Jeff and his team did a great job of replacing the roof on my family home. He did a really amazing job of making what most would consider a daunting process (especially going through home insurance) into a painless and straightforward experience. I really felt that he was making sure the best materials were being used, no shortcuts were being taken, and they were putting in the extra effort to ensure quality work. They were able to complete the work in a day even after a delay caused by some defective materials that Lowe’s had delivered which Jeff returned and ensured were replaced. Thrilled with how everything turned out and would highly recommend them for all your roofing needs.

Andy with Ascent Roofing was amazing to work with. He was there to answer any questions with quick response time. He worked endlessly with our difficult insurance company and continued to follow up and fight for us until the insurance claim was approved. The team was polite, showed up when they said they would, and did a great job on our roof replacement. I highly recommend Ascent Roofing! We won't use anyone else!!

Ascent Roofing did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Andy Baker was great to work with and he made the process of getting our roof replaced so easy. He worked well with our insurance carrier and provided an excellent storm proof shingle. His team was efficient, polite and professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough! And, they do restoration work too!

Jeff and his team are the best!! They came out initially in May because we had tree roots that got into our plumbing and caused a minor flood in the garage and house. They came out and cleared out all of the damaged flooring and Sheetrock. They treated the walls for any possible mold and we had the fans for a couple days. Then when we got hit with the hail storm in September I was overwhelmed by the calls, texts, and door to door soliciting, being a first time homeowner I was worried about scammers but then I got a text from Jeff asking if anyone had come by to look at our house. I was so relieved because I didn’t have to search for a reputable company and knew it would be done right. It was very refreshing to have someone help when I had no idea what steps to take and know I wouldn’t be taken advantage of. They came in repaired the roof beautifully, replaced the gutters, and assisted us in removing the two pesky trees in the front yard that caused our flood earlier in the year. He was in constant communication with my boyfriend and I every step of the way. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ascent Roofing and Restoration!! The entire crew was polite, professional, and very courteous of their worksite making sure it was as clean (or cleaner) when they were finished.

Ascent did a wonderful job on our new roof and flooring after our water leak. We had other various updates in the house done by his team also. Everything went smooth and was done in a timely manner! Andy made the process of dealing with the insurance company a breeze and was available when the adjustor came. We highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future!

They fight for your rights with the insurance company. When they say they are going to do something they get it done. Class act.

I called Gladiator after hurricane Laura severely damaged my roof, to come out and tarp my roof. They only fixed the three tarps I had already put up there leaving the other 2/3 of my roof still exposed leading to further water damage in my home. Then a gentleman from Gladiator called to schedule an appointment, it got canceled due to rain which is understandable, problem is its been a week and a half and still no communication. I called them back today, 10/7, to share my frustration only to get a "Good luck." Needless to say I will be hiring another roofing company. Gladiator, I'm sure this will never actually see the light of day on Google reviews but if you do read this you should have held up your end of the deal. Oh and GOOD LUCK, seems to be solid advice to hand out these days.
