Scott was one of the most attentive professionals I have ever worked with. He allowed time for questions and education as I learned the process. His responses to outreaches were unbelievably quick. His knowledge of roofing, adjusters, product, and process was super beneficial to our request. His follow up after the project supported any of our concerns making sure the job was completed as stated.

Heather was very personal on the phone, communicating schedule timelines, delivering items, and calling with updates on progress. She provided her contact information and was available and responsive to all calls and questions.

I am sorry I don’t remember the name of the person who completed the walk through on the final day of the project. He confirmed appropriate completion of job and cleanliness of job site. He was on the phone addressing any minor issues he had or we had brought to his attention at the time of the findings.

Everyone we communicated with was professional, attentive, and super focused on making sure the job was done right, all in full support of their customer. Don’t hesitate contacting them, it is my opinion they will go above and beyond to meet your expectations.

Terrance Boyce has helped me tremendously in navigating the insurance claim world. From the moment I met Terrance, he was friendly, professional, and gave me the assurance he would help me navigate the insurance claim process due to storm damage to the roof, screens, shutters, and downspouts. He was here when the insurance adjuster came. I look forward to having our work done through Storm Guard. Terrance has been quick to get back to me on any questions I have had. My sister, who is also getting a roof replaced through Storm Guard, recommended them to me and recommended I make an appointment with Terrance. He’s been great to work with. So nice to get a prompt response without wondering or waiting for weeks on end.

From the start they have been great with communication about the process, including the timeline for my roof replacement. My new roof looks great. I have a relatively small ranch house and they were done in 1 day. I would definitely use them again.

We had to get the siding on our home repaired. Tyler did an excellent job! Very friendly and showed us before and after pictures! Thank you Tyler! We really appreciate it!!

We chose to work with Storm Guard after the March storms in Arnold. We needed siding and gutters, we met with Terrerance- he seemed great and spoke highly of the crew so we were excited to get things moving along. The first crew was for the siding, we later found out that Storm Guard had never used this crew before and it showed! There was so much work that was NOT acceptable. We had a new roof placed prior to storm guard arriving and after storm guard was done we saw they literally drilled holes through our new roof for their pump jack. Ruined our brand new roof. Our bird boxes were completely uneven on our garage, they used a dark brown caulk ( when everything we had was light in color) and it was so sloppy that the caulk was everywhere. they reinstalled our gate so poorly that it couldn’t close ( we have a dog so we couldn’t let her in our backyard until the second crew was able to fix it) . Every time we looked outside the workers were all over their girlfriends- they clearly did not care about work being done or being done the correct way. We reached out to Terrance but he was no longer with the company so we had another project manager assigned- he was great and stayed with the second crew who had to fix the first crews mistakes. The gutter crew did an adequate job, no issues there. We get our final bill and we were told that they would come to our house to pick up payment and provide the warranty information. A new person shows up way earlier than expected- forgot our warranty info and said he would be back in a day or 2 and would call to let me know when he was coming. No call and 3 days later another random person just shows up to our house. Working with this company was honestly a nightmare and we are just glad to be finished with them. I would NOT recommend them to anyone

Great work and a great company! Several of my neighbors were getting their roofs replaced and they asked if I wanted a free inspection. Turns out my roof was damaged by a hail storm late 2017. I also wanted some additional work completed on my home to update the appearance and they did not disappoint. My home looks like new and I’m very happy.

I am so glad that I had Storm Guard replace my roof! From the beginning when they came out to assess what needed to happen to helping me with dealing with my home owners insurance, this was completely stress free. The communication was absolutely incredible, the install team were amazing. Mitch, Scott and Matt were extremely helpful through this entire process. Do yourself a favor, have Storm Guard Roofing and Construction replace your roof when the time comes.

Storm Guard made our roof replacement so easy! Their technician Justin was so professional and went above and beyond to make our experience smooth and stress free. He was in contact with us through the entire process and answered all of my MANY questions. Our roof from quote to build was completed in a short time and it looks AMAZING!!!! The contractors, Chase and Jeff, arrived on time and identified issues on our roof and caulked our skylight; they gave us several suggestions and walked us through getting a future inspection for possible hail damage. They were thorough and very helpful.

Gary came to perform a warrantee review, he provided prompt same day service, he gave a verbal review of his findings (cause and suggested solution). Very personable, listened to my overview. GREAT to work with.

Chase and Tyler were great! Had an issue with a leaking roof and the came out the next day to check it out and were able to quickly cover the area with a tarp material. They also inspected the rest of the roof for more damage. Now they are getting us a quote to replace the existing roof. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

Storm Guard Roofing was excellent to work with. After the hail storm in Wentzville, our insurance company gave us a hard time about fixing everything that needed repaired. Storm Guard was our go-between and worked with us to get everything approved. We were extremely pleased with the finished product. I would highly recommend them for anybody who needs work done on their house.

I received the best possible care from Scott Brauer and his crew.
On the actual work days, Scott and or his assistant, Tyler, came by multiple times to check on the work and make sure all trash was removed. In one instance, the layers on the roof were backwards. Scott made sure it was redone to the proper specifications. I had a good experience from Scott's patience, answering numerous questions, to taking off his wet shoes on the final rainy day of communication. Thank you Scott and Tyler.
