This company is a rare find. I had siding done on our duplex in Sun Prairie. I can't say enough about all aspects of this project and experience. The crew was experienced, clean, professional, diligent with the details-they cared and were good at their job. In addition to doing a fantastic job on the siding, they repaired underlying damage from a botched window replacement job done a few years ago, which included some minor sheathing and framing repair and insulation replacement.
I thought their pricing was straightforward and incredibly reasonable as well. I want to pay experienced working folks a livable wage and not line the pockets management you know?
The site manager had over 10 years of actual on-the-ground working experience so he was able to explain in detail what they were doing. He also responded to my questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
I could go on and on. At the end of the day, I am sleeping better knowing that things were done well, done right, and I paid a respectable price.
Always get multiple quotes...but then go with these folks knowing things are going to get done right.

I was very happy with the process from quote to finished product. The work was completed nicely and very quickly! We were very happy that we chose to complete our project with Exterior Renovations. We worked with Jay and Trae and they were professional and reliable. I really appreciated how nicely the area was cleaned up when they were done working.

When we have more work needed in the future we will be back, and I will recommend them to family and friends.

Just a fantastic experience with Exterior Renovations from start to finish. The team as a whole was thoughtful, diligent, helpful, and pleasant to have around. We had a complete exterior overhaul, and Michael was so thorough with addressing every single one of our questions--with more detail and explanation than any other company we talked with. The pricepoint beat every other company we talked with (except one who was willing to match the price), but they also were meeting our unique needs with creative ideas and personalized solutions to our unique problems (for instance, unique fascia and soffet design for an old home in order to maintain the character and more inventive and effective gutter installation to avoid strap-hung gutters). John, the lead on our project, had a great attention to detail and obviously took great pride in his work (as he should) and was always happy to answer questions. We ran into a couple of hiccups in house structure (rotting wood, etc) which were also addressed promptly and efficiently. Communication and promptness were amazing throughout the entire experience. Two small details were left unfinished, and Michael noticed them himself in his own followup to the project and were taken care of promptly. Honestly, we’re still shocked at how smoothly and and pleasantly such a giant project went. For one of the best-priced quotes, we were worried we’d pay the price in some way, but instead we really just found the best company to work with. We’ll most definitely be using Exterior Renovations for all future projects with no hesitation.

Exterior Renovations did a great job replacing our vinyl siding with James Hardie siding. The project manager and job foreman checked in several times a day and kept us informed and updated. The siding crew was great and worked long days to complete our project in a week. They paid close attention to detail and cleaned up the job site when the job was finished. We'd highly reccomend them!

Completely unorganized. Had seven windows replaced on our ranch home. Install started 10/14 and was completed on 12/15. Siding was off part of our home for that two months. All windows were ordered incorrectly. Six were of the wrong size but they 'made them work'. As a result all trim, jamb extensions and blinds did not fit the new windows. I was reimbursed for these materials but not the tens of hours I spent making trips to the store, cutting, installing etc. The seventh window was ordered incorrectly three times; the fourth time, we finally received the correct window.

Exterior Renovations replaced our synthetic stucco and older vinyl siding with new James Hardie siding & trim this fall. Everyone from sales, to project manager and the president all were easy and great to work with. They did a fantastic job, got the job done quickly, and we LOVE the finished product!

We could not be happier with the job Exterior Renovations did with our house this summer. After doing a complete renovation of a house we bought and using many subcontractors, Exterior Renovations was one of the very few that we were completely satisfied with. Their attention to detail and ability to do the job at the quoted price was so refreshing. I had a rough idea of what I wanted to do, and their designer filled in the blanks with a great overall plan. It is almost weird to say that I had a great time getting to know the owner Nick, Jason and the entire crew that worked on our house. They turned a house that was originally built in 1963 into a house that looks like it could have been built from the ground up this year. I give Nick and the entire crew at Exterior Renovations my highest recommendation!

Perfection from start to finish. The sales person worked with us to create the siding design we wanted and was super easy to work with. The project manager and construction team were amazing to work with as well. They were extremely responsive and kept us informed of each step throughout the day. There were a few changes that had to be made and they talked us through the best approach. We had three windows that were leaking and the team offered a solution and did a top notch job. Their attention to detail is amazing. They left the job site as clean as it was when they got here. It's clear that the team at Exterior Renovations is proud of the work they do. The project included removing a brick belt, old sheathing, vinyl siding, and fixing rot issues. The siding was replaced with James Hardie. This is the second time I've hired Exterior Renovations and will again when we need our roof replaced. Thank you!

We had a great experience working with Exterior Renovations and are very happy with the results of our roof and gutter replacement. Jay was excellent to work with. He was professional, responsive, and helped us get everything scheduled and completed quickly to meet an insurance deadline. Both the roofing and the gutter crews did good quality work. Waste of money!!! You can definitely tell this guys work is garbage, they do very cheap work for very high prices, and I’m pretty sure the people he has working for him are not even legal!! Don’t hire this company there are better companies out there!!!!!

Terrible snow removal company. Salting walkway when they didnt even shovel. I had to ask them twice to shovel things they forgot. Finally, they did shovel the walkway but then didn't plow the driveways. Do not hire this company for snow removal.
