I spoke with Home Depot about door installation on October 2 and prepaid $30 to have my door measured. After the door was measured, no one returned my calls about ordering the door. I finally got in touch with someone by going to the store on November 2 and paid for the door and installation in full with expected completion date of December 2. Since then they have repeatedly told me to expect the door to arrive in-store only to have the date set back again and again. It is now December 15 and they just left me a message that my door "might" arrive on Monday, there's a "50/50 chance" depending on holiday delays. Meanwhile, the weather has turned very cold, my old inefficient door is leaking cold air and I am out the extra bucks on my gas bill plus $1200 I paid a month and a half ago for a door I "might" get installed before the end of the year. Very, very disappointed. I would not hire Home Depot for this kind of project again. UPDATE: No one would even answer the phone in the door department on Monday. Cancelled the order. This was the worst customer service experience and they really didn't seem to care.

I have used this store to have carpet installed at 3 house and it's always turned out great. I bought the tile for my kitchen and it turned out fantastic.

Was gifted home depot gift cards for Christmas and was not able to cash them out. Never wanted home depot gift cards, so I shouldn't be stuck with them because someone else gifted me something I'd never use. I might stick with Lowes

Carpet installation went well. The installers were quick and from what I can tell, did a very good job.

From start to finish the replacement of old carpeting to new wood vinyl flooring was first rate.

Parker & Sons completed the HVAC inspection. They were very professional and very helpful with the results that were found. I would recommend their services very highly along with Home Depot.

The Home Depot experience was up to par. The contracting installation company was another issue. I was given a verbal quote and then it doubled at time of installation.
