Tropical pools are absolutely the best from start to finish. I had a custom design and they made it real. They are always there when you need an answer for any questions. I can't say anything bad against them if your looking to pit a pool in or pavers they are the best

Very happy we went with Tropical Pools & Pavers. We had started the process with two other pool companies before contacting Jon from Tropical Pools and he completely sold us, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great pool building experience.

We just got our new pool filled (2019) and we love everything about it - the pool finish and quality, the water feature, the pavers, the cage. Tropical Pools has been fabulous in every way throughout the process from great attention to the design and accommodating our change requests to the excellent attitudes and workmanship of literally dozens of specialized workers. We greatly appreciate each and every one of them and we appreciate the seamless coordination that pulled the project together. If you are considering purchasing a new pool, understand that it is a multi-month, complex, and expensive project. We are VERY happy that we chose Tropical as they made that process virtually hassle-free and relatively affordable.

Can’t say enough good things. Had several bids for what we wanted and Tropical the most reasonable. The design process with Jon was very easy and enjoyable. Construction went very smoothly with great communication from Curtis and his team. Minor issues at completion were addressed promptly. The pool is exactly what we hoped for. Highly recommend.

Curtis, Regan, Laura and Gary were great to work with. Curtis, was extremely communicative during every aspect of the job and kept me informed with every step in the process. I could trust that the work would be completed when he said and he was flexible with his crew to accommodate a neighboring property’s request. The pool turned out incredible and was completed much quicker than I anticipated. Regan designed a beautiful pool and explained the process well from the beginning. Laura was helpful organizing inspections and keeping me up to date with the paperwork side of the process. Gary was such a great teacher during “pool school” and got the pool up and ready in no time. He made himself available for follow-up questions as well. Thank you to the entire team - each person was great at every step of the process.

We couldn’t be happier with our pool that was just completed by Tropical Pools! Jon was awesome designing a pool for the small space that we had and Curtis was awesome as well, on the site constantly making sure that the work was running smoothly. Highly recommend them!

Best decision we ever made! We met with multiple different companies in the area, and after Regan came to the house for a consult, we knew we wanted to move forward with Tropical Pools and Pavers. He was a pleasure to work with, communication about the project along the way was great, and all of the guys that came to the house worked very hard and were professional. Permitting with the city took about 4-6 weeks and once that was issued, construction start to finish was exactly 2 months. We will recommend this company to everyone. Following a recommendation from our contractor, we consulted with Curtis and Christian at Tropical Pool and Pavers. From the initial meeting through to the completion of the project, the team at Tropical Pool demonstrated professionalism and a commitment to quality service. At every step, their crew did an amazing job! Our pool, previously 20 years old and outdated, was transformed with new pavers, tile, coping, and pebbletec, resulting in a significant aesthetic upgrade. Their workmanship has greatly enhanced the appearance of our pool, and I am pleased to recommend their services.

If you are in the market for a pool, I strongly urge you to contact Tropical. We talked to several pool companies and Tropical was by far the most reasonable and there were no high-pressure sales tactics. It was the most stress-free project my husband and I have ever experienced!! (We had a pool built at our previous house by another builder and that was a nightmare.) The whole process with Tropical was super easy and every person we encountered was professional and courteous. Regan, the designer, was a breeze to deal with and Ronnie was always available with clear and concise responses to any questions we had. Their teams showed up when Ronnie said they would, they were respectful of our property and every part of the build passed inspection the first time. And after the build, Christian showed up weekly to make sure everything was running properly. My only regret is that the pictures do not do the pool justice. To me, it is perfection, it is exquisite, it is a masterpiece. Special thanks to the tile guys that spent so much time perfecting the spa tiles. I know we had a rather difficult ask with that corner and it looks absolutely amazing! Thank you to Regan, Ronnie, Christian and everyone at Tropical! It was an absolute pleasure working with all of you!

My sales rep was Joe. Such a great guy. I got great advice on replacing my fence after the hurricane, and he was always available if I had any questions as I went through the process. The company itself was fantastic. It was a very slick process and I had to wait almost no time for them to come out and replace my fence. The quality of work is fantastic. The communicated with me the entire time the installation was happening and in the end, I could not be more satisfied. Thank you, Joe and the team!

