I had some questions regarding a slab leak, they were very helpful, came out to my house the same day and took a look at the problem we thought we had. Didn't end up being much but they provided there professional feedback and said they would follow up beginning of next week to see how everything was.

I had a tree limb split off a tree and hit the roof of my house. it rubbed a hole in some shingles as the wind was blowing pretty strong all night. I called Ascent roofing and Jeff came out and repaired the damaged shingles. My roof was still in good shape and he made it so it will last a few more years before needing replacement. I made one call and the problem was taken care of.

They did an amazing job replacing the roof on my parent’s home. They were helpful in discussing the process and helping to pick out shingle color. The crew were very thorough during the roofing process and the clean-up process. Highly recommend this company!!

Wonderful service! Needed my roof replaced from hail damage and Andy helped deal with the insurance company, which included two separate roof inspections and two different adjusters.

Extremely impressed by the professionalism of Ascent Roofing. From the beginning, Andy was prompt and efficient. He explained everything so my wife and I could understand, with this being our first roof replacement. Andy even made time to come back and meet with our adjuster to make sure everything and everyone was on the same page. We called three different companies during our initial claim process and Andy and Ascent stood out by far as the company we wanted to work with. Jeff and his team from Ascent Roofing and Restoration took awesome care of my water damaged home. All rooms were impacted. They mitigated the damage, cleaned up and dried everything out efficiently and with urgency. Once the house was dry, they restored everything back to original condition. I really appreciate Jeff's help with my restoration project and knowledge on insurance processes!

Received excellent assistance from Andy with Ascent Roofing in getting our roof replaced and other issues from a hail storm repaired. It was all done quickly and looks great. Would definitely use them again!

Andy came and estimated the damage quickly. He helped me work though all the layers with adjusters and when all the insurance paper work. When the insurance paperwork was completed and the work began the worked was completed in a extremely timely manner. Through clean up. My kitchen and floors are beautiful. I am extremely happy. Jeff did great in every aspect of our home repairs after a tornado hit. We had multiple things that needed repaired/replaced - the walls, ceiling, floors, roof siding and shingles. Jeff made this process WAY easier for us by helping us straighten out the insurance claim, and taking the time to explain the process to us. Any other company would have just thrown everything together and not bothered explaining. Jeff took care to do things right and if there were any mistakes, he was the first to point it out and fix it before we even said anything. Just a good honest hard worker and that is rare to find.
