Amazing company. One of the most detailed home inspection reports I’ve read. James was very knowledgeable and great to work with.

We used CHC Home Inspection to inspect. 5700 sq.ft. home. Three inspectors were onsite and they each inspected certain aspects of the home. They were onsite about 4 hours and met with us afterwards to review preliminary findings. A very lengthy formal report was emailed to us the following day. The inspectors were very thorough, extremely knowledgeable and professional. I’ve had many homes inspected, and by far, CHC was the best company I’ve ever used. I would highly recommend CHC Home Inspection without any concerns or reservations.
