We used Copper Tree Roofing to repair our storm damage from April, 2019. They replaced the roof and gutters, fixed the water leak damage in the garage ceiling and were also able to get the insurance company to replace a couple of windows that had latent damage from the hail. They kept us informed the whole way, were very responsive to calls/texts, and did a great job on the repairs. One of the management team was there when the individual repairs began, frequently stayed for much of the job, and checked back personally when they did have to leave for a while. We also used them for some additional repairs that were unrelated to the storm damage. I would recommend them to anyone.

The best experience with a home repair ever. We had our roof replaced fence repaired and painted and gutters replaced from hail damage. Jeff and his whole company were efficient, professional and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Copper Tree Roofing without hesitation!

It was a fortunate day when Justin stopped by my house to inquire if his company, Copper Tree, might inspect my roof for hail damage. I am normally leery of unsolicited input from strangers, but I checked out the company and they had great reviews, so I decided to trust them. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Justin was there when my insurance adjuster inspected the roof, and he guided the whole process. The work was professional and was completed in just one day, and the cleanup outstanding. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needed a new roof.

Absolutely the best roofers around! The price is on target and their quote does not increase after the work is done! They installed my new roof 5 years ago and patched it after the big Texas blow of May 2024. They are also capable of fixing guttering. They are a quality act with a reasonable price!

Springtree Restoration has been excellent to work with. They have done a couple of restoration projects and replaced our roof over the past several years. The work was excellent and all projects completed on time. Very professional organization. I would highly recommend them.

Springtree Restoration has completed 2 roof replacement jobs for me in the last 10 years. AJ and his team took great care of me. They restained my garage doors, fence, took care of window screens, etc. They also upgraded me to solar attic vents, redid my ventilation in my attic. They did everything they said they would do.

They were hired to replace a damaged downspout and install a new one. We weren't home when the repairs we're done but just from a visual observation they look properly installed and attached. They also completed other work that we discussed to improve the performance of the rain gutters and again just from visual observation it looks to be installed just fine but we should be able to tell when the next hard rain storm happens. Overall we rate the work and communication good with the only negative being we wished they had contacted us to advise of their scheduled time for our service after the work order was approved by the HOA, we waited daily not knowing when they would show up.

I've been in real estate and construction for a long time. We just had a major act of God, lost our whole roof on a strip center , water coming in to the building , Tenats freaking out and I live in Arizona. This is not good!!! I called AJ at Spring Tree Roofing , he and his crew get to the building immediately, start assessing the situation, calm the Tenats down and start going to work putting on a temporary roof. I've never seen anything like it even being a contractor myself. Amazing!!! It does not stop there, they walk us through the whole process, coordinated all the subs , met my insurance company on site and got the building back in better shape than it was before the storm. Top Notch Company, AJ and Spring Tree are a rare find.

The construction managers and employees for Springtree are awesome. They monitored the entire job and all the subcontractors that worked on the project. Their attention to detail is far superior to any other contractors that I’ve ever used. I highly recommend Springtree for their responsiveness, fair price and quality of work. Current Update: Yes everything is still great but I had new issue that came up which required a necessary repair. I had such a great experience with Springtree that I called Jacob back out to see if Springtree would be interested. They took care of the repairs and left my home as if nothing had happened. Great people, great service, and the only company that will work on my home in the future.

Springtree Restoration recently replaced our roof, installed new gutters, and painted the exterior of our home. Our Restoration Consultant, Marty, was very helpful from being on-site when our insurance rep was here to inspect the roof to being available for any phone call, text, or request to come back out to the property to address any questions or concerns I had. He was super-responsive and put me at ease about the entire project. We'd never had anything done on our home or ever made an insurance claim. AJ in finance kept me advised of the costs and made adjustments when we wanted to add items we discovered were needed during the project. Nate in production scheduled the work and from the time they started, they were here every day - weather permitting - until the job was complete. Everyone including Bryan, the lead guy on-site, to Jaime the Quality Assurance inspector, to Tyler who intermittently stopped by to take pictures of all the work being done, and Juan the lead on the gutter installation were all super-responsive, patient, and attentive to all my questions and wanted to ensure that I was happy with the job as it was being done and when it was completed. We could not have had a better experience! We will be using Springtree Restoration for any future home improvement projects. We won't even consider using anyone else. They proved to be reliable, trustworthy, fair-priced, and intent on customer satisfaction. Thank you Springtree!

I've worked with half a dozen contractors over the last 5 yrs in north Texas with my house and I'm picky about the work I'm paying for. I'm from a construction family that s all retired now but I know the corners they will cut thinking you won't notice and SPRINGTREE is the only one that didn't skimp out on my whole kitchen overhaul from floor to ceiling it was top notch with reasonable prices. I ve found the only company I will ever use again. We had hail damage to our roof, gutters and fence. Springtree helped us through the entire claims process. They were above and beyond on communicating with us throughout the process. Their workmanship is outstanding. The crews are extremely professional. They treated our house like it was their own. Jodi did an amazing job guiding us the entire way. She was the first on site, helped us with shingle and color choices and checked on us on a regular basis. Nate and his team communicated clearly all the steps and did an amazing job. AJ provided us and our insurance with an easy to understand estimate. He walked us through the claims process and was always there to answer any questions we had. I can’t say enough good things about the entire Springtree team. We are now customers for life.

Springtree came in and did restoration following a flood in our house. Other companies said it would be 6 months -
Springtree was 4 weeks; and that was only because the flooring we wanted matched had to be ordered. They did an excellent job! The crew was wonderful! They did great work, they were careful with our belongings, cleaned up behind themselves (better than I would have). I would recommend them without reservation! Mike was responsive and made sure everything went exactly as we wanted. They were done in two days!!!

AJ/SpringTree restoration was asked to look at repairing a leak in our roof. After they “patched” the roof they sent us a bill for $5,000. They ruined our chances of getting our insurance claim and we had to pay for all of the damage out of pocket. AJ then hounded us for months demanding that we pay this bill even though the leak was never repaired and it continued to leak for months and we had to get a different company to come out and redo their work after springtree could not stop the leak. They then threatened to send debt collectors on us and put a Lein on us. I highly highly recommend to go with anyone else.

We’ve had some work on our roof recently with Springtree Restoration and they have done a wonderful job identifying the reason our roof was leaking in the first place and addressing that rather than just patching it up! We really appreciate the long term goal rather and a temporary bandaid approach to get a job done. Great customer service and seamless experience from the time of seeking service, buying in and closing out! Thank you!

Springtree came in and put our house back together after water damage happened to our upstairs and downstairs. They also went above and beyond when having to work with our insurance company. I think my favorite part of the house ended up being the kitchen!!

Spring tree came through for me after a natural disaster when no other company would call us back. They did an amazing job getting my house back in order and looking almost brand new even down to the paint which at first was barely noticeable the wrong color but the painters caught it and got the right.
