I had the pleasure of working with all service specialists, during my kitchen renovation, and they truly exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a commitment to excellence.

We had storm damage needing repair from May. Angelo’s the only contractor we consulted with who could work within our budget based on the insurance and get the job done quickly. I look forward to seeing what other projects can get done around the house.

Brady, the general contractor for most projects, is excellent. He does great work, takes the time to explain any questions you before/during/after. Finally he is wonderful when an an unforeseen issue arises, both at troubleshooting and budgeting.

I used All Service Specialists for the first time last winter to clear my driveway and sidewalks of snow for the first time last winter. My previous snow removal service dug up my yard so bad that I felt that I needed to make the change. All service specialists did a great job without making a mess of my yard.

I recently enlisted All Service Specialist for a roof replacement and was thoroughly impressed with their service. Their team was communicative, punctual, and professional, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. The workmanship was of high quality, with meticulous attention to detail. This team was so easy to work with. They’re friendly and fair prices. They remodeled my bathroom and it’s beautiful! They got the work done quick and I’ve already booked more jobs for them! They will be my go to from now on!

All Service was amazing our home was hit by a tornado earlier this year. We talked with Jesse just a fantastic guy. Jesse is very easy to work with he is kind, self-directed, and knowledgeable in his field. Brady saw problem and fixed problem. They listened to concerns and was efficient with repairing our home. I would recommend the to my family and friends

All Services did a great job on the renovation of our bathroom and entryway / mud room. There had previously been water damage, and when we moved in, there were just bare walls and a toilet in those areas. All plaster had been knocked out, there was no trim, the bathroom door didn't even close, let alone lock, and only the toilet existed or worked. All Services fixed our open electrical connections, put in drywall and trim, primed everything nicely, and installed a sink, cabinet, and shower for us and got all the plumbing hooked up properly. They did extra touches like getting our bathroom door to work properly, they were punctual, friendly, and polite, and they ALWAYS cleaned up after the work, something we have not always seen from other workers. They were even extra careful to watch for our little escape-artist pets and not let them get out when bringing in supplies or going in and out to saw wood. We worked with many different people during our project for the different plumbing, dffy walling, electrical, and other aspects, but we especially enjoyed working with Aaron, who was a constant throughout the whole project and kept things moving along. We are very happy with our completed projects and will work with them again with a future kitchen remodel.

The crew and cost definitely deserve 5 stars. They delivered cut and placed recycled sports turf in my dog yard. It was not an easy task with my fence placement, narrow gravel driveway, the weight of the turf, and rain on top of it.

We had an above ground pool and remodeled deck installed this spring. All Service Specialists staff were excellent to work with. The experience and dedication of the staff is an awesome tribute to their company. They really cared about their work. We are very much enjoying our new outdoor space!

We had a rock wall rebuilt and we also had them install drain tiles and new gutters off the roof. They replaced some of the grass damaged with sod and some with seed which hopefully will take as it’s been 6 months and it’s not looking great. My biggest beef with them is I reached out to them to fix one of the gutters they replaced as it’s not over one of the drains they installed. The whole reason for all this work was to divert the water so our roof water doesn’t comprise the rock wall again which happened and they rebuilt for us. They have not gotten back to me. We paid them 11 grand so you think they would get this right with us.

Updated photos of our rock wall they rebuilt. One rock is about to tumble down, lots of the liner material is exposed and there are crevices all along the wall so any small rocks they installed has now fallen to the lower flower bed.
This wall was poorly built and will have to be redone. Perhaps it’s time to make a visit to small claims court?

Update 8/20/24: they have a new business partner and josh has been very involved in getting my concerns resolved. Today they got the down spout replaced so they are incased and the rain water won’t spill over into the garden. Next up is getting the rock wall resolved. It’s a shame it took a nasty review to get my concerns addressed but I’m happy to change my review as the crews make progress on my landscaping.

Wow. As a customer who operated in the service industry for over 40 years, I know great service when I see it and All Service Specialists met all my criteria. Jesse, Brady, and in particular Austin and Aaron made my remodel get done on time and on budget. These folks were terrific contractors and fantastic communicators. They behaved as it my home remodel was their own home remodel. I highly recommend this team and will tell all my friends and neighbors the great work they provided me.

I recently had All Services do a full basement remodel, which in the end turned out good. However, when you pay over $30,000 for a project, you expect amazing. The project consisted of painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing and full carpet.

The staff in general was kind, courteous and gave their best effort. However, some of the tasks such as the plumbing were slightly out of the wheelhouse the person who did the bathroom remodel. In the end, the shower plumbing leaked during the first use, and the entire shower had to be completely removed, piping fixed and installed again.

In the end, the reason for two stars was the lack of project management and clear timelines and objectives. There wasn't any semblance of a project scheduel, and a two week estimate turned into a month. Don't get me wrong, project certainly run over, but communication definitely dropped off, or was intentionally vague.

Additionally, the details that one would expect when spending money on a project was not up to par. The project manager did not come and do any final checks or sign-offs. They did come back upon request to do touch ups, but even after there were still details that I ended up fixing later.

I think this company tries to operate with integrity and does care about providing a good final product, but for me the execution and communication just wasn't on point for me for what I paid.

They may be the right choice, depending on the specific project, but I think when multiple trades are involved they have room for improvement.

All service specialists did a great job putting on a new roof and front gutters and downspouts. Angelo, jesse. Brenan and their crew were kind and profeessional and did extra work w/o any charge. I highly recommend them. Gary Dobbs
