PearTree was absolutely fantastic. They were professionals all the way they took care of me no matter what and responded back quickly to my Text. They took care of everything and I Love my new bathroom and shower. It came out absolutely fabulous, I 100% i would recommend them and use them again.

We were very pleased with the remodel completed by PureTree. Shauna from the start understood the vision and was a pleasure to work with. The team was professional and attention to detail. When picking a contractor, my big thing was trust. On my first day with them they not only told me they were trustworthy, but they showed me. Actions speak louder than words, am I right? I had a great experience that gave me full peace of mind and confidence in their work. They remodeled both of my bathrooms and the whole time they were thorough and kind. Bonus! They were so clean about it. I will also say they went above and beyond for me, fixing things that I didn’t even originally plan on asking for. They were responsive and easy to work with. PureTree was amazing to work with. From the initial consultation all the way through the end of the project they were reliable and professional. They completed a complete remodel on our master bathroom and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out !! Once the project was complete we had extra material and got them out right away to finish our other full bath. Not originally in the plan but they were so awesome to work with we knew we wouldn’t want anyone else to do it. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. If you need a renovation of any kind I highly suggest reaching out.

We just had our kitchen completely gutted. We have had a vision in our head for years but could never find the right company. With the help from Shauna our vision became a reality. She made the whole process enjoyable. The project took about 3 weeks to complete even with running into a few unexpected complications. Roman, James and the rest of the crew are beyond amazing. They all went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect. We will be going back to them for the rest of our remodeling dreams.

My kitchen was almost 30 years dated! It was in need of a complete renovation and PureTree did just that! Very happy with my new kitchen! Thank you Shauna, Casey and Roman for a great job.

We had our kitchen counters and backsplash done. They cut down a raised bar and we got a rat at counter. As well as a custom window seal and plant area.
Shauna was with us helping to pick out quartz and tile and help with seeing my vision. All the contractors were professional and Homer our project manager was so easy to work with.
I would highly recommend this company.

I've had six remodels done throughout the past 20 years, and Shauna and her crew at PureTree Remodeling are the best! They just finished our guest bathroom. (The "before" pictures have the blue and pink wallpaper. The "after" pictures have the blue shower wall.) The job was done on budget and on time! Their workmanship was top rate. The tile guy had to use a translucent epoxy instead of grout for the blue glass tiles. Epoxy is much harder to work with, but the results speak for themselves. The shower is stunning. Shauna helped choose the perfect countertop when my first choice was unavailable; ditto with the shower floor tile. I couldn't be happier with the new bathroom and the experience of working with Shauna and PureTree. They are uniquely capable and reliable.

From my first appointment with Shauna to my final inspection, everybody was prompt, transparent, and helpful.
Every worker that came to the house was professional and introduced themselves to me.
JD went above and beyond what I expected. His tile work is perfect and just beautiful.
One day I had an issue with the lock on my door and JD fixed it while I was at work ; that was very kind and not something he had to do but did it anyway.
At the end of every workday, the workspace was cleaned up and made the whole remodel go as smooth as possible.
I am so grateful for everyone on the team and would recommend Pure Tree to anyone considering having work done on your home.

He came to my place but never followed up with me on when he was coming back. He never called me back. He is someone you can't count on.

Mr. Maciel did some excellent work for my neighbors some years ago, so I hired him to do some work for me. If you look at the quality of his block walls, iron gates, brick work and tree trimming, it's very clean and always straight and aligned. He also makes it a point to have his crew clean up after themselves which is an important part of their service. I definitely would recommend his services if you want good quality, high end block wall and brick work paving done.

I want to thank Robert Macial and Sons for the amazing work on my trucking yard. We decide to add a 6 foot brick wall to our commercial yard. After making few calls, I spoke with Robert, he seemed very knowledgeable and easy to communicate & work with. He also gave me the best price . Few weeks later we have a 200 foot of cynder block wall straight as a pencil. Also thank you for walking me trough the entire process and making your self available to answer all my questions .

As many people that live in and around La Verne know, there was a terrible accident that happened in May 2022 that ruined our back retaining wall and part of our backyard.
Bob Maciel came out to my house as promised, and worked perfectly with my insurance company. Their work is neat and timely.
I chose Maciel Masonry because of their excellent and creative workmanship as well strong ethical values and reputation.
We are really looking forward to the finished product!

As a follow-up to my earlier review, Maciel Masonry did a great job when it comes to Masonry, however, the wrought iron work leaves much to be desired. It's borderline awful, The Wrought Iron work itself is shotty and bent with poor spacing in spots with incomplete welds. I would recommend Maciel Masonry for Masonry work, but would look elsewhere for the wrought iron work.
As the pictures below-show, they cracked the wall while installing it and now the Cinder block is split and falling apart. I have contacted Maciel Masonry and asked him if he would accept that type of work at his house, "a question I asked him over a month ago" These pictures are the same pictures I sent to Bob Maciel, I have not heard back.

I would more than likely refer Maciel Masonry for Masonry work only!!!!
We are happy with the block retaining wall and the pavers. I am looking into replacing the wrought iron work, as it lacks the professional look I was expecting based on Mr. Maciel's presentation. I doesn't meet our expectations, and we don't think it would meet yours.

Mr. Maciel is a great business owner, his quote was competitive, he was always on time, he truly has passion for his work, his family and cares about his customers! Our wall needed to be repaired after a neighbor crashed into it, he was patient with us while waiting on the insurance company and as promised, as soon as we were ready he saw to it that the job was done in a timely manner. In addition to that, we called him two separate times regarding an issue with our sprinklers that we thought might have been due to the work done. He came out both times to take a look and fixed the problem even though it wasn't his responsibility. Mr. Maciel is a man of respect and integrity! I am a General Contractor and have been using Robert and his sons for decades. If you want Masonry work done right call these guys. If you want your yard to look amazing call these guys. They can do the most complicated block walls, paver jobs ...ect.

Bob and his sons do exemplary work. The estimate was competitive. the work was excellent and the job was done in a timely manor. The gate was beautifully done and installed well. My wife and I are looking at having more work done in the near future. Maciel Masonry will be my only call. I highly recommend Bob and his sons, (Javier and Bob), if you want excellent work done, in a timely manor, by professionals who are kind and have a strong work ethic.

I NEEDED HELP!
My wooden gates had termites and the stones on my retaining wall were beginning to fall off. I needed to clean up the appearance of my backyard. So, after calling a few masonry contractors and a few who could replace my wooden gates with iron ones, I found Bob Maciel of Maciel Masonry, who’s company could do both. Also, his estimate was reasonable.
First, let me say, I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and communication skills he must have to decipher my needs, wants and the aesthetics I was looking for. Bob gave me choices of color and texture for my new gates. He let me know when the work would be done and called me with updates on the progress.
Secondly, was my retaining wall with stones that had fallen away from the cinder blocks. That was especially challenging, because he had no extra stones. He had to figure it out like a puzzle. This man’s attention to detail and quality of work made me a believer in a man of his word. I can’t say enough about his masonry ability, experience, skills and artistry.
Lastly, Bob’s timeliness was only outdone by his work ethic and quality of the finished product. I am so pleased! I have already recommended him to family and friends. I would absolutely hire Bob Maciel and his company, Maciel Masonry, again.

Would highly recommend Rocket Roofing for your repairs. They work hard and the results are amazing. Previous owners had another company out for an inspection and was told to just repair the areas in need. Rocket Roofing was thorough and tore off/replaced all the areas needed. Five Stars!