Discount fence put our new fence in today and Joe the sales rep and the installer did an amazing job. I highly highly recommend.

Discount Fences removed my old, hurricane-damaged pine wood fence and replaced it with a vinyl (Homeland) 6ft privacy fence. The crew did the removal, and replacement of the whole fence in one day (around 257 linear ft). Installation included the replacement of the double and single gates. Only a minor accident while installing the posts (cracked sprinkler pipe), which I understand it would be hard to avoid since the sprinkler line ran along side of the fence.

After the installation was done, there were also able to adjust the height in the next day to make sure the fence was at least 6ft tall around the whole property. Alejandra stopped by a few days later to address the height issue on the back fence, which was adjusted in just a few hours.

Joe was so nice and very communicative, and understanding when we needed to make a small change to our plans. The team was great and got the job done quickly. The whole process was very smooth which is much appreciated. Our new fence looks great. Thanks so much! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend discount fence as we had a wooded backyard and preparing for the upcoming hurricane season, we did a lot of cleanouts that left our backyard open to the neighbors’ lots with the removal of the trees and growth. Our kids just dropped their four dogs off for the summer, which left us in a bind as we had to cordon them off to the side of the house with a makeshift wire fence. We started getting fence quotes and mostly received the normal measurement and pricing story with outrageous lead times to install. Tyler, from discount fence came out and also did the measuring and pricing process which was better than the other 3 fence companies that also provided us quotes, but also sat down with us to listen to our situation and talk about the permitting, HOA, material type and installation challenges with our lot as well as our necessity for a quick installation timeline. After we signed with discount fence two weeks later Arturo and his team were there to do the installation which was a very difficult one due to all of the roots in the ground and the fence layout we had chosen, and bam it was done in a day as compared to the 10 to 14 week lead times from the competitors! Arturo and his team were awesome and on the day they showed up, I made a change to the fence design on one side of our house, adding another 3 or 4 sections and extending the gate location and discount fence took care of the change, which was also completed on the installation day.

Joe Redford did a great job helping us make a decision coming by twice to show us samples. Xavier and his team did a great job and were very professional and thorough. They worked hard. If I would have known how good it would look I would have made the investment sooner.

Our 2 man crew went above and beyond. Not only does the fence look great, but they also raked the dirt & hosed off the fence. Pricing was better than the other estimates and they use virgin pvc (not like Home Depot/Lowes). Would recommend them to others.

DF installed a section of fence on my property 2ft off the property line. After providing two property surveys they have refuse to fix the alignment. They suggested they would fix the mistake for an additional price of $1,800. I have written the city permitting office for assistance to also verify the mistake. As of today, DF refuses to fix their mistake and has been very difficult in resolving the matter. I ended up paying another contractor to fix their mistake for $900.00. Their crew didn't read the survey correctly and installed the fence in the wrong location. Both surveys have identical property lines. Their was no excuse to not fix their mistake. The survey property maps were identical and not different. They just didn't want to fix their mistake.

Our fence repair from Hurricane Milton was definitely worth the wait! Mark was just the best -- friendly, professional, an extremely hard worker, and was meticulous in making sure the fence looked perfect. He was respectful of our property and affected neighbors -- making sure everything was cleaned up and anything moved put back into place. And to be honest, the fence looks straighter and better than it did when originally installed by another company ~7 yrs ago.

Discount Fence recently installed our vinyl fence, and we are very pleased with their work. They originally had us scheduled for the 1st week in June, but were able to install earlier which was awesome!! The estimator, Christina was amazing! She was so knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions and walk us through the entire process. Autura, the install crew, and the office staff were equally amazing. They were all very courteous, as well as professional. They had our fence installed within a day and it looks great! We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a fence installed.

Though there were a few bumps in the road (crew being sick, not really anyone's fault) my only complaint was that there was one day when we were expecting a crew and no one showed up and no one called us that day.

However, we did get our install done, the crew was amazing, Savannah was more than helpful and accommodating, and best of all, our new fence looks AMAZING. We are SO HAPPY with it.

It is level, the double gate is perfect, the crew was very communicative, and the old fence was out with the new one fully installed in less than a day.
