My home was built in 1967 and I only purchased it 2 years ago. My home inspector missed a number of important items. After incurring some storm damage I invited a couple of roofing companies to quote the repair. Guardian was much more thorough in its inspection and consequently we submitted their quote to the insurance company who covered an additional $7,000 in amended repairs. The first contractor missed quite a number of items and simply low-balled the quote. Guardian was at all times honest, fair, responsive, and on time with superior quality products, warranties, and timeliness. Service was outstanding. I highly recommend this company if your looking for the best value for your money. Talk with Henry or Josh! Good guys!

Guardian Roofing was a great company to work with. Josh took the time to do the inspection with the insurance adjuster, explain our options to us, and answer all the questions we had regarding insurance, shingles, venting, colors, etc. His crew was efficient and cleaned everything in the yard. The roof, gutters, and downspouts look great. This is a phenomenal company and I will recommend them to anybody that asks.

The Guardian Roofing team are professionals through and through. Beginning with the inspection through the final product, our experience with them was phenomenal. The installation team worked quickly and worked into the early evening to finish but did not overlook the cleanup! No nails, debris, or trash was left for me to clean up. Commendable.

Had a horrible experience with another BIG name company. I called 608 Property Service and they have been excellent to work with. They took care of my snow removal needs immediately! I can not wait for them to take care of my lawn care needs in the spring. If you are looking for a great company with great service at a fair price you must call them!!!

I had RPM Property Services come out and trim my shrubs and trees. They did a very nice job job and cleaned everything up nicely. I would recommend them for any yard work or snow plowing. They are very timely in everything they do.

We had patio doors replaced in our home and Troy made the process run smoothly. He is very responsive and creative to ensure you get a good product for a good price. We are very pleased with the work they did and will definitely call in the future for other projects!

We had a very large project at our home this past year and Troy and his crew were able to take on all of the projects that needed to be completed. From painting to siding, the roofing and finally building a screened in porch. They took care of all of our needs at a very reasonable price. Troy took the time to go over many different options with us from siding colors to paint swatches. He didn't just leave us on our own with this project, he took the time to give us options and input. Without Troy and his crew our project would have never turned out as well as it did.

Troy and his team provided me a very fair estimate for painting my house earlier this summer. The job was done in a matter of a few days and looks just as I had imagined. After some changes to the project after the quote had been given, RPM was flexible and generous when renegotiating the contract. I will definitely seek out these guys again for future projects.

I’d highly recommend using RPM. We needed the trim on our house stained as well as our exterior doors painted. Troy who owns RPM was very responsive to our inquiry, had a bid in hand shortly and scheduled the work within our timeframe.

We had two other bids and found RPM to be the best for price and service. Troy took the time to look at our old paint cans to match the stain. They were professional, personable and efficient.

After the staining/painting was done Troy checked back with us as he wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied.

I interviewed and researched several companies regarding installing a new roof on our home. I hired RPM Property Service due to their certification with Certainteed and the incredible warranty that certification brought with it. I could not be happier with the price, quality and most importantly communication. I was informed throughout the process and promptly provided my warranty information at the conclusion of the project.

I am look forward to working with RPM Property Service in the future for my painting and siding project.

I would highly recommend this company if your looking for quality work and are still looking to save some money. They recently gave our house a full exterior remodel including all new siding, soffit, and fascia and it looks amazing. They were extremely easy to work with and did a great job cleaning up after the project was finished and still came in well under their competition.

Here's an update. I just had RPM back to replace my windows and patio sliding door for me. I received a quote from a local competitor and RPM came back thousands of dollars cheaper. I don't know how they do it, but once again, I saved money and the quality of the windows/door was the exact same as was quoted by the competition. I was really impressed with the efficiency of the installation. 9 Windows and a sliding door and they had everything installed in 1 day. Thanks again RPM. I'll be calling you for my next project!
