As the president of Chris James Landscaping inc. My team and I have worked with many Quilty subcontractors and trades of our 45 years in business. Non-better and more consistent than Jan Fence. Bob is are sales rep and he is on it and offers our customers solution and grest ideas. Jackson is the lead on most of our landscape construction and planting projects. His team does it right the first time.
We fine scheduling with Jan fence to be seamless, we can set up a realistic time frame with them and the rest of our in house crews and other subs. They do it on time and work well with all the other professionals on are customer project.

Thanks Jan Fence for installing our vinyl privacy fence. The price was the best by far when compared to 2 other estimates we received. The installers were friendly and efficient. We did not have to wait an unreasonable amount of time between the estimate and installation. It was around 3 weeks. Not bad considering other companies I called told me it would take 8 weeks to get the material.

This is my second time using Jan Fence. Luke was my main contact he came quickly to provide and estimate. I had many questions after initial estimate he was always a phone call or email away. My install went smooth the install guys were awesome they answered any questions and addressed my concerns during the install. I was beyond satisfied. The job came out just how I envisioned and was perfect. I highly recommend them.
One last note - after install I had one minor concern about the gate latch I called Luke and 2 days later a tech was at my house and my concern was addressed. Stop reading now and call Jan Fence for your estimate.

Seems like a gimmick but just to get someone over to take a look at the project they need a 3 to 4 weeks lead time. Then 2 weeks for the quote etc. It is clear they are trying to pretend they are very busy or they just dont have enough people working for them. Either way red flag!

Their team did a fantastic job installing my new picket fence and privacy gate. They also did a great job repairing part of my chain link fence that was damaged by a felled tree. I am so happy with how everything turned out.

I worked with Luke from Jan Fence at my past home to get an estimate and get everything set up for a new fence. The process with Luke was extremely easy to get everything setup. We used Luke again this past month to have our new fence installed and it took us about 3 weeks to get it installed. Ask for Luke if you're in store to get a new fence!

After having a few different fence companies at my home, Sal of Jan showed up and reassured me of all the doubts I had about fence companies. From the initial visit it was 3 weeks and my fence was complete. Sal kept me updated throughout the entire process and was always very efficient. The two gentlemen, and i say gentleman because they were just that, who showed up to install were great. Through and did great work. Left the area spotless. The finished product came out better than i anticipated. The install really accentuated my lower retaining wall. First class service. My dog is thrilled. He can now hit all the zoomies he wants with no safety concerns. I wish I had more property to fence in.

I had a great experience working with Jan Fence. We put up a dog ear vinyl fence along the front of our property. Arnold helped us out every step of the way and made a special trip to ensure everything was going smoothly (I love far from them so that was appreciated). Kike was our installer and did a phenomenal job. Highly recommend!!

Been working with Jan Fencing for our HOA for over 4 years. Every year Luke and I walk the property and he is familiar with our community and its neonics. Luke provides accurate pricing and guidance in the work that needs to get done. Kike and his crew are thorough, professional, hard working and a pleasure to work with. This years work had some challenging aspects associated with where fencing needed to be replaced. They did an outstanding job. Highly recommend them.

The only fence company that matters!! I was hesitant to move forward with any company because I heard that most were up charging and it would take forever to get installed. Armando and Sal were UNBELIEVABLE. They were super warm and informative. When I told them the date I wanted it installed by, they quickly got to work. In the end, the final product exceeded my expectations by a long shot. It looks super high-end and beautiful. Can't say enough good things about Jan Fence! We had a need for fencing and had the pleasure of dealing with Jan Fence and Luke in particular which we got from a family member recommendation, and it was worth it. I live in HOA and was giving me a very difficult time of the entire process of fence restrictions, but Luke kept me even keel lol assuring me that the job would be done quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price. Our sales representative, Greg, was extremely patient and attentive. He answered all of our many questions with clarity and detail, and communication throughout the process was timely and proactive. He made the planning stage smooth and stress-free.

We’re especially grateful to our installers, Willy and Juan, who worked incredibly hard under the hot summer sun. They were meticulous with the digging and installation, carefully aligning each post and panel with great attention to detail. Their attitude was professional and trustworthy.

During the process, they noticed that two panels had minor quality issues. Instead of hiding them, they pointed them out to us and immediately arranged to have them replaced. As promised, another crew from Jan Fence returned later and completed the replacement without any hassle.

Overall, it was a seamless and pleasant experience. We are very happy with the result and truly appreciate the care and professionalism shown by Greg, Willy, Juan, and the rest of the Jan Fence team.

Working with Jan fence is nothing short of excellent service, excellent communication, excellent customer service and all the way around professionalism. From the day of the quote Oswaldo has listened to our concerns with a property line issue with a neighbor, the challeneges with the slope of our land and basically exactly what we wanted to have done. We have installed both vinyl privacy and a chain link to fully enclose the property. Both fences look freaking fantastic! The crew was super friendly and warm and easy to talk to regarding any concerns throughout the process. It was 100% a seamless and very easy experience. Jan Fence did a great job installing a cedar picket fence in our back yard. Greg from their team was amazing. He quoted the job with a really fair price. Greg also followed up and made himself available during the installation to make sure everything went smoothly. The installers Francisco and Udiell had a great attitude and were super professional. I would recommend Jan Fence to anybody 10 times out of 10.

It was a pleasure to work with Jan Fence right from the start. We wanted to fence in our backyard and match our neighbors black chain link fence. She had used Jan Fence a number of years back and provided me their info. Sal came to perform the survey and quickly provided us the quote. He kept in touch throughout the entire process by phone, email and text which was nice as I can’t always answer the phone at work. The foreman Kike kept everything on time and well organized, and Enrique and his install team knocked out the install by 1:45 which I was really surprised how quickly it was completed with such quality.
