The installer came to my home as scheduled, and explained the options for laying the tiles pattern! Scott and Mike work continual until the room were completed. My room looks beautiful! Great job!

MARIA at this location was absolutely amazing! A previous employee completely dismissed us when we went to customer service to pick up a chandelier and MARIA went above and beyond to fix the situation and got the chandelier from customer service for us! 5 stars all the way!

Getting blinds from these people was honestly the worst experience I've had trying to buy anything ever. I'm stunned at how hard they made it for us to give them money. There are only a few steps to the process (schedule a measurement, order the blinds, schedule the installation), but somehow this has required 7 trips to the store, four months of trying to get it taken care of and it still isn't done. Every step of the process has been a complete disaster...we would have gone somewhere else a while ago if we hadn't already put some money into the measurement. Most recently, a couple guys (outside contractors, they were great) came to install the order only to find that Home Depot had only ordered 12 of the 17 we asked for. I've honestly never seen a group of people that's so hopelessly incompetent.

Horrible experience trying to order carpet. My husband and I did not deal with 1 person who knew what was going on/how to operate the computer system to get the correct carpeting. We spent at least 5 hours in the store between Sunday and Tuesday trying to order carpet, only to cancel our order because we don't trust that the order will be correct. We spent our entire Tuesday evening at the store expecting to order the carpet. We paid for the order, only to realize it was wrong. Then we were told that the order was too messed up on Sunday (typed in incorrectly and they gave us the wrong quote) and that they would not be able to put in the order that night... after we waited over 2 hours on Tuesday. The employee also continually complained about how tired she was and how she was working late, as well as how the manager did not understand... It was awkward and irritating by the end. We just wanted to go home too! So many hours of our life wasted for nothing. Avoid if you can!
