Nobody at pro checkout guy got up from pro services desk and walked past me didn't say a word.

Horrible experience planning and executing bathroom floor tile job. I will never use a contractor through Home Depot again. Lowest quality trades workers used.

First got blinds and had to call two times just to verify they had the right color I wanted. Then paid for cut to order blinds and then called Jodie who was very rude and short on the phone after being told I was going to get a phone call by installers within 48 hrs. Jodie then said for the customer we went out of our way and ur order should have been custom. Yet the blinds u got were in stock and I paid to have them cut and installed? Ok?!? Long story shirt 1 hr later and 8 phone calls supposed to get a call from the installer....

I was just reminded why I stopped shopping at Home Depot. I used to shop there a lot, actually. I bought an entry door for $2000 a year and a half ago, had it installed by Home Depot, and today they tell me it's my problem that the door doesn't close. If they come out, just to look at it, it's $150. how does the $2000 door not last for 2 years? Bye Home Depot for the last time!

Do not trust their shipping services. Ordered vinyl flooring. Went with them because flooring specialists were friendly and assured me I would get my order before the end of the month. Estimated delivery on receipt was July 22nd. Opted in to the receive text message updates of shipment. They called me to set up delivery for July 29th between 10am and 4pm. Delivery never showed up. Notified them of problem later that day. 5 days later, delivery still hasn't showed up. No text messages updates or attempts to notify me. Home depot needs better coordination with their shipping partners and needs to fix their communication to customers when shipments are not on schedule.

Had a small bathroom tiling project done by them. Awful. They didn't remove the tile underneath, so it sits well above the other flooring. The whole project was painful. Home Depot works with a subcontractor and the info exchange was painful (they said we were replacing trim - not true, no one ordered the transition piece, so they called me at work to send me out to get one - I am no flooring expert). I was paying them to do it to avoid the hassle, but I wound up spending a lot of time off work dealing with issues. The transition piece cracked - probably b/c the floor sits up so high. I've been working with them for 7 months to have it repaired and once again, there has been miscommunication with the contractor, and now I'm headed back to the store to select the color for the transition piece. It would have been far easier to learn to tile and do it myself. Wouldn't use Home Depot again. Ever.

If I could rate a zero I would. Home Depot installed carpet and kitchen flooring for me. There are many different levels of coordination that have to be gone through when they install for you. There are people who measure, others who install, others who deliver, others you buy from, others you deal with when you encounter problems, etc. I had problems with about everybody other than the original sales people. I also have had a refund coming for about two months. I still don't have it in spite of two half hour visits to the service desk and numerous phone calls.

Good store with helpful staff

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for your staffs at the Home Depot store in Plano, Texas @ store # 0527. From the moment I stepped in I was greeted by Joe whom guided me to the lighting area and then flooring department. From there specialist Lu helped me with my flooring project. Then, I met with Taylor the store manager. Every staff was friendly, dedicated, professional and had the ability to handle all my specific needs. They are all valued members and I'm of grateful for their service. I would definitely recommend this location to all of my friends and family :) Thank you 🙏🏼 Samantha Li

Lumber dep. Sucked, they was rude at fisrt and then i mentioned. Making a review they're. Whole demeanor changed. ....this is by far the worst store I've visited, the only person who willingly helped us was the cutomer service desk, the forklift driver i quote "does not care" about what we specifically wanted.

Just left this home depot and there was some of the rudest unhelpful people I've seen at a home depot i travel 40 weeks a year as a contractor and shop home depots all over so I've met some bad associates but this one has taken the top spot of not going back to stood in the light bulb section and waited for someone to see if we needed help no asked one guy walked by I asked if he worked there cause I saw a home depot apron pouch and he ignored me turns out he does work there and was picking an order but still could have asked someone to help us I asked the elder lady in kitchen design if we could get someone to help us she was nice and she finally came over to see if someone had helped us yet at that time I was actually calling the store to get help but the lady from kitchen design actually climbed the ladder to get the case of bulbs we needed not going back to this home depot again except if the kitchen design lady helps us we went back the next day because we needed a few more bulbs not one person said hello welcome to home depot nothing until we was checking out and Linda was clocking out for her break and saw us clocked back in and checked us out and was nice and friendly her and the kitchen design lady only two real nice helpful people there

Great experience. Communication from Home Depot was clear, carpet looks great. Installer was highly experienced, on time, neat, and cleaned up afterwards. True professional.

The service was good. Workers appeared to be qualified and were hard workers. End result looks good. However, there is a hole in the ceiling of our living room on the first floor, under the master bedroom, that was not there previously. Looks like something was driven through the floor above and came through the sheetrock on the ceiling below. See attached picture. Not sure how, but at one point did hear a very loud sound when they brought the new carpet in and dropped it on the floor prior to laying it out.
