Worked with Howard in the flooring department. We worked with him 3 years ago when we ordered VPF. Now we needed carpeting in the bedrooms. The whole experience from buying the carpet through installation was positive.

The shelves are stocked with more items than I can use in a lifetime. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Where they lost points is their inability to have a cashier online when I went to checkout. I was not pleased I had to check myself out. This Corporation makes $Billions in yearly revenue, and they can afford to keep at least one cashier online full time. The items I had required intervention by the self checkout attendant, so it would have been much easier to checkout with a real live cashier instead of self checkout.
