Good job all around - good communication during sales process and diligent work to get the job done under some challenging late fall weather!

Wow! Idid not even think we were in the market for a roof, but our potential buyers of our house wanted it done. When we realized we need a new roof the owner Dennis was really easy to work with and communicate with. He even got our roof done quickly. The day of the project a big crew and got it done in a day! After my roof was done, Dennis still worked with me to get the new buyers of our house a limited lifetime warranty in their name. Good Knight Roofing is based in Littleton but goes all over the Front Range.

Jared with Good Knight Roofing was absolutely amazing. One of the best contractor experiences we've ever had in many years of projects and home ownership. Our roof needed replaced in Mt. Crested Butte, CO in Gunnison County and their team was on it. They communicated professionally, worked diligently to get the job done in a narrow time frame and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. It's so hard to find good contractors in the mountains and they did something that very few companies do anymore-they picked up the phone and actually took time to walk through our options! We were selling a house and needed to get a second opinion on the state of our roof. Phillip came out the very next day and inspected it for us. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable. He told us that he didn't see the same concerns that showed up in the inspection and even provided a letter stating that our roof was in good condition.

As the original roof was close to wearing out on our home, we were glad to discover hail damage from a storm this past summer that enabled our roof to be replaced through our insurance. Shortly after the storm, I was approached by Dennis, a very low pressure, well trained Rep of Good Knight Roofing, and he reassured us that the roof replacement would be a seamless as possible, and he would assist along the way, which he did.

I have years of Property Management experience, and have some experience in dealing with residential roof damage claims, so I generally understood the process. The Good Knight Rep met with our claims agent, helped answer all questions that came up, and got our roof scheduled for replacement very quickly. The roofers completed the roof the same day, and the metal worker replaced the gutters and downspouts a few days later. The work was generally done quite well, and the few punch list items we established were taken care of in a reasonable time.

The most impressive thing with Good Knight Roofing was that they worked with our insurance company, never once pressuring us for final payment, although our insurance company was extremely slow in issuing final payments. Good Knight Roofing does what they say they will do, and I would definitely use them again.

Good Knight Roofing is great! They are prompt, informative and professional. As a Real Estate Professional I need a good network of vendors in all types of businesses that deal with homes and Dennis is my go to guy for roofing. He and his team have even been able to take care of a client the very next day. Bid was competitive and the finished roof looks great. Crew did an awesome job cleaning up and then Phillip even did a final pass to be sure every nail and piece of trash was picked up. We are very pleased with our experience with Good Knight Roofing from start to finish. Dennis walked us through the entire process explaining how things would go, not only our roof replacement, but also the siding and gutters. He was very polite and patient with us and our questions and decision delays. The roofers and the gentlemen doing the gutter replacement and siding were very friendly and did beautiful work. This company is top Notch! Phillip has been great! He has been working with the contractors on our house and coming out to help direct them with some issues that needed to be addressed in the early stages to help with drainage of our roof. Phillips team also has very accommodating in different adjustments working with our insurance company and fighting for us to get things properly fixed.

Phillip was able to come out and perform the roof inspection today and gave me a detailed explanation of what he saw. Unfortunately, the insurance company was not as easy. Cole at Good Knight Roofing and the rest of the Good Knight Roofing Team helped us navigate some difficult insurance requirements.
