Avoid at just about all cost. We are currently 2 plus months after they (or their flooring subcontractors) decided to take a short cut and throw the new flooring over their own unfinished work. Cousino's have come out a few times and admitted the mistake but yet here we sit waiting for a proper fix. Said flooring is now coming apart and coming up while the floor itself appears to swell with changes in temps and sink in at one spot. They can take your money real quick but don't hold your breath on the job being completed properly or in a timely manner. Save your time, patience and money by avoiding these guys. I cannot recommend Cousino’s Restoration Company enough! When our basement unexpectedly flooded, I was completely overwhelmed—especially with two small babies at home. From the moment they arrived, they took full control of the situation with professionalism, efficiency, and compassion.

They handled everything from water removal to cleanup with such speed and care, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. What truly set them apart was that they even dealt directly with our insurance company, which took a huge burden off my shoulders during an already stressful time.

The team of Cousino restoration were great. They just finished cleaning up our basement after a sewer water back up , a big mess after plumbing work fixed, etc. we had water and sewer damage throughout basement. Starting with Amber who set up everything she was there whenever needed and so nice. Then the team of Kelsey, Melissa and Dallas came in and did an amazing job, went way beyond and worked so so hard. They did the bulk of the job. Plus they were so friendly and kind. I didn’t get other people’s name that came in and out but all were so helpful and friendly. Thank you to everyone from start to finish. We highly recommend you all. You made a nasty problem more bearable and we truly appreciate everything:)

Lisa and her team were absolutely incredible! Lisa truly values her clients from the start. From being an active member on the job… To communicating daily whether it was a visit to the house, phone or text messages, I always knew what was happening. The men on her team were always so helpful, working hard, and friendly. I will always recommend and call Lisa and her team for mitigation support.

My name is jeanette and I did not use this company for the services they offerbut I am leaving a review because one of their workers named Brandon helped me while I was struggling in the parking lot with some groceries recently. He even followed me home around the corner from the Kroger and even helped take them inside. I am handicapped and was having issues and most wpuld watch but he jumped right in. I hope you all hire many more people like him.He is a great young man and I will be calling you if me or my family ever need anything with our homes or our businesses.

Terrible had to have them repaint bathroom after their guy just left. Next bathroom still looks terrible after repaint. Their drywall guy is awful can't drywall or paint! Tries to sell other side jobs while on the job! This is suppose to be a brand new ceiling tape seen coming through! Paint left on my carpet! And guy washed his rollers in our landscaping! And make sure you go through your receipt because found multiple things listed that they never did or used!

I recently used Cousino Restoration Company for water in my basement due to my sump pump going out. I had a great experience from start to finish. Sherry Ferguson is the best. She always responded in a timely fashion and gave me straightforward answers, no beating around the bush. Great, honest company to work with! Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Cousino Restoration! After a fire in my home, their team went above and beyond to make sure everything was completely cleaned and restored from start to finish. They made what could have been a very stressful and overwhelming situation so much easier to handle.

Extremely easy to work with on short notice. We were getting wood floors resurfaced and stained so we needed containment set up between main floor and other areas of the house so wood dust would not get everywhere. There were a few tricky areas to cover but they got it all done perfectly and we had absolutely no evidence of wood dust or any other particles outside the containment zone. They were able to come out on the day we requested so that it was all coordinated with the flooring company. We would highly recommend working with Cousino Restoration!

Cousino’s Restoration was great to work with after a water leak. Brandon and his team were quick to respond, professional, and easy to communicate with. They came by every day to check on the work, made adjustments when needed, and kept everything clean throughout the process.

Must be nice to get paid for a job that was never finished. I told these people 5 times the job was never finished. The guy who was out here for the board up was one of the 5. He said "it's just drywall getting wet". They submitted the invoice to my insurance company anyways, and got paid.

It has now been over a month, and I still have 2 open holes in my roof. Yet they have their money, so who cares right?

I was considering them for the repair, or rebuild of my house. After this experience, they are no longer a consideration, and never will be in the future.

This family owned business is wonderful!!! They came on a Saturday to get a shingle from my roof, and by that Tuesday i had a phone call saying i needed a new roof. They had to get approval from Florissant, and if you live in Florissant you know that they have stipulations about everything. even sent me an email with colors of shingles for me to pick out for the new roof. All this done in less than 3 weeks. Very pleasant on the phone. Explained everything to me. Step by step. Worked well with my insurance company. I am highly recommending Marting & Sons LLC for your new roof!! VERY professional, and great guys!!!!

Jeff and John were excellent to work with, they have a quality wincore window product at a very reasonable price compared to the market.
