Couldn’t be happier with Noble Landworks. Very responsive and easy to schedule, very well priced.

On the day of the work he showed up on time and got right to work. He is extremely knowledgeable of all the types of vegetation, and I learned a lot from him explaining the different types of trees we have. He was able to work around anything I asked him and was able to do more than I thought was possible at first. He cleared overgrown fence lines, mulched large fallen trees, mulched old firewood piles, mulched overgrown brush piles, and did it all in half a day.

Stephan at Noble Land works was amazing from the very first email over 2 years ago. He was knowledgeable about our property even to the slope. When we were ready to pull the trigger, he was able to schedule easily. The work that was completed in one day was absolutely AMAZING! We are so happy we chose Noble Landworks to clear out and give us our beautiful lake view! I would recommend him to clear your property!

We had Billy Adams for our Home Inspection today. He commuted well and was a pleasant person to speak with. He did a very thorough job, so we are pleased with his work overall. But at the end of the inspection meeting, I did ask if he had checked the water meter to the house to see if it was ticking/moving, to show if there was any water flow movement when everything was shut off to see if there were any active leaks that we couldn't see. He said he would check it out when he left, but it didn't get done. No pictures or notes of it on the inspection sheet and we were just a couple minutes leaving after him and he was gone. I think that should have been checked, especially for the premium price that we paid to have the inspection done. But, I would still recommend CHC, which is why they still got 4 stars.

Clay did a great job on my home inspection! He even called that evening to answer any questions I had. Between his inspection and the septic inspection, I was able to determine that I needed to continue my home search. Thank you for great service!

Billy @ CHC was my inspector was very thorough in explaining what he found in the crawl space. As well as the potential for more trouble if the driveway didn't get some attention. He even pointed out that the deck out back could use a little reinforcement. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made things easy for me to understand. Definitely gonna use them again and ask for him if I can.

This company is bit more costly than others, but you absolutely get the quality you paid for. The use of drones, moisture monitors, and other technology makes this company top of the line. I'm not a paid sponsor; I'm a business that buys properties relying on a solid inspection to determine if a property can be brought back to life within budget, and I highly recommend CHC.

CHC inspection did a thorough and honest job inspecting our potential future home. They made sure to highlight their biggest concerns or potential fixes and made sure to tell us there will be many small findings. However, we found it very helpful to know the things to focus on. The report was concise but detailed. Great experience!

We received an 11 month home warranty inspection from Billy. He did a very thorough job! He was in our home about 5 hours and really analyzed every nook and cranny. We wanted to get the most out of the time we have remaining under warranty and now we have a comprehensive list to take to our builder/contractor, bring some things to their attention, and have them repaired. CHC is the most expensive quote we got for an inspection, but you really get what you pay for in terms of services. It was certainly worth the price and peace of mind it provided us that we made the right investment in purchasing our home. Billy was very polite, personable, and explained his findings in detail.

We were very happy with the inspection we received from this company. Our main goal was to find somebody very thorough. From the start, everyone we talk to was very professional. I really liked how they have things automated so there is no waiting for people to call you back or get in touch with you. HUGE time saver!
