I recently had the need for some emergency repairs and was lucky enough to call Kress. The response was immediate and the service and work was excellent. I would highly recommend using Kress if you are ever in need.

This place is amazing! My fire was Thursday Monday they came and cleaned my house sparkled! The next day started painting! They are punctual and very nice. Very accommodating. I had to work and they are very trustworthy! No one can be disappointed!

i called them for a estimate on a roof job. They were very helpful and informational. The work they did was fantastic.

I have used Kress Brothers Builder on 3 occasions. Each experience got better and better. They came up with a plan and executed it. We ran into a little snag and made an adjustment the project was completed on budget and on time. Thx Kress Restoration.

If I could give this company a negative star I would. In my experience, they charged a hefty price for
a job that didn't fix a mold problem in my attic. The result was awful, requiring me to hire another company
to complete it the way it should have been done. ( They do Restoration also, you would think they would
know what to do) They don't. If I save one person from not hiring them, I have accomplished what
I was meant to do. DON'T HIRE THEM!

Fell victim to the Kress brothers. Had a fire and insurance recommended the company. Been six months and construction will go for a day or two, then they dissappear for weeks. Dealing with this company is worse than my house burning.

Great company overall, employees that care, are communicative, and provide great work.

A car drive into the front of our house doing major damage to the house and both cars in the garage. We selected Kress restoration and couldn't be happier with their work. They were professional, efficient and the quality of the repairs that were made were the same or better as the original quality of our house

We had a great experience with Kress. Got full upstairs carpeting replaced - price was great, customer service and communication was top notch and installers were knowledgeable and friendly.

My insurance company recommended this company on June 3rd. They came out and gave an estimate on June 10. I payed my deductible on June 26. And I have not heard from them since. I call Theythem twice a week and they keep telling me the roofer will call me. Well it's been 3 weeks and no phone call from the roofer. I'm very discussed with them.

Kevin and the team at Kress Brothers are wonderful to work with! I have worked with them on 2 very stressful remediation projects at my business and appreciated their quick response and the quality of their work. Highly recommend!

Worked without permits, didn't deliver the work we were billed for , went to court for that too.They left house open over the winter & never boarded the windows & caused us $75,000 more damage due to a fire. Other people I met have had similar experiences. I forgot to mention they wanted to cash a third party check from the insurance company.

ATI performed repairs at my home after I experienced water damage. The employees were phenomenal and the quality of work was outstanding.

Had a horrible flood in my basement. Kress Restoration came quickly and removed everything that was damaged and thoroughly dried out the basement. They replaced all of the damaged drywall, carpeting and repainted. I am thankful that they responded so quickly. I was very concerned about mold. They took care of it before it became a problem.

We were referred to Kress brothers after extensive water damage. Working with them was an absolute nightmare from start to....never finished. Not only did they leave us with work never completed, the poor work they did is the gift that keeps on giving. We continue to have to fix things they “fixed”, poorly installed, sloppily executed, etc. Save yourself the headache, time, and money. Find someone else.

A tree fell on my house after a horrific wind storm in May of 2017. Kress Brothers was recommended to me as the contractor to fix the repairs from the tree damage. There was extensive roof damage and several rooms had cracks in the drywall everywhere. They came in July of 2017 and finished in August 2017. A couple months later, the cracks started reappearing in the drywall (the same exact spots where it was cracked before) and the roof started leaking where the tree hit. I withheld the final payment until they came back to fix their mistakes. They finally came back in July 2018 “to fix” the repairs once again. However, this time they blamed the roof leaking on “my bad roof” and they were not responsible for it. Since then we have had another reliable contractor look at the roof and they said the damage is from the tree falling on it. The cracks in the drywall once again reappeared in the same exact spot they they previously “fixed”. The paint is also pealing in several spots. The last time they tried fixing these spots they once again tried blaming the condition of my house. But days before the tree hit my house I had painted all the rooms and there were absolutely no cracks. It is now April 2019 and the cracks have again returned, the roof is leaking once again and the paint they applied is pealing even worse. This company should not be doing home repairs for people and taking advantage of them. Their lack of customer service and treatment of others in a vulnerable situation is absolutely disgusting.

STAY AWAY FROM KRESS!!! My mother had water damage and State Farm recommended them. They provided what seemed like a reasonable quote that included new flooring (among all the rest of the work to repair the game room). I already purchased new flooring so asked them how much material was in their estimate so that we could have them remove that. They won't. Well, they said to sign the contract as is (with them quoting the material) and that they'd subtract it out after the job is done. LOL, I wasn't born last night, and these reviews prove out their bad business. No way they were ever going to subtract the material out...and if so, it would be a lowball with me having no recourse. There is ZERO reason why they can't provide an updated contract with the floor material removed. And when we called yet again to find out why they haven't, the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. Run away, run far away. We called State Farm and voiced our concerns there as well, hoping that they will quit subjecting victims to this company.

I had a small ceiling damage claim and I was referred to Kress by someone in the insurance industry. Kress responded immediately, worked with my insurance company, and performed the repairs. My expectations were exceeded. I highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about Kress Brothers! Our situation presented them with unusual challenges and time constraints, and they met or exceeded every one of our expectations. Their customer service is exemplary, and all of their employees were very professional, courteous, and skilled at their jobs. I would absolutely recommend them for any construction restoration and repairs.

They sent me a bill for an additional $2000 a year after the work was done. And by no means was a total of over $4000 of work done on my home. The window was left without silicone leaving a gap from which air can come in and out. There is plaster all over the window itself that was never cleaned or scraped off. The point at which the ceiling and the wall meet is messy and was never sanded properly. Additionally, The wall was never primed before it was painted so the texture on the wall is extremely sharp. I have attempted to communicate with the office multiple times to resolute the matter and no one answers or returns the phone call. The communication with the office and billing is absolutely horrible. I have left messages for weeks and I’m supposed to receive a call back from a “project manager” weeks ago. This has been extremely frustrating and honestly a headache.
