I also called and I read the review from Dario I agree with the guy these ppl are trying to charge a minimum of $2500 just to service what I needed as well. Thats insane so you wont do little jobs but only want the big money. I called another local company gladly took the job and I paid $500 which is better than nothing.

Some business I guess are just that money greedy.

We had an amazing experience with DFW Fence Pro! The customer service from Kellen and Avery were great! The guys who came out had an 8 ft fence built in 2 days, and it is gorgeous! Would definitely recommend them!

The crew from DFW Fence were great from the on time / value priced estimate to the Custom Made Metal fence and the Custom Made Wooded Fence . Pablo and his assembly crew were on time and completed the entire job in under the estimated # of days
They hauled away all the old fencing and left the place in great shape
The entire experience was AWESOME and if needed we will certainly contact DFW Fence again

DFW Fence Pro does not stand behind their work.
Within 6 months of completion, the gate warped. They came out to repair it by moving the latch and adding a bunch of nails. That worked for several months. It's now warped again.
My dog can easily push the gap open enough to get out.
They denied my warranty claim stating "it's not a workmanship issue, and we've already made a prior repair."
The gate has only been used a few times. It does not hit dirt or require any force to open/close it. It bows out at the bottom just as it was doing the first time the issue was addressed. The gate on the other side of the house can't be pushed open from the bottom...

Really appreciate DFW fence and Bryce outstanding hey man really appreciate you.And for Abel was definitely outstanding he finished the job in two days the guy really did his thing hats off to him.and I will recommend and use DFW fence thank you guys. And here’s a before and after

I almost never write negative reviews but DFW Fence Pros deserves a really bad review. Do not trust this company. I spent over $8000 with them in January 2025 replacing wrought iron fencing and chain link fence. I contacted them recently for warranty work because one of the hinges has both screws rusted out on one of the gates and pulled apart. Their response is this:
“We also wanted to note that based on the provided photos, it appears the gate hardware may have been tampered with, as well as the gate being misused with its intended purpose. Screws typically do not pull away without external intervention.”
It is a gate into a preschool playground! I will also post the photo showing that the screws rusted out and rusted the post they were screwed into.
Stay away from this company! They do not back up their work and break their own warranty. The picture says it all.

You make assumptions on the use of the gate without contacting me in any way and your assumptions are wrong. The gate is never used by children because there are no preschool children 5 feet tall to be tall enough to unlock the gate latch. Second, and most important, the gate enters the school garden from the parking lot, so the only use it receives is from the lawn care company once a week. Access to the garden for the children is from an inner three foot gate from the playground side.
Your response shows your lack of commitment to your warranty. If you look at the screws, you see you did not use stainless steel screw that have rusted and thus pulled out. That is poor workmanship for outdoor equipment.

Chris and Ricky were amazing, very detailed oriented and always making sure we were happy with their work. Will definitely recommend them.

DFW Fence Pro did an amazing job on our Fence Project. From the initial reach out to the quote to the installation, they were always quick to respond and answer questions. Super easy to work with and accommodating. The install was done by a great crew who worked hard, fast and went out their way to make sure I was happy with the finished product. After they were done, DFW followed up with me to see if there was anything else I needed or if I had issues.

DFW Fence Pro did a great job from start to finish. They came over promptly and gave a clear estimate, helped us figure out what we wanted and made helpful suggestions. The work was clean and neat and even the city inspector commented on the thoroughly professional job they did with our new fence. Would highly recommend.

DFW installed our board on board fence with electric gate several years ago and it has been great, held up very well. During the most recent ice storm our electric gate came off the track and was stuck half open. When I called them, they got someone out right away to repair the issue. Excellent customer service with a real value for the families they serve.

I needed a 24 year old metal fence gate replaced. I supplied pictures and measurements of the gate. The new gate was fabricated on site, but it didn't meet the measurements I provided. Called Joe (Customer Service & a Great Professional) and told him that the new gate didn't match the old gate. He had the installers bring back the old gate and Joe went and found the material for the new gate. At 6 pm that same day, the installers brought the new gate and installed it. It was a perfect match to the old gate. These guys are EXCELLENT to work with and the price was perfect as well. I would use these people anytime I need fence work done. Thank Guys!

DFW Fence did an amazing job at a reasonable price and made the whole process super easy, with great communication to top-notch installation. Zach showed up when he was supposed to, presented himself and the company in a very professional manner and the workmanship was great! DFW Fence Pro recently completed a 900+ ft. mix of 8' board-on-board cedar privacy and 4' ornamental iron fence on our 1950's double lot, replacing a similar amount of original chain link fencing.

Thanks to Abel and his install team for their hard work. They worked efficiently, but also spent the time necessary to build a beautiful fence with great craftsmanship. Everything appears perfectly level, the cedar wood they sourced is absolutely beautiful and the cedar privacy fence looks as great on the "back" side as it does on the "pretty" side. These are very well-constructed fences that I expect to age well and last many years.

We recently had our fence replaced and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company! Zach was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. The DFW representative was excellent. He kept in close communication throughout the entire process. They took the time to match up my desired design and then executed it flawlessly! Rodriguez Painting is amazing. I called on a Friday and they came out the very next day! They replaced all the rotten trim around my chimney, painted the entire thing and painted all the trim around my garage door and front door (previous trim painters did not use primer so the paint was sagging and coming off in big chunks). They took care of all this in an afternoon. They cleaned up after themselves and the job looks amazing. No HoA dings for me. I will definitely call them again once it's time to paint my front door and garage door.
