Terrible. They don't actually have employees. They subcontract everything out and some random shows up at your house.

We had 5 doors installed last year and we love them.

Do not trust all recommended home advisors. Do your research. Because Home Depot doesn't 😢

Rent possibly any tools with driving license. Besides 24 hr rent, they offer a 4/5 hours option which is cheaper. Charges security money. Make sure to return item clean to avoid any additional fees.

We had our kitchen cabinets done by home depot on elmwood. The designer was great, but the install was a nightmare!!! The "first" installer totally messed things up , and he made it clear to us that because of his religious beliefs he did not want to be working in a lesbian home. After complaining for MONTHS about our unfinished/ poor install and treatment they finally sent a new installer to "finish/fix" the others problems.... This whole process took almost a FULL YEAR to again fix half ass. In speaking with store managers, they promised us a $500.00 discount off and to this day we have received NOTHING and every time I call I get the run around. Even writing letters to corporate didn't get me my refund!!! DO NOT USE INSTALLERS FROM HERE! and careful with everything else!!!

Would give it 0 if I could, I purchased carpet and installation and wasn't told till after purchase it would be 5 to 6 weeks before install and I had to call to make appt with 3rd party installer which I also wasn't aware it wasn't home depot installers. They told me they would arrive between 8-10am on a Friday. We got up at 5am to prepare the house. They didn't arrive until 10:30 and took a lunch break shortly after that we had to sit outside in 90 degree weather while they were inside in my a.c. yet still complained of hot it was outside.After several smoke breaks at 6:30 they said they need to come back tomorrow but they had only completed 1 small back room. We couldn't put our bed or couch and our kitchen was loaded with stuff. They assured us that morning it would be completed in 7 hours. I had 2 dogs one with Cancer sitting in the heat and they showed no empathy what so ever. One would have thought they would have completed a front room or any room so we could come in and get cool. I told them that would have to complete that day I was sick from the heat they were upset about that I was so upset I rode to home depot in tears and they couldn't help me!!! After the job was complete they had scratched my paint , broke my doorknob and didn't cut out a vent I called with my concerns and nobody got back with me. It was 700ft of carpet and 3 pieces of furniture done in 10+hrs all while we sat outside in the heat. Never again!!!

Way too much stuff in the aisles. It's gotten to the point where it's difficult to maneuver with carts and around other people.

They never git carpet on the rack ,you You got wait to get Service .

So far, I've been holding for 12 minutes to get a price for installing flooring...wake me up when they answer.

I had a return that was pleasant at the desk. Also no hassle. I took off looking for what I needed which was a kitchen faucet and some drain cleaner. When I was thing for foremost is that the associates would stop and help and help and help. Please tell them to keep up the good work . It's so frustrating to walk into a company that large and no one asked you for help Bravo greatly appreciated. KS Toledo Ohio
