Kress came to my barn last summer because part of the back wall had
been pushed off the foundation by a horse and we were afraid that it would
collapse.
They were very efficient and fast and reasonably priced. The wall was secured both inside out of the barn. They cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend them and would use them again should need arise.

I have worked directly with ATI/Kress Restoration for years. They are very professional, quick to respond and provide high quality work. Definitely recommend.

Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with... DO NOT USE . My family and I had done an addition to our house to double the size, and never had as many problems doing that as we did with the Kress Brothers. They gave us a quote to do work for an amount of $8,000. They came to our house and did only $2,000 worth of work. Next they attempted to bill us for the $6,000 worth of work that they never completed. It is clear that they never completed the work done in the contract, and are still trying to bill us.

Wow, seems like a lot of us are having the same issues with Kress.

My insurance company recommended them as well and Leo came out to give me a quote in a very timely fashion. I did receive the quote and then the check from the insurance company but from there everything went down hill. I waited a few weeks and never heard back from Kress. I tried several times to call, left a message each time, and never heard back from them. After about 1 1/2 months of calls, I then reached out to Leo and he said he would have the "owner" get back to me. Again I never heard back from anyone.

Through a friend's referral I finally found a company that I had complete the work but the time I wasted with Kress cost me 2 months of good construction weather and additional weather damage to my house. Don't waste your time with Kress Brothers.

We had a Tornado Rip the Roof of our Home we had no idea what we were doing at all to have our home fixed. Once we had our new roof on our house Kevin came to our home in an instant to go over everything with us ! He explained everything in great detail on what to do and we will be forever grateful to him !

Brad and his Team came and made things happen and dealing with our insurance company was no easy task.

Thank You to Kress Brothers for all that you do to make things happen so that we could be back in our Home. Everyday we feel so very blessed Thank You

Had damage to my garage doors in Sept 2022. As of today, I still have plywood up and no doors. I had to go through winter like this . I've called several times over the past few months and had a very hard time getting a call back. When I did get a callback, they would send a different company that they contract with out to the home who would advise that they can't install the doors due to xyz..This happened 3 times. The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. On top of that, I got a huge bill for the Kress doing absolutely nothing. Do yourself a huge favor and go with another company. I wish I would have done that. I'm sure I would have garage doors by now.

Our house is still currently being worked on and i didn’t even want to wait to review. This has been the most frustrating process I have ever dealt with. Kress is very difficult to communicate with and in my opinion the people in charge of projects are unprofessional. We had damage to our home 6 weeks ago and the contractors have worked a total of maybe 4 days! This process is taking entirely too long and we have expressed our concern and displeasure numerous times. I find it absurd how little time they have put into repairing our home when we were told twice it would take “about two weeks” 6 weeks later there’s still no end in sight and we can’t get our house back on the market until they are completed. Never again will I use them or recommend their service. We will be canceling our policy with Erie as well as they were the ones who told us to use this service. I will say the workers (who have actually touched the house) have been very friendly and nice. No issues with the workers just a huge issue with getting someone to work on the house in a timely manner and communicating with the estimator and project manager. They do decent work when it’s done but cannot afford to have a project take this long! Couldn’t imagine if we actually had a lot of damage. We have a relatively smaller project and should have only take two weeks if work was done each day! Very unhappy with service

Abby is the absolute worst!!! She abruptly hung up on me twice after being rude and indirect about whether I was indeed calling Kress Restoration. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Next time, if someone calls and asks about Kress, I recommend a kind a concise response like this, “ATI restoration, formerly Kress, how may I help you”?

DO NOT USE! I wish 0 stars was an option. Red flag when it took 3 months to get the job scheduled - after various excuses from Abby, the receptionist like "our phones were down", "I was outside", etc. Brad, a mysterious project manager, has never answered an email or question. He's just copied on stuff. The job isn't finished - no one will return my calls or emails. I overheard the 2 repair guys talking - one said he still saw water coming in. The other said, "Don't worry about it. it's just ive thawing." I asked them, and the one guy said, "Oh ya its all good. Don't worry!" Red flag.

I called the day after they left because we noticed a water stain. Asked for someone to come back and look - I was sent another invoice by Jonathan for $1,000 (with no one even looking at the issue) and photos of our roof - saying they found the roof like that. I told them that's the exact photo your guys showed me - after they repaired it!! Crickets. There's water still leaking, and the repair job of our ceiling is now water stained again.

Kress Brothers completed some work about two months before we purchased and moved into a house and we noticed some damage. Based on experience I've had with other contractors, I was ready for them to complete ignore me or argue with me about fixing the issue, but they came and resolved everything free of charge! Special thanks to Ralph for keeping me on the schedule and Rob for completing the work. Kress is an honest company that cares about the quality of work, which I think is rare in the contracting business

I had a fire at my business in 2018. I had no clue what to do. I had insurance but trying to deal with them with no knowledge is impossible. I called Kress an man am I glad I did. Not only did they rebuild my whole bar and the apartment above it to exactly how I wanted but they handled all the communication with my insurance company. They ended up getting me over 60k worth of my insurance policy that I paid for that the company itself would never of told me I had. I would highly recommend Kress to anyone who is need of any work! The best hands down!

I had a good experience with the ATI team. They’re professional, responsive, and go the extra mile. Abby has been especially helpful — she’s always friendly, organized, and makes sure everything runs smoothly, Highly recommend working with them!

They did work on my house years ago, I needed to find the wholesaler for the windows to get a new part and they were happy to help! The sweet girl I believe her name was Abby I talked to on the phone was amazing and went above and beyond finding me information.

Had them recommend a tree service to repair the roof on our home after Tuesday’s storms. I believe a neighbor had recommended them and they were unbelievably fast in responding. The estimator (Chris) showed up on time and provided great communication throughout the process. I will be calling them back to do the final repairs for sure!

We have been doing business with Kress Brothers Restoration for many, many years. (Even before the 'New Millennium'). In all those years, we've never had a project that we weren't completely satisfied with. No problem was ever too big for them to solve or to tackle to its most satisfactory completion. Their entire 'Team' is '1st Class'!
Now that they are part of ATI, we were more than pleased that the entire 'Team" is still in place and continuing to offer 'World Class Service.'
In our opinion, regardless of what your project might be, there is no one else to consider than ATI/Kress Brothers Restoration!

Excellent service and very kind staff! Brian K went out to look at my mother’s rental property for water damage same day and provided an estimate right away to her insurance provider. They provide great communication and I’ve never had an issue using them. I would definitely recommend them!

We had a great experience with ATI. Our renovation project was large and complex. Brian, Matt and their team are wonderful to work with. They pay attention to details and we love the final product! We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Driver of Van 006 flies down Route 8 in Gibsonia every morning, swerves between lanes, and tailgates other drivers. The van has a sticker that says "vehicle speed monitored by GPS". Either that's not true, or the company doesn't care that their employees are driving recklessly in company vehicles.

Abby is absolutely amazing! We had a car drive through our business and Abby helped me get it repaired extremely fast. Reina updated me consistently on what was going on day by day with the progression!

Matt and his team were professional, timely and got the project completed on budget. Highly recommend!!
