I would recommend St. Louis Paving to anyone! They have now done 2 paving jobs for us, the first repairing a section of curb and the second repaving our office parking lot. Matt was very professional and communicated with me throughout every step of the process. Scheduling to receive a bid was easy and the bids were incredibly thorough. They were able to squeeze in our job in only a few weeks and our lot now looks beautiful! Don't get stuck with one of those companies that won't return your call, do yourself a favor and hire St. Louis Paving!

Worked with Matt and he was excellent. He coached me up where money on our private street was best spent. Derrick was the crew chief and was excellent as well. Worked great with his people and I was amazed how well his guys could move and use so much equipment with such limited space. Excellent job and we are all very pleased. Top flight outfit. I highly recommend St. Louis Paving LLC and when needed I will recommend them once again to our trustees.

St Louis Paving was very patient with us, being a golf course we had some unique request. Nice of them to work with us so we didn't miss a beat of business. The final outcome was great, Josh asked me to walk the new pavement with him. Kind enough to ask me if I knew what I was looking for and proceeded to educate me along the way. Over the last couple decades I've had several driveway and parking lot projects (personal and business) and have used a different asphalt contractor for nearly every project. I can tell you I will hope to work with St. Louis Paving from here on.

I worked with Scott B, and had a perfect experience.

We scheduled this project (~ an acre of pavement in an industrial setting) a couple months out and we were only delayed by one day because it rained on the day we were originally scheduled to begin.

Not only did the job start exactly on time, the job took the exact time Scott estimated.

When finished, the work was fabulous.

For this project we elected to pave two 3" lifts. After the first lift we had a little rain that revealed a couple low spots (not their fault, the grade was only ~ 1.5% on purpose) and their crew wedged in asphalt in these low spots so they would not mirror through on the top lift.

Their equipment was immaculate, their crew members were respectful and clearly cared about their work.

I HIGHLY recommend St. Louis Paving, and will be using them in the future!

We recently hired St. Louis Paving to handle the restriping and renumbering of our apartment community The Prairie Apartments, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented.

They coordinated the project efficiently to minimize disruption to our residents and were very communicative throughout the entire process. The new striping looks sharp and clean, and the renumbering was done accurately—making it much easier for residents and visitors to find the correct spots.

Mr Schuller and his crew were Fantastic! I’m the manager at Extra Space Storage located in Fenton,MO. They came in scoped the place out and got the job done. They were courteous, kind, and determined to do their job and do it right! No man stood around twirling their thumbs. They all worked together as a team! I would recommend them each time!

He kept me informed about their progress and areas of the lot that needed additional support. After he got permission from our neighbor, he even fixed a drainage problem from their downspout that was causing water to run over into our parking lot. Pleasant experience! We just had our HOA clubhouse parking lot repaved. STL Paving was one of the final bidders we almost didn’t contact but were glad we did! Their price was not the lowest, but they brought more to the table. Josh was very knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive throughout the process. He asked about the details and offered advice where we didn’t know to request it. Our job also required close coordination with tree removal services, and at one point we stumbled into some surprises with the pool plumbing. Josh and his team didn’t miss a beat. They worked right through it with us. Even at the end of the season, with weather delays, we had no trouble reaching Josh to coordinate schedule, and the final outcome looks beautiful! Sam and his crew did an excellent job for my company Netrality! I wish I could have gotten a better picture! The parking lot was a mess and now it looks so smooth and clean! The weather kept pushing our date off but we are so glad we finally got to have them out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Stl Paving recently did the streets in our subdivision in Overland. Our HOA paid round about $100,000 to have this work done. The streets look great, don't get me wrong. What really made me mad was to come home to find one of my front flowerbeds ripped apart and stones thrown up into the bed itself. When our neighborhood trustee asked about it on the punch walk he was told there was no resolution they would offer. This was custom hardscape done on a slope and it should be repaired by the people who broke it.

Edit: it was great to talk to Jeff. He sent a crew out and got it fixed within less than a week. Bravo for his excellent customer service. Moved from two stars to four.

He was very personable and kind and responded QUICKLY whether it was through a phone call or email. On the day of service, I pulled up to my office, and I was like wowwww. They had a whole crew out there and was done in no time.......Superb Service at it's finest!!!!!
