For reference, I co-own a small farm with a lot of rolling hills used as grazing pasture; half of that pasture became overrun with brush, small trees, and other invasive weeds that grew too fast for us to manage successfully. From start to finish, my experience with Clint, owner/operator, was excellent. Clint rode the property during the quote process, taking time to ask questions, address concerns, and discuss options. I was pleasantly surprised to have a full quote within 24 hours. His communication about timing of the start, and duration, of the project was on par with the end result, and he kept me in the loop about potential schedule changes. The work itself was very well done, and he required very little oversight; which is a relief for someone that's running an operation that demands a lot of drive-time and juggling of schedules. I am very pleased with the caliber of work, and also appreciate Clint's easy-going and friendly demeanor. He's up-front about costs, what will work and what won't work, and I would confidently recommend him to anyone in need of brush clearing, grading, and pasture management. We will definitely have him out in the future for other projects.

Update- I used Clint’s services again today. We had a dead shrub we needed removed, along with its “twin” shrub. He came over and plucked both shrubs out in no time - maybe 20 mins, and charged a reasonable rate.

We have used Triad Tractor for many projects around our 16-acre farm. Clint is personable, knowledgeable and very willing to customize projects and needs for his customers. He's also great at scheduling and without fail, is typically only a day or two off at most of his quoted/estimated schedule. He is fairly priced and always works with you if any unexpected challenges arise which is greatly appreciated.

Clint does a great job. He helped me get my land under the power lines under control. Each time he comes it looks better and better. He will work with you, at your own speed, to create a look you have envisioned! I highly recommend!
