PT&M did an excellent job installing a French drain in my basement. Joe was more than helpful. They did a very professional job and did not break the bank. I am pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

Joe from PT&M Home replaced my roof and gutters he also remodeled my bathroom, made drywall repairs and painted the entire interior of my home. He was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and fairly priced. His tile and finish work is impeccable his attention to detail is spot on. I can fully recommend PT&M home without any hesitation. We didn’t use it but they also offer 100% financing.

I had my roof done a few months ago and the process was easy from start to finish. Joe and the team wentbover and beyond my expectations. They replaced rotten plywood and we went with the lifetime roof system. Was clean and very affordable, applied for the financing with affordable payments.

Joe and his team installed a new roof and lifetime gutters for us. Throughout the process Joe provided me video in real-time to show me what he was doing and he only replaced the rotten plywood. Also, besides roofing Joe knows houses from the outside in and inside out, they really excel at any type of construction work

I was selling a house and it needed remodeling. Joe was fast, work was excellent and he was extremely knowledgeable about anything I asked him.

PT&M homes installed a new roof over the garage and oil to gas boiler conversion for me. They were able to address the leak, that another contractor failed to fix several times prior to disappearing. Additionally, I entrusted PTM to also perform an oil to gas conversion on my boiler. The team was very clean and professional. The owner personally reached out several times to ensure that everything was working smoothly after the job was completed. Again, very impressed with quality of work and professionalism. Planning to redo my entire roof this spring and will be calling these guys again.

PTM Homes and Joe are highly professional and a pleasure to work with. Joe helped us open up our kitchen and give us the open concept we were looking for. He also gave us a new roof and new gutters with gutter guards. Everything was done in a timely manner and they were very neat. He also offers financing. Highly recommend!

Had a contractor ring the doorbell in Wayne, informing us a tree was too close to the house and the roots could damage the foundation. He was charging $250 to remove it. We told him to go ahead. Then he notices rotted wood near the roof and wanted to fix that too. After tearing off part of the house he informs us that it was all rotted out under the roof and it would cost $11k to fix, but he was giving us a deal because others would charge $15k. Nearly gave me a heart attack. At that point we halted all work, told them to leave and called PTM Home. We had used PTM Home in the past to replace the shingles on the roof and were very satisfied with the quality of the work. Joseph came and inspected, then informed us we only needed to replace the rotten plywood where necessary. It was a much smaller job that only cost a few hundred dollars. Boy were we glad we called PTM. Beware of the bait and switch tactics of unsolicited contractors in the area who ring your doorbell. PTM is honest, and very knowledgeable.

Joe was very honest from the start to the finish. Gave us a very affordable price. Installed lifetime roof. Changed only rotten plywood where necessary. Added two chimney caps. no charge . Also helped us get the financing. And helped us save money on our home owners insurance. Left our property very clean . Highly recommend PTM

From sales to installation, Jan Fence did a great job! Luke was very quick and helpful in answering all of our questions including applying for our town's fence permit. The install crew were professional, efficient and friendly. Wesley, the foreman, asked us questions before doing certain aspects of the job, which we appreciated. He even was able to save a climbing bush attached to the old fence for us to attach to the new one! They left our property clean and free from any debris/garbage and the fence looks amazing! Luke even stopped by to check on his crew and thank us for our business... that's a huge wow and goes a very long way!

Outstanding work. Had I known how good it would be and at that price I would’ve replaced my fence two years ago. Can’t say enough about Jann Fence. Luke was very timely and competitive with the quote, he knew exactly what I wanted. Giovanni was very accommodating with install date, rain. irrigation install and landscaper he made it happen. But the best were the installers Jackson and Phillipe. They were precise had great ideas for gate openings and very neat did not even know they were here! I would definitely recommend them!
