We had a great experience with DFW Fence Pro. From the cost estimation with Ivan, to the permitting and scheduling with Stephanie, to the job walk with Oscar, it all went smoothly. And this is really saying something considering how many questions and variations of scope we entertained. Everyone was always patient with us as we nailed down what we most wanted and the guys that actually did the work were awesome - my neighbor and I were very impressed with their quality and efficiency! Each person through the process was very communicative. Overall, we couldn't have asked for anything more and are very pleased with our new fence. Thank you, DFW Fence Pro!

Well, I have a very "logical" reason to give it 1 star. If possible I would have taken -4 star. My neighbor got the estimate from this "logical" fence company. I am also one of the payers in this project as the fence is shared by me and my neighbor. Now, I have a gate that I want to fix as they are going to install a whole new fence. I asked them to provide an estimate to fix or install a new gate. I was hoping that they could install a new gate at the same cost as my neighbor. But, they gave me an estimate of $2000 to install a new gate. The reason behind this "logical" estimation is that they can't work on a project lower than $2000. In short, they want me to go for the other side of the fence. This is a very smart business tactic. They gave me an estimate of $2000 to install a new gate. They think that they are very smart. Now, my neighbor will pay $475 for their side of door and they are asking $2000 for our side of door.

Our fence came out BEAUTIFUL! We had an issue with the placement of one section, which we realized on the second day. I was immediately stressed and worried we'd have a battle on our hands, but Adam responded the same night, arrived on site to view, an quickly understood and agreed it was an issue. We talked over multiple options and then he made sure it was resolved to our complete satisfaction. I haven't had many good experiences with contractors in the past, so it was a pleasure to deal with a company with such high standards of excellence in both craftsmanship and customer service. We will definitely call DFW Fence Pro for any future projects. Highly recommend

Our fence was 16 years old, repaired many times and embarrassing! We chose DFW Fence Pro to replace our fence after the company was highly recommended in several different social media forums. What we didn't know was this was the same company we called in spring of 2015 for an estimate after another storm knocked a part of our fence down again. We were not able to work out a deal with the neighbors at the time so we waited. Blake, the owner remembered us after over a year and basically gave us the same price except for the 3rd gate we added. That never happens! Both Blake and Bryce were friendly, professional, on time for appointments, flexible with our crazy work schedules and very patient with our HOA home modifications process. Even provided us with 3 different invoices so the neighbors had their own. Our lot is a .25 acre, it was a 2 man crew and was done in two days. Amazing!! Our fence is SO BEAUTIFUL and makes me smile every time I see it. We truly appreciate their amazing business ethics and will recommend them every chance we can. Thank you again for a job well done Blake and Bryce. They deserve 10 Stars!!

Bryce cares about the quality of his work and the customers using his services. He showed this time and time again. Our fence and driveway are wonderful. He went above and beyond the city's requirements for them both. When there was a small error with the city's paperwork he took full ownership and got it corrected with them. I highly recommend DFW Fence Pro. They did a great job with replacing our 6-foot cedar fence. Josh said they used 9-foot steel posts, and sunk them 3 feet deep, and concreted them in. Short of a tornado blowing through, this fence isn’t going anywhere, and it looks great !! I will go with them for any other fence needs I have in the future. Great company, fast and responsive.

I solicited 4 fence bids before choosing DFW Fence Pro. Zach was fantastic to work with during the entire process, from carefully capturing my initial requirements to finalizing a couple updates to checking in during construction to our final walk-through after work completed. He was very responsive throughout the process, highly professional, and focused on delivering the fence I envisioned. The crew was professional and worked very hard over the four days of construction. I highly recommend DFW Fence Pro based on my experience.

DFW Fence Pro did an excellent job, on time and on budget. Their crew arrived early, worked hard all day and got it all done by 7:00 PM. The material is better than what I can buy in Lowes or Home Depot, and the overall look of the fence is exceptional.

I am beyond happy with my decision to use DFW Fence Pro to replace my fence that I share with two neighbors. They were a pleasure to work with in all areas. I have worked with other fence contractors and I will never use another company again. They came out to do an estimate the same day I called and were ready to do the work within a few days. However, it took a while for my HOA to approve the work but once they did, DFW Fence Pro was out here the next day to do the work. There was a slight miscommunication between the sales team and the production team but it was quickly resolved and the production manager delivered exactly what I had expected. They were done in 48 hours. I highly recommend using this company for your fence needs.

The DFW fence crew knocked out a fence for my 1.4 acre property and did a great job. Bryce and Tristan were knowledgeable and helped us decide on a pipe fence for some of our specific project. From the job walk to the build/completion they were timely, helpful and quick! Fence turned out great and looks like a million bucks. Highly recommend their services.

Took 4 times to get it right. The initial install was a retaining wall that had at least a 2" gap between the wood and dirt wall the entire length of my driveway...in other words it wasn't retaining anything.

The next 3 visits were used to try and pack dirt and a mixture of cement to fill the gap, and replace missing lag screws from the pole supports they removed for the fill dirt. Mind you, I had to recall them after each visit to remedy the situation.

After the initial job, I found 3 nails and 2 lag screws in my driveway...I'm glad none of that ended up in a tire. Finally, after the last fill dirt and cement application, they left a lot of sloppy concrete mud that discolored the retaining wall boards and my driveway surface. I'm not super concerned about it since it's a rear entry driveway, but it doesn't look great.

I work with contractors every day as a property manager, and I would be mortified if my guys did a job like this for the money. Overall though, they did indeed eventually deliver what was outlined in the contract.
