He was extremely professional, and also came up with some creative ideas, beyond the regular scope of work we were looking for. At times I was looking for items, that he did not personally do, but he had a great recommendation, and even came up with ways to solve any road block we ran into. I would highly recommend all of his services.

Highly recommend J. Labrecque LLC! We had a really positive experience with replacement of our septic leach field this winter. The owner was honest, true to the quote and efficient in getting the job completed to specifications required by the engineer.

Jesse and his crew are my go to for all of our projects. They are hard working, do quality work and are reliable (which today is getting rarer and rarer to find these traits). Some of the many projects they have done include clearing up to 2 miles of heavily wooded trails, installing multiple drainage culverts and land grading, leveling a site for a vegetable garden and clearing some incredibly thick brush. He has all the equipment, and if he doesn’t he is more than willing to acquire the right machine or attachments to make sure the job is done efficiently. Highly recommend!

We had an incredibly positive experience working with J. Labrecque! Jesse was referred to us by our realtor when we were given the run-around with the excavation company we’d previously been working with. Not only was Jesse prompt in responding to our request, but he was also able to turn around an estimate and commit to starting work within a short time frame.

This project was meant to alleviate poor drainage in our yard due to issues with our sump discharge location, and Jesse exceeded our expectations with the attention to detail, helpful advice, and quick work he and his team provided throughout the project. All along the way, Jesse made sure our future plans for the yard were taken into account. He removed trees, brush, and even a large boulder that was causing problems with the grading of our yard. He also looked for any future threats of water issues, such as gutter drain locations, and was able to get us in touch with a gutter installer on short notice. Our backyard is now completely dry, with no standing water issues even after a hard rain. He even replaced the shoddy work done by the sump installation company so that we wouldn’t encounter similar drainage problems in the future.

In summary, we can’t recommend Jesse enough for all your excavation and landscaping needs. He’s professional, organized, and focused on meeting his customer’s needs. We certainly plan on giving him a call should we need any other landscaping or excavating work done in the future.

Jesse Labreque and his crew built a new septic mound on my small lot in Charlotte village. Space was tight but the crew was so careful to not damage any trees or shrubs. The total cost was fair. I'm very pleased with the result.

I called Gideon to replace the septic tank at our new house, after a different contractor left us in a bad situation. He was very responsive, was on the job replacing the tank in a matter of days after calling so we could have the work finished before the ground froze. Mangan Excavation did a great job with work and clean up. I will use them again.

On time, on budget! Gideon cut about 800 feet of new road for our property including 3 culvert's and was on point with his time/cost estimate to the day/dollar. Overall cost estimate wise, the only material additions were ones that I added or could not be foreseen. I am extremely happy with his work and will hire him again in the future.

Gideon does our plowing and also has excavated / buried a propane tank for us, and done some grading. He's great — responsive, first, and then does a careful and professional job.

They installed a complex septic system for me in a challenging environment and accomplished it with top notch work, communication and professionalism. They were easy to work with and the end result was beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them for any project. They are reasonably priced as well. We are lucky to have a company like this in our area.

This is the second time we have used Mangan excavating. The work he did the first time in August 2022 was so amazing. This year in April 2025 we had a family emergency when our septic system failed. We got the design done. Had a contractor lined up, but unfortunately, it did not work out. I called him after hours and informed him of our situation. On Monday, I was at his shop with the plans. Not even 10 days later he was at my house. He put in a complete mound system in under 10 days. During that time. I was only without a working toilet for less than four hours. I appreciated the fact that he understood the emergency we were under as a family of eight.
I greatly appreciate the fact that he was able to work around my chicken coop, as well as my garden. I would recommend him every time!

We are very pleased with the service we received from LimeLite Restoration. We recently purchased a home that had high levels of black mold. LimeLite was recommended by our real estate agent. They came out quickly to inspect and give an estimate. When we were ready to move forward, they scheduled our work and got it done in a timely manner. The work was completed and the house was left super clean.

Grant and his team came highly recommended from an environmental consulting company. We were very impressed with Grant when he did a site visit to our home. Given the nature of the issue (causing health problems) Grant assured me he could and would take on our project and that we would receive a quote within the next week. 2 weeks went by, we checked-in with an email. Then 3 weeks, then 4 weeks, then 5, then 6. Multiple phone calls and emails to his office just asking to touch base; to please let us know if for some reason he decided he would not take our project. Crickets. Office staff saying they would let him know we called. Nothing. It is a long and arduous process to go through finding someone who will correctly assess and treat your home, so we really did not want to start over. Disappointed is an understatement, especially when their mission and company website really focus on providing professional, high quality, customer service.

Grant responded to our call in less than 10 minutes and was at our home in 45 minutes...... on a Sunday morning at 8:00.
His knowledge and attention to every detail immediately helped to lessen our anxiety, as he started the process of remediatiing the flood mess.
The very next morning his remediation crew arrived, everyone of them, Ashton, Adriene, and Ryan were courteous, enagaing and answered every question we asked, likely more than once! We was so thrilled with them, we hired them to do the rebuild for us. Again another GREAT decision, Kyle and Stewart were such a pleasure to work with, they were courteous, engaging, knowledgeable and so respectful to us and our home.
This company gets the highest rating we could ever give them. Our rebuilt finished basement is beautiful.
