My experience with Steve and the Fence Factory couldn't have gone better. The whole process was seamless. Steve came out and measured my yard and discussed what options they offered. I received their proposal later that evening. Their price was more than competitive. The lead time was very short, and they installed our fence in one day! The communication throughout the process was very good. Our new fence looks amazing, and we couldn't be happier. I would recommend the Fence Factory to anyone in the market for a new fence.

I was recommended to the Fence Factory by my father in law who had some work done on his pool fencing by the Fence Factory. Great company. I have experience in installing my own fencing. I decided to go with company to save me time, effort. They were polite cordial, and easy going. They didn't haggle me down, and worked with me and my budget. I know fences, they did great. Highly recommend. USE THEM. Blew OTHERS AWAY IN COST.

Terrance Boyce came out today to look at my roof because I suspected a leak. He identified the cause of the problem, and it wasn't the roof at all! It was the tuckpointing on my chimney. He showed me the photos and did a temporary fix for me until I could get it permanently fixed. He even suggested a company who specializes in tuckpointing. Super genuinely nice guy! If I ever need roof repair, I know who to call!

Well I had the pleasure once again of dealing with Gary very professional man knows what he's looking at knows how to fix it, all we needed was a part for the window to lock it and he also as he was leaving turned around and saw a piece of siding that wasn't quite nailed in far enough I guess he went and grab the ladder and another longer nail and put the nail back in the siding and popped it back in all's good. Thank you Gary!!!

In March 2022 I started calling businesses to get quotes to replace the siding on our home in Imperial Missouri. A friend of mine (and real estate agent) recommended that I call Storm Guard and get a quote from them as he has used them in the past. When Justin from Storm Guard came to take measurements to give us a quote for siding, he found storm damage to our roof that we weren't aware of, he was able to help us file an insurance claim to get a new roof at a much lower cost and it looks fantastic. 3 weeks after the roof replacement Justin sat down with my wife and I to go over the quote to replace our siding, soffit, facia and gutters....he was able to answer almost all of our questions and set up a plan that works for us. I will say that there are some things I think Storm Guard could improve on, like showing us real examples of how much of a difference window wrap makes on the appearance and having better samples of the siding so we can more easily choose the best color for our home, these are small things but things that would have made the process better and easier for us. With that being said, I really cant tell you how great of a job Storm Guard did with our siding, soffit, facia and gutters....it looks amazing!! Oscar and his crew were awesome to work with while installing the siding and fixing things we saw along the way, Justin was very responsive in answer our questions and Matt (the production supervisor) paid a lot of attention to details and has come out to the house 3 times since the project was finished to adjust a few things. Overall it was a great experience for my wife and I and our home has never looked better!

I just recently had my roof redone and I used Storm Guard Roofing was the best choice I made. I got a flyer in my mailbox and where I do not usually respond to those, this time I did. Justin Smith was my rep who helped me all through the process and he was great. He always responded to my calls and questions. At the time my family and I were going through some tough medical issues and Storm Guard was very sympathetic to what we are dealing with and got our job done very quickly. Had no problems with insurance and they dealt with them directly. There guys were out here at 615am and done by 2 pm. I still have not found a nail or a little orange thing in my yard. If you need your roof redone Storm Guard is the way to go.

After a hail storm caused damage to our house in O'Fallon last March, we reached out to Storm Guard. The first 2 guys we dealt with, Will and Mitch, thoroughly explained everything to us and walked us through everything and helped us understand the process including dealing with our insurance company. We needed new windows, roof and siding and all the work was completed within 6 months. Since then, we had a few minor issues and every time we reached out to Storm Guard, they have been really responsive, they get back to us in a timely manner and they come out and fix the issues right away. John has been here a few times to work on things for us as well as Tyler and they both are polite, professional and do a great job. This is a great team of professionals, easy to work with and if we ever needed their help again, we would definitely call them so we highly recommend them! :)

Storm Guard was the perfect fit for us; they were local, had a “can do” attitude and the process from start to finish was so professional that it allayed any fears that we might have had.
The owner, Kevin came to the house to see the project (a screened-in porch with a second floor walk-out deck on the roof of the porch). The 30-year-old roof and the deck above needed replacing. We also needed to try and salvage the huge wooden beams that lined the ceiling of the porch.
Kevin assembled a crew of two (Keith, James) who were the nicest, most capable guys you would want hanging around your house! No loud music, super productive and the positive “can do “spirit.
The showroom in Pacific is very nice where you can consult with Kevin on the materials. He will work with your budget and listen to your preferences.

Terrance and Jeff came out to look at a siding issue I had on my house. The response times and appointment set up were quick and painless. They responded and set an appointment within 24 hours. They were both very knowledgeable and fixed my siding quickly and affordably!

While it was raining a lot, a leak began to appear close to our skylight. The following day, the crew arrived, examined everything, and correctly sealed it. The repair obviously worked because it has withstood two more storms since then.

We had a service visit today with Terrance Boyce. He was awesome! Totally professional and spent a lot of time analyzing our gutter situation and concerns. What a great guy!! First class service and very nice! We will definitely call Storm Guard again for future projects!!!! Thanks Terrance!

I wanted to hire someone to completely remodel the outside of my home and detached garage as it had sat vacant for over a decade without any maintenance while I was working out-of-state. The exterior of the home was in pretty sad shape.

After receiving 3 bids from contractors in my area, I chose Storm Guard based on their online and BBB reviews. They were not the lowest bid, but based on the level of professionalism and knowledge of what would be required to do the remodel, I just knew these folks were the ones to use. Storm Guard is a family owned business located in Pacific. Honestly, their sales rep, Mitch, was the final deciding factor. After the free initial evaluation and bid, Mitch found hail damage on the roof and gutters that I was unaware of as the house had been vacant while I was working out of state. He worked with me and my insurance company and I was able to recover a large portion of the roof and gutter costs!

Storm Guard replaced the roof, siding, sheathing, trim, and windows on both buildings. The crews that did the work were awesome. They were professional, friendly, cleaned up at the end of each day, and they answered any questions I had during the process. Their attention to detail in all aspects of the work preformed was second to none!

These folks are the real deal and I’m very glad I chose them. I’m completely satisfied with their work and love my “new” home and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone!
