Had damages from the spring storms to the roof. Used Coppertree for my Emergency Fix til a permanent fix could be done. The customer service was good, but the fix to my skylight wasn't properly done and ruin the skylight permanently. Now I have to pay out of pocket since insurance won't cover due to the patch up job. Be warned and be knowledge about what is being done. I emailed the company and the company has yet to respond. They maybe good at fixing roofs, per the other ratings, but when you you have issues they are slow/or no response on getting back to you. I am having to find other means to have the issue resolved. Will update.

Clayton at Coppertree reached out to me. After much discussion and verification, the issue of the patch job will be settled. I am giving Clayton a 4 star for his Customer Service.

We were extremely pleased with all aspects of the roof replacement and other work performed by Copper Tree. The staff were efficient, professional and hardworking. Everything we wanted to know was explained to our satisfaction. Copper Tree dealt with the insurances company AND the HOA, saving us time and effort. All work was performed as described, on time and within time estimated. And they did not push us to do unnecessary work. Glad we found a business with integrity. Other than the roof, we used them for texturing walls, painting, fence staining and minor repairs.

After the storms last year, I was referred to Jeff through a friend. Jeff and his team arrived and walked the property identifying the damage and explaining the process. They returned a few days later and we sat down and reviewed the proposal. The process was extremely smooth and efficient. Jeff and the team kept me in the look throughout the process. I had the roof and fence replaced and I couldn’t be happier. I definitely recommend Copper Tree for the Frisco and surrounding areas.

Clayton and his team were great to work with. We had everything replaced and more that our last roofer did not do. They even got more money from our insurance company to replace our fence with a brand new 8 ft fence with extension! Highly recommend.

We worked with Greg, and our experience was amazing. We called them out for a simple shingle repair, and they thoroughly inspected our roof, and did what it took to get us in good condition. The communication was great, and I felt like they were very honest. Best of all-in high minimum visit charge. I will definitely use the company again
