He delivered my estimate in a timely manner....on the day of installation Armando and his crew also were professional, they paid attention to detail and were careful maneuvering in my garden. This team is a winning team as I am very happy with the results and will use them again....Thank you Sal, Armando and crew....

Excellent company. Great experience from start to finish. Sal from sales came to speak with us about installing fencing on the property soon after we called Jen fence. He was both knowledgeable and personable and the quote he provided was better than other quotes we had received. When I went to the town hall to obtain a permit, the inspector said he was familiar with Jan Fencing and offered that it was both a reliable and stable company. Turnaround time from start to finish was 2 weeks with updates and communication from the office. Armando and his team installed the fencing without issue and the clean up was Immaculate when they left. Sal was present at the beginning of the job and called later to find out how it went. I highly recommend this company. Good ones aren't easy to find.

Exceptional group from Luke, our estimator, to the gentleman who roped off the property day-of to install. Total pro's. You can absolutely trust their expertise, they will try to save you $$ in various responsible ways, not by cutting corners, and they WILL make sure you get the fence and boundary you envision.

I have just had my 2nd or 3rd fence installed by Jan Fence. They could not be better to work with, from the first inquiry, through setting the date for installation, the actual installation (which I had to delay...no problem!), and the payment process. Luke, Jeff and Willie (my installer) were most helpful, capable, and pleasant. Don't go anywhere else for your new fence!

Jan Fence was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. We fenced in our entire back yard last November. Al the salesman was very thorough with his proposal and Wesley's crew did a phenomenal job with the installation and addressed all of our concerns. Highly recommend!

These guys are great. Had them install part of a fence a few years back and the quality of the materials is great along with their guys did an amazing job. Then we had to have some parts of the fence repaired due to a tree falling on it and they did a great job again repairing part of the fence that they didn't even install. They're the first company I will reach out to when it comes to any fence I might need.

Gato and Sal were great to work with. Sal especially went above and beyond. The mesh we originally selected wasn’t going to be in until Tuesday so Sal drove to PA early in the morning to pick up the mesh for our fence so it could be done in one day. Really impressed with their work and glad we went with Jan Fence.

The Jan Fence team did great work. I am in the middle of putting in a backyard patio and landscaping, and the new fence will be a great addition. The whole process was made easy by Jan Fence.

MY fence is lifting and it is uneven after just a few month, JOSE B. dodges my phone calls and doesn't care once he has made the sell. He is avoiding me and i paid 17,000 for this fence just for it to lift in months. Go ANYWHERE else. He should be fired.

The gates on fencing installed by Jan over 25 years ago needed repair. Jose Reyes, technician, responded to review the job, who then expertly and professionally shared what would be needed to remedy the issues . Jose is a knowledgeable, skilled technician who represents the company very well. The gates now operates as it did when originally installed.

Jan Fence was a pleasure to work with on our post and rail install. Sal was responsive, courteous and made the entire process seamless. His install team led by Armando did excellent workmanship and knocked out the entire job in one day. They were neat and cleaned up the back patio at the end of the install. I would highly recommend Sal and the rest of the Jan Fence team for any of your fencing needs.

Great customer service from Jan Fence. From the sales person, Al, who was great and provided us all the information abou the projects, permits and everything, to the team that came to install the fence and did a phenomenal job. We quoted multiple companies for the same fence and Jan Fence had the best price and the best service, we're very happy with our fence!

Although the ultimate result was what I wanted, it took them a number of times to install the fence correctly> The fence was supposed to be only an inch off of the ground, the extensions on the existing fence were supposed to be down to the ground, and the door had such a large space underneath it that they actually pulled MY landscape rocks and SHOVED them under the door to create the lack of space under it. The extensions were not only too high, but they were installed incorrectly - overlapping the posts instead of between the posts. In addition, there was so much space under the fence I could put my whole foot under it and slide up to my shin. When I called them and e-mailed pictures, my sales person called me up and basically said "I have nothing to say - I don't know why this happened." He went on to state the installer worked for them for years, and he didn't understand why. He was genuinely shocked and said they'd fix it Sunday (it was Friday). So I said okay but not to charge my credit card the final payment until I was happy and he agreed. So early on Sunday my wife and I went outside to look to make sure we caught every issue and to our surprise and dismay, someone from Jan Fence had illegally snuck onto our property earlier and did some half baked repair (shoving dirt into the spaces instead of fixing the post, and trying to install the extensions correctly). Well I was livid to say the least. I called up again and to my salespersons surprise, he had nothing to say. He promised the installer would come back around noon to fix all issues and stay until it's done. Then around 2:30 he showed up with his young daughter. I asked him why it was done wrong, and if it were his house, is that how he'd do it - I got a blank stare and a nod of understanding. I went over all that I wanted fixed and it took him and his daughter hours in the rain, but it eventually was done. No sooner that the guy left did I get a call from my sales person "Is it good now?" "Yes, it's okay." Can we charge your card now?" That's all the concern really felt like. Get it done so we can charge this guy. No further apology, no offer of a discount or anything. That was the last time I heard from them. So I recommend you are home during install (I was away on business and my wife was there, but she didn't know anything about the fence and what was supposed to get done). The quality seems top notch, and I'm happy with the results. But I should have done more homework and checked other companies out too. I don't think I'll use them again, but you can give them a shot if you want...just make sure you are present and watching during the process...

My husband and I were in search for a fence around our yard, after calling five different fence companies, we were feeling very discouraged by the lack of customer service and professionalism, but than I called JAN FENCE and the person on the phone had a great phone ethic, I set up an appointment that’s when DOUG came to our house for an estimate. Since we never had a fence DOUG explained everything from beginning to the end of what we needed to know before purchasing a fence. He explained everything thoroughly and patiently where we could understand how it’s installed and the very little maintenance of the fence. DOUG was so knowledgeable and the experience in purchasing the fence was exceptional. After visiting five different locations JAN FENCE had the BEST PRICE!!!! People….if you’re in search for a fence, don’t waste your time going to all these different places….DOUG….we can’t Thank You enough for a pleasurable experience!!!! We know we made the best decision and that we will be 100 percent happy and satisfied. We are beyond happy and excited and can’t wait for our fence to be installed!!!!

We Had a great experience with Jan Fence. Our salesman was Ryan. He was professional and measured everything very finely because we had to get a variance to install our fence and the installation had to be within the legal parameters. He went over all the measurements several times with his people and in the end it was perfect (few inches conservative). His installers were fast and professional too: four of them did the job in about 5-7 hours (forget exactly). My fences (one chain link and one PVC) are brand new so I can't comment on how long they last, I can only comment on our experience with them so far. Their price was fair and right in the range of estimates we got from other companies.

What a horrific company. They installed a backyard fence for us , and a gate down the driveway. Repeatedly we asked them to come back for the driveway gate to function properly and they adamantly refuse. Never again with this company.

Armando was a king on install day - walked through everything with me - was polite and installed a beautiful fence for the best price. I sat on this project for years and it was done so easily - why did I wait?!
