From the moment we met Brandon Chaney, the owner of Legacy Custom Pavers, we knew that we were dealing with a professional. Brandon came out and personally looked at our project to bring samples and make recommendations. Once we agreed to proceed with the project, he sent his crew to perform the work on our pool deck and let me tell you, these guys are amazing! They finished what was supposed to be a two day job in one! And the deck looks- amazing! But here's where the best part about Legacy really came into play. The company who was working on our pool ended up damaging about 10 of the pave stones that had been installed right next to the pool and while this had absolutely nothing to do with Legacy in any way, shape or form, what do you think Brandon Chaney agreed to do for us as a favor? That's right! He agreed to come back and replace those 10 damaged pavers free of charge because "he didn't want for us to have to start out that way" - with damaged pave stones. Talk about top notch service! I can not say enough about the professionalism and the quality work that Legacy Custom Pavers offers. In a nutshell, I would hire Legacy again in a heart beat and not even think twice about it.

We had hired Legacy Custom Pavers for a backyard project which included removing all grass, installing pavers, creating a pathway with steps & river rocks, and installing a service drain. Robert Shands and his crew did a good job in just one and half days, impressively fast.
Even before we signed the contract, Robert had come 2 or 3 times whenever we called him about some queries, bringing samples & suggestions. We really enjoyed his attitude, making us feel listened & well cared for the project. Thank you so much Robert, we will definitely contact you again for future projects.

Great experience! We had to have our very cracked driveway replaced and the adjacent planting bed needed a retaining wall added. Legacy custom pavers did an outstanding job! From the very beginning when I started talking to the owner, Brandon, and supervisor, Bobby, and through the entire process, their communication was professional, friendly, timely, and helpful. I needed a lot of information and details, and I struggled with choosing the color of my pavers. It took me a while. Brandon and Bobby were kind, patient, and helpful. The driveway removal and replacement processes were carefully supervised and Bobby always kept communication open and answered every question. He was excellent ! I know I was not an easy customer, but their professionalism, expertise, attention to detail and patience were outstanding! I am so happy with the final product and the entire process. Tim and his team were punctual, respectful, knowledgeable, and provided stellar workmanship on our new pavers. Legacy Custom Paver did my Pool Deck and All I can say is “WOW”.

I saw their ad – “Call us before you call your pool company” and I am very glad that I did finally call them. I had gotten several quotes from pool companies to do different options for my pool deck and they were very expensive for what they were going do. Spray deck and concrete overlays for example. Legacy provided an option that was a much better value for the money. They removed the old concrete deck, installed drainage, then installed pavers and a new retaining wall.

These guys do excellent work and are very easy to work with. There was no high pressure sells pitch or push to upgrade. They brought my wife and I several different samples so that we could see what the pavers actually looked like vs what was in the brochure. We are very glad they did this, helped us from picking a color we would have regretted. The team that did the install were professional and very skilled in their trade. My pool has lots of curves to it and these guys cut pavers to fit around the curves. There were no large gaps. It was very impressive to watch them hand cut the pavers. The job took 6 days from start to finish. As part of the job, they had to install new drains where the old ones where in the concrete. I did not think about this when I was starting to price the jobs with pool companies. They added drain points that fixed areas where the water flooded up on my porch. This was an ADDED perk in getting all the concrete removed and pavers installed.

Would I use this company again? YES!! Would I recommend this company to my family and friends? YES!!!

Legacy updated our pool and deck (demo, pool coping, pool tile, and pavers for pool/pavilion area). Our contact Mike lead the process from quote to finished product. I would recommend working with them without reservation. From start to finish Mike supervised the entire process and during demo/construction/etc he was on site every day. During the process there are always complications or potential for added work to do job properly and everything was presented in a fair and relaxed manner where I feel these guys work with high integrity to do what is right even if at a detriment to them. I could not recommend working with Mike enough - he is a great guy, very fair and easy to deal with. My family is beyond appreciative to the entire team there - thank you for the beautiful pool/deck upgrade, it looks amazing!

Life changing!! Our backyard desperately needed a makeover (grass was barely growing/super muddy and weeds galore) and we had gotten a good amount of quotes from several companies for pavers and turf. We have a U-shaped house with a very large inner courtyard. The original aggregate concrete patio was in terrible condition, and prior owners had installed brick pavers in the remaining space. Legacy Custom Pavers was able to execute my vision for a modern patio space and turf play area, using only a clumsy Crayola marker drawing as a guide. The results are incredible! They had a great turnaround time of 2-3 weeks from the time we paid our deposit, and the project was completed in 2.5 days - including demolition of the old patio. We had multiple companies give us quotes and Legacy was not only competitive, but allowed us to work with a single company for both pavers and turf from start to finish. Best money we’ve spent on our home!

We worked with Brandon and the team at Legacy Custom Pavers to add walkways and patios to our outdoor living area. We also had them install some artificial grass in shaded area beneath a tree where we have been unable to grow grass. The walkways and patio look outstanding.
