I requested spacific materials and without hesitation Jay and his crew delivered. I have a beautiful new roof that was installed in one day. Jay and his crew provided outstanding service when we needed siding repairs, they excel in customer service and went out of their way to source the material from aa vendor that provided access to the needed siding without having to wait 3 weeks the first supplier quoted them to ship it, they turned a 3+ week project in waiting to complete in 1 day with the needed replacement siding, and they attention to detail and immediate addressing to any concerns have made them our go to contractor for all our future home repairs, we would recommend the highly to anyone needed repairs.

I had to replace my roof due to a leak in the kitchen. Jay was very helpful to ensure job ompleted before my moms arrival. He answered all my questions prior to crew arriving and completed job that day 8 hours. Recommend this locally owned small business more than ever, support local won't regret.

Jay was very transparent on everything he did step-by-step and every time I called he picked up so you don’t have to worry about not being able to contact him and the job was A1. They finished it in one day no problem they cleaned up and it was a very great experience.

Jay worked with my schedule as I had two out of town trips planned. To say that I am beyond pleased would be an understatement. Jay and his crew did a wonderful job. This is the second time I have had to have my roof replaced but THIS TIME it was totally different. Jay worked with my insurance company which took the burden off of me. His crew was always on time and kept the noise level minimal. I would go out from time to time to see that they were doing and they were cleaning as they worked. I saw the workers sweep my yard several times for roofing nails and debris. My fence now looks new as it was repaired and painted. The service I received was definitely in the name – 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Team at Five Star Roofing and Property Services was exceptional. My heater was out for several weeks. After getting two quotes from other companies Five Star Roofing and Property won my business because they showed up on time, explain what was wrong and even showed me the actual error and gave me options to solve my issue. During the whole process Jay was in constant communication to verify everything. Even after completing the work Jay reached out to verify if everything was working as it should. Great experience overall. The other two companies response time was terrible. Explanation was short and couldn't tell if the issue was real or not. Great experience. Highly recommend.

OK, I have to speak up and give this company a Google review for doing such an excellent job on our roof. I initially worked with "Five Star Properties" when they came out to repair my AC this past summer. Then I learned that they do ALL THINGS home repair. I initially wanted to work with my previous company that did my roof in 2016, but I called Five Star Properties and Jay came out to take a look. He did a full assessment and helped me understand all the paperwork that my insurance company sent me. He was able to get me fair pricing and provided premium "white glove" treatment. We had a large roof, but Five Star Properties came and did an even better job than other companies in our neighborhood. I particularly like how Jay gave me roof options, send us colors to choose, and explained the pros and cons of every option. This was a good decision and I have to give them their props. Very professional and communicated well throughout the entire process. I now have them working on exterior painting and widow replacement because my wife enjoys when things are done right. Thanks guys. Oh... and we need to remodel my son's bathroom upstairs sir. You might be hearing from us soon. :-)
