Jacob Munoz was our main contact and was easy to work with. He answered all of our questions. His team was very through and kept the area clean. We would use Springtree again if needed.

I needed a quote on a repair and Roy came out the next day and was very honest with me about what was going on and why their business was not a good fit for my project and what he thought we should do instead. They have the qualifications to do the work but since I'm under contract with another company on another project he helped me think through the pros and cons of involving another company and the effect on my warranty. Appreciated his honesty and time and if I have other needs I will be calling him.

Jase came to survey our roof after the storms. He let us know there wasn’t any damage, and no work was needed at that time. I really appreciate his honesty and wasn’t trying to push us to do unnecessary work. We’ll definitely call him out again should there be a need.

Super honest and transparent. I had a small roof leak and called another company to look and give me an estimate. They gave me an estimate for $12,000. I wanted a second estimate so I called Springtree. Roy came out and did a thorough inspection and showed me photos of exactly where the issue is that caused the leak. He also told me that I should just call a carpenter because the fix was replacing some wood siding versus roof shingles or flashing and I didn't need a roofing company repair at this time. I was both pleased and surprised. It is so hard to find an expert who will represent your interest versus selling you something you don't need. I will definitely call Roy when I need a repair.

We have used Springtree for two roof replacements and for several post-weather inspections, and they are always honest and professional and they do exceptional work. Roy R. came out last week to inspect our roof after the wind and the hail that we have recently had, and the experience was the same as always. Jace and Roy, and the rest of the Springtree team do great work, and we highly recommend them!

Company did not accomplish work and owner cancelled the contract. The owner was not able to accomplish repairs for fire damage because he lacks the ability and lied with intent to fraudulently charge the customer work that was not approved by me or insurance adjuster. The better business bureau should record this statement to inform all customers of your actions. In addition, software forced me to provide a rating before message could returned. My rating of you and your company is lower than one star.

AJ and his team over promise and under perform. There was always an excuse for why things go wrong its always someone else's fault. I heard every excuse from this team. They have no concept of accountability. At the end of the day I would go with another company. I was not impressed and even shocked they are in business because they had no clue what they where doing.

As someone who is extremely detailed and admittedly a little picky, I can confidently say that I am beyond satisfied with everything about our experience with springtree restoration. Springtree did a fantastic job on my roof after a hailstorm last year. Very prompt and professional. Came back several months later for “warranty work” that I believe was mainly caused by the original framing of my house, and had it fixed up in no time. It was a relief to have it fixed and a pleasure dealing with Al and Jaime. They handled everything when dealing with my insurance as well, which was a huge plus.

I sincerely appreciate Jacob Munoz, because unlike so many others out there, he doesn’t talk at you or down to you for not knowing. He will work with you and keep it real. In a time when customer service seems to be a lost art, it’s nice to talk to people who remember to be understanding.

Springtree’s Sheetmetal shop is second to none. Jay is a natural leader and has came through for us so many times. We won’t use anyone else. The whole team is class. We have never been there when somebody hasn’t greeted us and helped us load up. AJ has allways waived or came out to shake our hand. Great culture and great company. I’m allways impressed.

I needed a quote on gutters, and Roy was great to work with. He was friendly and honest in his assessment, ultimately saying that he felt gutters were not the correct solution and going out of his way to connect me to a contact at another company that he believed could help. I really appreciated his honesty and would highly recommend Springtree for the future!

Amazing customer service. We got hit with some super bad hail and Jase came out and did a Free inspection the day after. Real straight shooter and all around nice guy. I will definitely be using them in the future for my roofing and repair needs
