Had water damage to my home, an received an estimate. Had issues with them communicating with the insurance company. When finally get everything sorted out and gave go ahead for the job, they (Cory) never showed up nor answer.

Havent used their services but i am delivering materials to them for a job they are doing. Pulled into parking lot with my semi, and one of the guys instantly came off the roof to inform me that the equipment to unload will be a couple hours before arriving, meaning my elog will be counting down and costing me time. Most would be upset by that but as a professional myself i highly value the effort to go to in accomodating my time by keeping me up to date with information. Very professional crew, both in appearance and in behavior. I cannot personally attest to the quality of their work, but i can say they appear very well qualified and well equipped to handle this commercial job, and are creating a positive image of themselves from the level of professionalism on site here in port clinton.

Watch your bill very closely cause, they will charge you for stuff they never did. They tore up our walls when they removed our trim boards.

We was flooded and was told a estimate and then after work was done, they tell us it is way higher than estimate. They never finished the job, cause, we run them off. Would not recommend them

Our basement flooded, called Cousino because they came recommend by someone close to us. Cousino showed up weeks ago to give us an estimate and are now dodging us on even returning the estimate so we can get started on the work! How can we hire them or trust to hire them when they dodge just giving an estimate?! Terrible. Still waiting Cousino and I'm not happy.

Horrible experience. Agree with the other reviews about look over the bill closely. They bring a machine to get rid of smoke smell had it running for days... it wasn't even turned on properly. They charge for work they did not do. You can never get ahold of anyone. It's a complete run around. They will put you on the back burner to get other jobs done. Our insurance adjuster was even annoyed with the people in charge over there. Still have a front door unpainted they destroyed and a ding in the refrigerator door not fixed.

This company is a disaster and I had the worst possible experience with them. Their communication was terrible both among their own employees/divisions and with me. Especially ED - he is the WORST and I would never work with him again or let him near my house. They took FOREVER to fix the issue. Customer service was awful. And at the end of it all they never told me of any balance (and should have waived it given they admitted to screwing up my entire mitigation/rebuild) and then all of a sudden I got a lien placed on my house! they said they emailed me a notice and even admitted "it probably went in your SPAM". I would NEVER use this company again and my insurance agent confirmed Cousino has become the least respected company in Toledo. Do NOT use them if you can avoid it and if you have to make sure you stay away from Ed Langois.

I have been in Property Management for over 21 years and Cousino Restoration is by far the BEST restoration company I have ever used. They are extremely professional, timely, detailed and made a horrible experience bearable. Eric, Brandon, Jesse and Kelly are AWESOME and truly are an asset to the company. I would highly recommend Cousino Restoration to anyone.

We had 6 feet of water in our basement, and were desperate as no one was returning our calls. The first company that showed up admitted it was too big a job for them, and referred Cousino. They were out that very afternoon to go over everything, and their crew was out first thig the next morning. They also had no problem calling in additional people to help with the job.

They were up front about what to expect and what they were going to do, and they stuck to it.

Rich, Micah, Janna and their entire team did a Great Job. I would highly recommend them!!

Cousino's Restoration came out when notified the same day and cleaned our office space and returned it to better than before! Jennifer and Andrew were a pure delight and did a great job!

We had a flood in our home and within 2 hours of us calling the insurance company, we had Jeremy and then Will at our door. Soon following them, came everyone else. I was shocked at how quickly they arrived and had their crew starting the cleanup. I am highly impressed at how polite, helpful, and hard working they all were. On the last day, I had a crew at my home that consisted of Will, Brooke, and Trevon. They were just the nicest people and they went above and beyond. I could not have asked for a better group of people in my home during this difficult time.

Very satisfied with whole process. My elderly father had some severe water damage, kitchen flooded. They came out right away, and did what was immediately needed to dry it out be sure everything was safe. They helped through the insurance process, which all went smooth as silk. They insured the kitchen was usable during the waiting process for new cabinets. Everything was complete exactly when they said, they were on time, left everything extremely clean at the end of each day, workers were very friendly, workmanship was perfect and everything came in right on the original estimate. I would certainly use them again, and highly recommend.

I had a kitchen fire and was referred to this company for clean up. I had never had to file a claim with my insurance and was unsure of how all of it worked. I didn't receive much help form the agent I was working with at all. I called Cousino and gave all the information that was asked of me and was told I would receive a call back to go into further detail as to what happened and what was needed. I received a call the next day and spoke with Ed. He was so helpful in answering all of my questions, took his time to help me understand what all to expect in every part of filing claims, even the stuff that would not be handled by his company. He was very polite and professional. He came out to do the inspection and was very thorough. He showed me spots from the grease that I hadn't noticed before. He explained in detail what the company would come out to do at the house as far as clean up. I was given an estimated date that a crew would be there. He checked in daily, whether it was a quick text or short call, to make sure everything was still ok and keeping me up to date with their emergency flood job that they had just began when I called. They came to my house as expected. There were 2 vans, they brought in all of their needed equipment, explained what they were about to do and went to work. They were there 8 hours cleaning. I didn't truly know what to expect as I was really expecting walls, ceilings, cupboards but the outside of everything. When they were finished, they did all that I thought they were going to do plus more. They organized all of my cupboards after wiping everything in them, cleaned all the toys in the play area and organized those, my office space in my den, etc. I almost felt bad as I have 4 kids, I work full time and go to school full time so I know the clutter was definitely a lot. They didn't seem to mind. They were all do personable and nice and even stayed patient and pleasant, even playing with my dog who was jumping all over them. Overall, I was beyond pleased with the job that was done. They will be coming back out to do some painting and replacing some things that were damaged and I'm sure I will have the same great experience as I did this time. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to make sure things are safe and clean in my home!

Your company came out quick and got to work in the apartment building. The whole 1st floor was flooded. (Sent 2 trucks also!) I'll update after completion. But so thankful that you cared enough to come out at 11 pm.

Very pleased with Cousino Restoration! Ed and Lucas were very thorough with the explanation of what needed to be done for my home repair. They were professional and courteous throughout the entire time. They worked around my schedule, making sure that I was able to be involved as much as possible. The dry-waller (forgot his name) that they sent out to do the ceiling was excellent. I would and will recommend Cousino to anyone that needs restoration and repair work done to their home.

We used Cousino restoration when our basement was flooded with inches of water. We use our basement for storage and had a huge mess and didn't know where to start or what to do. Everyone that worked on the cleanup was very helpful, professional and polite. They got equipment set up quickly to start drying things out and finished with the cleanup faster than we anticipated. They were very thorough in listing and photographing all the items damaged. I would definitely recommend their services.

We had a cat 4 Hurricane come through our area. Cousino was on scene within 3 days. They were very professional and efficient. Cannot say enough of how polite and accommodating they were as they had a mess to work with here. We are an apartment community and Cousino worked very hard to accommodate the residents in a very trying time. We feel very lucky to have had them as our restoration/remediation team.
