn't know about Desiree nor should I as that's her private business. If we could give this business zero stars at this point we would. We had a bad experience, but I was polite on the phone and in my review. Now you've made it exponentially worse with baseless comments about my character. We are a veteran family and we support small businesses- especially veteran owned ones when we can and we had been disappointed it didn't work out with you.

I don't know if Desiree reads comments but if she does: I am so sorry for your loss last week. I've recently been in your shoes and it is absolutely shattering. I hope you are healing well and I wish you nothing but the best.

Great team, great work. Other vendors did not have the experience and expertise to complete the work. Junk grunts was able to save me over 20k and completed the work 2 days earlier than quoted from the bull dog company.

We had an unfortunate experience with another plumbing firm, so once we were no longer working with them, I started calling around to friends to see if any of them could recommend another business to repair our sewer line. Soon we were calling Junk Grunts, and before long Chad and his team were busy doing things the right way. We were pleased, of course, when Chad explained that he always gives a significant discount to veterans, so that saved us hundreds of dollars. Thanks to Chad and Junk Grunts! We will call them first for any plumbing needs.

Chad was great to work with. Crew was exceptional and very respectful. They installed a trenchless sewer line. Chad showed up to the estimate with knowledge of past work done on our sewer. He obviously did his homework. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in away I could understand. I appreciated his and his crews work ethic. Hard working and taking pride in the job they were here to do, My job was done on time and accordingly to job scope. They went beyond to make sure I was happy with the end result. Would highly recommend and will definitely refer them to my friends and family.

This company was very informative and quick with responses. They were recommended highly by a plumber of ours we trust a lot. Chad was willing to come look at our issue only a weekend worth of a wait. When he was looking at the issue he was having a hard time getting through to see the problem so we showed him a video we had from the inspection over a year ago and he was able to figure out the problem from that. It took a day for him to write up the estimate and get scheduled the following morning. His team was very professional and quick with the job. We had to cut into the driveway to get the whole line extracted and they made sure it still looked decent when they covered up the hole with dirt. I will be recommending them to everyone and using them in the future if needed.

Chad & Co. were doing work across the street at a neighbors. My husband was watching them, as we had work to be done with machinery in our yard. We had tried several times to get another guy with another company to come do the work for us, and after giving us a bid which we accepted, 4 times out of the 4 scheduled appointments he made with us he did not show up or called with an excuse. My husband went across the street to
talk to the workers and requested Chad to stop by and take a look at what we needed done. On the last day of the neighbors job, Chad came by. He looked at the work, gave us a fair price and had the work done that same day in about 2 hours. We are completely satisfied with the job and will call Junk Grunts again in the future. Junk Grunts caused damage to my property while working on a nearby project. Their excavator bucket struck the roof of my shop, causing significant damage. They never notified me of the incident—I only discovered it upon inspection.

When I called to address the issue, they denied responsibility and became hostile over the phone instead of handling the situation professionally. Their aggressive and dismissive response made it clear they had no intention of making things right.

Due to their refusal to take accountability, I had to pursue legal action. I’m sharing this review to warn others about Junk Grunts’ unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and lack of accountability. Think twice before doing business with them.

I was impressed with the service I received from Junk Grunts Land Development. They did a great job preparing my garage pad and leveling out a section of my yard for my kids' play equipment. They also did a fantastic job leveling out and laying gravel for my driveway, making it safe and accessible again. The prices were reasonable, and they were professional and courteous throughout the process, showing consideration for my property and livestock. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Junk Grunts was the best thing that has happened to us since the fire. Every one of the employees has been helpful and friendly. We talked to them told them what we needed and they started right away, I mean like with in the hour. The guys worked day and night, all weekend to get our job done. Even when we added extra things for them to do. No questions asked they jumped right on them. The price was very fair. We were very happy with what they charged. Desiree was the best. She helped me with getting a permit, that the County was refusing to give me. After the Medical Lake Gray fire took our house there was many places that said they would help us, but the Junk Grunts were the only ones that really came through and helped us. The did a fantastic job on our sewer line replacement. They were very upfront on all costs and communicated in a very timely manner. Chad definitely knows what he’s doing and so does his crew. When we did our quote Chad explained everything very clearly from start to finish. They were done very quickly and definitely put in a lot of hard work. I would recommend them to anyone needing any of the services they provide. We had gotten a lot of quotes prior and they had the best price with above average service and could not be happier with the work they did and are very grateful that we decided to go with Junk Grunts over the competition.

I called several places to get work done on my place and Junk Grunts went above and beyond! Not only did they answer right away, but their response time was top notch. They came to my place to dig a 400’ trench which had several tricky obstacles and had it done before some of the other companies even returned my call. Chad came out to take a look at the removal of a mobile home on our property. He said we would get an estimate within a week. We haven't heard anything at all. Won't return phone calls or emails. Very disappointed, seemed like a great guy!

I reached out to Junk Grunts to have a retaining wall installed, and some fill dirt brought in to level my backyard. Chad arrive promptly and gave detailed information about the steps he would take to accomplish our desired outcome. Throughout the entire process, he was more than happy to answer any questions and continued to communicate with me until the job was complete. The retaining wall turned out amazing, and my backyard is actually functional now.

We hired Junk Grunts to remove a tree trunk left over from a fallen tree. He was quick, efficient and he even leveled out the hole for us. Great guy! We’d hire him again! We fully recommend Junk grunts and look forward to doing business with him in the near future! Thanks Chad!
