I went to cashier jerome walk up to him I said hello he ignored me didn't even tell me my total I had to look at the screen. I paid him and said thank you when he recieved my payment but he did not even respond you're welcome he once again ignored to acknoledge me again very unprofessional

Some good things here. I just serve once a week as a Security Guard to keep the homeless and beggers away and to enforce NO PARKING IN RED ZONES. YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE SUBJECT TO TOW!! This is what Home Depot wants!! I serve my purpose for being there and aim to make a difference!

Absolute horrible customer service. I had to walk across the entire store to find someone who could help me with finding grip tape. The first employee I found and asked just told me to go to where the tape isle was I guess he was too busy looking at the things in his cart to walk me to the isle, so I go to the tape isle and the tape I’m looking for isn’t there so I walk 2 isles over to ask another employee and she then tells me it’s on the other side of the store ”lumber” she does not walk me to the isle either I guess she was too busy to help me, so I walk to where she said it would be to find it wasn’t there either so I just walked out of the store thank you Home Depot San Bernardino you made me a happy Lowe’s customer.

This review is solely regarding Home Depot's product delivery service.

We live in the San Bernardino mountain community of Twin Peaks, near Lake Arrowhead.

We have purchased garden block wall materials and appliances for delivery at our home. The website will identify the products in stock. Upon purchase, we have received delivery dates typically 5-7 days out, which is expected.

The issue is that the delivery dates are consistently missed and rescheduled for a week later. When that day approached, the delivery again was rescheduled. This has happened numerous times. When calling Home Depot, we are told that the products were, in fact, not in stock.

Waiting weeks on end, up to over a month, is not acceptable.

I wouldn't mind shopping here again. Although sometimes it is beyond hard to find help from an employee as either they don't have any on the floor always busy . I suggest that you look up the item You're looking for and you can go on their site and look up It's location and the aisle number.

I called E&G HVAC Services to take care of a problem of no cooling. It was easy to schedule with the Customer Service Representative, they came out the same day and now my air conditioner is working and cooling as it should. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling them back if I every have any kind of issue.

Best home Depot in central Florida

Needed some 2x4's cut to certain length. Simple job but the help I got was quick and with good customer service. I really appreciate how yall treated me. Lumber department doing good.

Visited Home Depot on Black Friday and had an AMAZING experience! Despite the crowds, every single worker I interacted with was incredibly kind, nice, and HELPFUL. They went above and beyond to assist me with finding what I was looking for. Their positivity and patience were contagious, making a busy shopping trip a total breeze! Highly recommend stopping by and appreciating these hardworking folks!!
