Jeff and John Martin aka Martin and Sons, replaced all of my vinyl siding, gutters and downspouts. Did an excellent job, cleaned up the job site daily before they left for the day. Very reasonable pricing and knowledgeable in the industry! Stand behind their work!

Martin & Sons redid our siding and soffits and they did an amazing job. Our house is 126 years old and had 3 layers of siding, so they took it all down and put new siding up with new insulation and took extra care to make all the details perfect and square. Everything looks amazing. They were very responsive via email and phone, and the crew was tidy and cleaned up every day, so we didn't have to worry about anything the week they were working (we have dogs, they always made sure the gates were closed). Highly recommend to anyone looking for exterior work.

I cannot thank Martin and Sons enough for the extraordinary work they did. They installed new siding, fascia, soffits, exterior vents and porch post. Jeff was very patient and always willing to answer my questions. The crew was friendly, punctual and very hardworking. The quality of their work is incredible. Once the job was done they even cleaned up.

After the March tornado in Florissant, MO, Martin & Sons LLC stepped in when multiple delays and errors from another contractor and the insurance process left my home unresolved for months. From the beginning, they were honest, set clear expectations and followed through on every promise!

When the insurance company pushed back on their estimate, Jeff even personally came back out to remeasure everything using exact measurements, not estimates and invited me to walked through the process, explaining the differences in their estimate versus the verified incomplete estimate from the insurance adjusters record. This made all the difference in the world to me, especially because the insurance company was just being unreasonable. He recognized I was a new home owner and took care to make sure I understood everything.

When the work began on the roof, siding, columns, gutters, windows, etc. their crews were all professional, courteous and respectful. Despite the scope of the projects, they even kept the area around my home as clean and organized as possible. This level of care and accountability from the top down meant so much to me during a time that was one of the most stressful in my life.

Above all, the greatest gift they gave me was peace of mind! Knowing that my home was finally going to be restored and that we would have our complete home back was priceless! The finished work is beautiful, and I truly love the results!

They are extremely professional and kind. Their work is amazing I seen some work done by the science center, Central West End, and Cross Keys Plaza. These men work very hard I hope they are getting paid what they deserve because it's amazing how beautiful these places look and are maintain throughout the year. Keep up the good work.

ARS Construction is the only company I would ever trust with my roof if your looking for a company I would highly recommend.

ARS was fantastic! Jacob was incredibly educated and helpful. The gutter guys did a fantastic job and arrived on time. I'll start recommending ARS and use it again in the future.

Had a small leak at a vent, Nik came out and after an inspection noted wind and hail damage from a previous storm. Helped with the insurance claim and got the roof and gutters replaced. No more leak, everything looks great! Would easily recommend for any exterior repairs!

I'm just going to make my story short about my first experience with this company. I just want to say thank you to the owner and to Jake. Both were total professionals. The owner,(I'm sorry that I forgot the name), really showed concern for his customers, old, new and future prospects, by taking time out of their busy schedule by reaching out to me by contacting me and sending one of his employee, Jake, out to take care of a minor issue my wife and I experienced with our siding during the storms we experienced here in Missouri and southern Illinois this past Friday night, 14 Mar 2025. Kaleb came all the way down to Fort Leonard Wood area to give us a quote when we had six other companies refuse to come out or give us an outrageous quote. Not only was Kaleb and his team respectful and knowledgeable. But when I asked his opinion on what he thought I needed to get done for my siding he didn't try to convince me to redo the entire house or entire wall. He gave me a recommendation and quotes with each of his recommendations. They stayed in touch throughout numerous storms and tornadoes to keep us up to date one when the project would be completed. Out of all the companies I've worked with when trying to fix up my house this has been the most responsive and trustworthy I've worked with between Kansas, Texas and Missouri.

One star for the initial phone conversation with J. Bean for professionalism. And expressing concern and professionalism when i called back after over a week waiting for a quote. But no one ever showed up and no quote ever came across. I tried for over 2 weeks before giving up. Couldn't get anyone to come by, email, call and confirm, etc. If you don't have time or just don't want the work, just say so! No hard feelings. I get it! Don't give the impression you are interested in the work/money if you have no intention. It wastes people's time waiting. What attitude am I supposed to have about your business? I'll never call you again, won't consider any marketing you do, and will warn others against doing business with you.

09/22/17 FOLLOW UP - I'm following up on this review so that everyone can have access to the full story when considering this business. The new owner Jeff, contacted me to apologize and explain things with out excuses. He says he's getting things back in order and asked that I give him another chance to prove his word next time I need asphalt services. I can't remove the 1 star review for what I experienced, but I think it's my responsibility to at least provide ALL of the information fairly for people to get an accurate picture of a business. 02/04-2020 FOLLOW UP - I gave St. Louis Paving a shot on repair of a damaged bollard post damaged by a freight truck and the concrete footing and asphalt parking lot damage around it. Andrew, the project manager was professional and responded/communicated the evaluation and quote very well. The hand-off to the crew when it was time to set the appointment and get the work done, was handled like professionals should. The crew was in contact on their way to the job, and during the work to ensure things were all in order and I was on boar. Work was done to high standard with consideration to the dynamic and future impact possibilities on the post. After the job was done Jeff, the owner came by to make sure things were in order as well. All around a 180 degree experience from what i had a coupe years back. Thanks guys!

St. Louis Paving did a fine job paving and parching the asphalt in the garage area at this apartment complex. What made this a challenge were the varied positions of driveways at each building site. In addition, each drive has different inclines. This area now has a uniform asphalt thickness and all edges are finished and blended very neatly. Walking to the garage is now much more comfortable as well as secure. And it certainly looks a lot nicer!

No more dips and rises or ragged edge surprises.

St. Louis Paving has just completed our lot, patching, sealing and striping. All completed on time and extremely well. We had several areas that needed to be patched and sealed with precision and care and they did a great job! I would highly recommend them!

St. Louis Paving handles the majority of our commercial properties' parking lot needs. We switched to them about 2 years ago and have not regretted it since. Matt provides excellent customer service and answers the phone every time we call. They back up their work and follow through to make sure that the jobs are done on time and on budget every time.
