He installed a new sliding door for us. He was not only fast and communicative but his work was impeccable. Finishing the project in just a few days time in 90 degree heat . Very thankful. As he worked nonstop .

I have lived here in p_town USA for more than 35 years now...
And we on Peake lane have never had our street replaced or pit holes patched.
But other streets around us has had lots of work done to them and NOTHING DONE on our street.
Please DON'T MOVE TO P-TOWN VA. USA.

This Portsmouth department are awful liars instead being honest & just saying the cost has gone up they tell you that you might have a leek call a plumber... most of us know or can tell when we got plumbing issues but every home owner i've talked to said there Water bill went up $40 or more...SO DOES THE WHOLE CITY HAS A LEEK??

Portsmouth public works picks up your trash / recycling when they want to ! Leave trash in the middle of the road and never pick up recycling bins !

Wheels feel off trash can after it was emptied. Called for a replacement. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting. Defective trash can has been at curb since that happened.

The city is filthy! Anywhere you go, main roads, side streets there is trash everywhere, junk cars, houses. What do the work crews do when they are doing nothing? Disgusting.

I don't think a person should expect much. I called the supervisor for Portsmouth public utilities and left a message several times. there is a 4 foot by 1 and 1/2 foot 200lb manhole cover in my neighbor's yard that is not covering the manhole and it's causing a sinkhole in my yard that is about 3 foot by 4 foot at this time. I would think this could be an easy enough fix, especially knowing that it's only going to get much worse and much more expensive to fix. there also is a chance for some major flooding for myself and the neighbors around me in my opinion. There doesn't seem to be a lot of interest and fixing the problem.

This company does amazing work! They arrived at 8:30am and by 5pm my entire fence was completely installed! They were very professional and answered any questions I had during the installation! I would highly recommend this company if you are looking too replace your privacy fence!

We had a somewhat complicated pool fence installation due to very uneven terrain. Jack and his team worked with that and created a fence that blends well into the natural landscape. You can’t tell in the photo that there is such a drop off of elevation. Well done!

Mister Fence was the best price by far ! He and his crew were fast and cleaned up after the job was finished . He is down to earth and fair . He can answer and questions and responds fast if you needed to reach him . I would recommend his company 100% to anyone in the area of Tidewater Va needing a fence . I had a tree branch damage a section on my new fence and Mr. Fence sent out a crew within 24 hours to complete the needed repairs .

I just had the best experience with Mister Fence and would strongly suggest that you make them your first call. Jack was phenomenal to work with and made the process very easy, even through some unexpected changes when the house next to me was sold and I needed to change my design. The crew removed my old fence and put in a beautiful new black aluminum fence in about three hours, and did a super job. I keep getting compliments from my neighbors on great the new fence looks.
