Also Home depo has such a large selection I was able to do an almost perfect color match.

John in the contractor department is probably one of the best sales, customer service reps I've met. We're a larger company looking to replace kitchen cabinets in all our homes. John has been a huge help through this whole process. Looking forward to working with him.

If i could give zero star, I would.I know the people I dealt with, but I wouldnt drop names.
I'm not really into giving rate, but since the incident is too much for me to bear,I ought to.As parents we always think of the safety of our kids.So we (my husband and I) decided to have security door installed in our house.We went to homedepot and requested for a quote.For them to start anything,we have to pay 35usd to have our door measured correctly. Someone came to the house to measure our door, and finally quote us nearly 900usd for the security door.It was fine with us.We took homedepot card to get some discount.
After two weeks, homedepot guy with the sec door came to the house to install it.He found out that the hole for the doorknob didn't match our door so he went back to homedepot to get a new door, then came back with the rightside doorknob hole .When he was about to install, he realized the door he brought was smaller than our door!!!How great was that.
After 2 days, homedepot called me that we needed to choose new door style coz the ones they quoted us wasn't available. So I went there. The price went up, it was nearly 1400. I said, we'll cancel.I went to customer service to cancel the transaction. And they gave me a note that they cancelled it.
Today, I've received a bill for late payment. So I called the homedepot guy whom I made transanction with.I said, late payment for what??? We paid for measurement which was wrong, and then now charging us for late payment for something we never got.
Tomorrow I'll go to homedepot and talk to the manager for the final battle...

It always seems like the negative reviews get precedence, but I love this store. Honestly, I've only had the pleasure of working with one of their kitchen designers, but she was great! Otherwise, I'm here at least twice a week and they have 95% of what I need (excluding some specialty stuff that I use for projects.)

Needed to pick up cinder blocks for our garden for a second time today. Sean helped move a bunch of pallets around on the forklift fairly quickly and helped us load our carts. He was very polite, professional and quick. Best experience I've had at a home depot yet.

Chose and PAID for whole house carpeting. I was told that the carpet would be installed by October 16th 2017. I have company coming to visit in November so was happy about the timing. I did not hear from anyone so I called to ask when they would be out to my home. I was told the carpet was on back order and installation would probably not be for several weeks later than originally told way AFTER my company comes and goes back. Where is customer service??? Why did someone not call to tell me so that I could make other arrangements? Now it is too late. I paid $3,000. I hope there will be no problem getting my money back?? I am very disapointed with The Home Depot.

There was a bit of communication dusconnect between salesman and installers, however the end product was a good job and we are happy.

Consultation with Kevin Morin. He is competent and courteous. We look forward to the installation? I give him a 10 out of 10!

We are very happy with Home Depot and the smooth and positive energy that all of their associates and installers had when we contracted with them to purchase and install our new HVAC systems.

Carpet crew was efficient, professional, quiet and courteous. My only beef was they missed a few things on the cleanup. But thats still 5 stars

The carpet installation was slow when one person showed up alone to do everything. He arrived at 11am and left after 6pm. Two rooms only. There are nails sticking up from the tack strip and I am getting poked on my bare feet. Called back and told them a week ago and no one has called me or scheduled to come fix it.
