These guys are great! Family owned and one of the best sub contractors I've worked with in a while. They are dependable, honest and do great work. They build fences, carports and arbors.

The only problem is they are so good they are booked up in advance. I highly recommend these guys.

Review for Estrada Fencing & Outdoor Living
I had the pleasure of working with Estrada Fencing & Outdoor Living last summer, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Their workmanship and professionalism were evident throughout the project.
Estrada Fencing & Outdoor Living is a family business with years of experience. George and Jorge Estrada have built almost every fence on my street and many in the neighborhood. They are very proficient and extremely pleasant to work with. Years ago, they built our 6-foot fence, and we recently upgraded to an 8-foot fence.
We encountered some issues with the rear of our fence falling over, which was due to the lack of a retaining wall when the house was built. To address this, we specified a concrete footer and stronger posts. Additionally, on our side yard, where we had decomposed granite for raised bed gardening that was eroding onto our neighbor’s property, they installed a concrete footer there as well.
Estrada Fencing & Outdoor Living did an exceptional job. They were timely, responsive, and enjoyable to work with. The fence was over 300 feet long, and they added a small subtle detail every 12 feet to break up the monotony.
We initially had privacy issues with the 6-foot fence and considered placing hedges and trees for extra privacy. However, choosing the 8-foot fence turned out to be a far better decision for privacy concerns.
This project was more complex than a typical fencing job, and Estrada Fencing & Outdoor Living handled it with aplomb. Thanks, George and Jorge, for a fantastic job.

A few months ago representative came into my Neighbourhood offering solar panel system to save on my electricity bill. I agreed because my bill was constantly high. I thought this was a good idea at the time unfortunately, when I realize the agreement was not what it seemed I attempted to chancel I was told if I did they would put a lien on my home so I felt forced to go along with the contract since the system was installed in April. I have yet to see any improvement on my FP&L bill. I have contact company many times, but I’m constantly being referred back to an answering system. no response no phone calls no emails nothing from them so now I’m stuck with the solar system that’s default which I have to pay for. I’m still paying a high electric bill. This company is no good.

My water damage was really upsetting to see every day , Tom and his crew came in and with expertise they took care of the whole situation in my kitchen without hesitation. I’m really glad I hired them . Definitely satisfied .

After Hurricane Ian we came back to a flooded home with severe damage to our floors. Maso Restoration's team came briefly after I contacted them and took care of it. Thankful for their rapid response and exceptional professionalism. Totally recommend!

I had a mold issue in my walls and repair-men would just come and paint over it. Tom and his team actually came and fixed the problem. They were honest and explained the real issue and repaired it timely. It’s hard to find people to work honestly now a days, which is why I recommend Maso to all my friends.

The owner Tom was very involved and put my mind at ease during a stressful time .He assured me all would be ok and fixed within a reasonable time. I could not have been more pleased and impressed with his professionalism and work in my home . What a great crew he has!! I totally recommend Maso restoration:)

Nothing but the best things to say about this company... !! Tommy and his crew are always so helpful and accommodating. We've had two different issues now, and both times they came and fixed everything right away. I can't thank them enough for all their help- they also deal with the insurance company directly so I didn't have to worry about anything with that. Call them- you won't be disappointed!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your company. I initially called with a serious concern, and while the first representative I spoke with (a woman) was informative and helpful, things quickly took a negative turn. She assured me that someone would be in touch later that day, but no one followed up as promised. She said if I have any further questions to call back, that the calls are routed to her phone.
After calling back and leaving a message, I received a return call from the owner who answered my questions and indicated that someone would come out to assist. However, after providing my address, there was no further communication. I made several attempts to contact him by phone and text, but my efforts were met with no response, leaving me feeling ignored and uncomfortable.
I understand that things can get busy, but the lack of follow-through and the failure to communicate has left me feeling unsafe and uncertain about how this situation was handled. If for any reason your company decided not to proceed with the service, I would have preferred transparency instead of being left in the dark.
Unfortunately, due to this poor customer service and lack of professionalism, I would not recommend Maso Mold to others.
