CRS came to my burned out apartment and started clearing but when the police came for an unrelated report, they deserted the premises and left the property unsecured. Something is fishy.

They were great to deal with, very professional and helped us in our time of need. Would definitely recommend and would use them again!

I am indebted to CRS for giving me my photo albums back. After a house fire in my town house my photo albums sat in a closed container for many years. CRS did their magic and I can now transfer them to new albums that are not charred and smelling of smoke. So happy!

CRS did an absolutely fantastic job. A friend suffered a catastrophic apartment fire the same day they were diagnosed with COVID, so I wound up acting as their agent for a lot of the fire recovery process while they were sick. The difference between dealing with CRS versus the insurance company was night and day.

CRS showed up the day after the fire, and had everything packed up and back at their facility in less than 48 hours. They had no problem dealing with me, even though I was not the insurance policy holder. They were prompt in responding to emails and texts, and were able to save far more of the damaged belongings than I expected.

In contrast, the insurance company took several weeks (and daily calls from the policy holder) before they even sent someone out to look at the fire damage. They refused to talk with anyone other than the policy holder. They would not pay CRS directly, only reimburse the policy holder for the expense, and it took them more than 2 months to pay anything on the claim.

Through the entire frustrating mess of dealing with insurance CRS was patient and cooperative.

We had a house fire and I am so thankful for this company. Packing up our belongings and figuring out what was a total loss was not something we ever thought about. It was a blessing to have this team to do everything for us. They are very kind and professional and packed up and took photos of everything in our house, so that we knew what was lost and needed to be replaced or what was being cleaned. Everything was incredibly organized. They got the smoke smell out of our clothes and personal belongings and returned them like new. They were very responsive and it was great to work with such a wonderful group of people during a difficult time.

I am writing this review because it is well deserved. If you have ever been in a crisis situation you know how difficult it can be at times to think clearly. Since day one they provided so much help and relief. The communication has been excellent. The team members are all very well mannered. I noticed how well they handled our home and belongings with care. They seem to pay attention to the details of running a good business the right way.

They responded to us immediately and got us on their schedule quickly. When they started, the crew was on time, professional and pleasant to deal with, kept us informed as needed, and answered all of our questions quickly. It's been a pleasure dealing with CRS. They made a tough situation easier to get through.

I can not say enough positive things about CRS. I recommend them to all of my insured when they have a loss. They are quick, organized, professional & reliable. CRS helped my mom after a major house fire to pack and clean a lot of content from her house. They were professional, thorough, and supportive to work with during a difficult time. The team of RJ, Alan, Steve and Shane helped deliver and unload many boxes once items were cleaned. They and the team at the warehouse were great to work with!

Very very nice n friendly guys. Very helpful, polite and courteous. Scooter and Ryan were the best. All of them they're made the worst experience feel not as bad until it was all over.

I was worried that the mold on the garage walls would spread quickly. The people who cleaned up swiftly looked over everything. They carefully get rid of the mold, treat the areas that were affected, and make sure that the mold didn't spread to other sections of the house. They were quite good at what they did. They cleaned up after themselves and advised me what I could do to stop things from going wrong again. It made me feel better knowing specialists were handling the problem instead of me. It was quick and complete, and I was convinced that there was no more mold in my house.

I required a water damage restoration service because a small leak went undetected for a time and ruined part of my ceiling. As soon as I grasped what was going on, I knew I needed help from a professional. The workers arrived on time and spent some time looking around before they started working. They talked about the steps: drying, mending, and stopping more damage from happening. I enjoyed how patient they were when they answered my questions and made sure I got what was going on. You could tell the work was done well since you could see the results. The area that had been affected looked brand new by the end. No one wants to deal with this, but it is much easier with a good water damage restoration service.
