My husband and I enjoyed working with ARKO Exteriors to replace our hail damaged roof. Nick Rundle, a very professional project manager, guided us through the process. We are extremely pleased with the workmanship of the crew and the final results of a lovely roof.

Arko Exteriors is the best roofing company I've worked with. Much in part, because of their superb communication. Paul, from Arko Exteriors wasn't only a good contractor to speak to, he's an amazing guy; friendly, professional, and genuinely caring about the roofing damage that we had. Paul responded to texts and calls immediately, and was a very clear guide toward fixing our roof, showing us what options there are, very concise with time and cost.
He said he would be on our property for 1 day. And in 1 day our house was completely repaired!

I'd like to say thank you to Arko Exteriors, and especially to Paul. If there's any roofing company in the Twin Cities that holds a top of the line professional standard, I can't think of any other besides Arko Exteriors.

Let me just say that this by far has been the best experience with any roofing company that I have ever dealt with and there has been many. Luke and Nick took their time out of their busy schedules and came to my home after my roof was replaced and a new storm came through just to make sure all was ok and nothing needed to be fixed. What service, what care, what a company they run !! I am thrilled with the service and would recommend them to anyone! If you have any doubts on who you should go with for work on your roof, stop right there and know you're in great hands with the Arko team. I couldn't be more pleased and am very grateful for the professionalism, the trust and the service that they gave. They have an amazing work force both in and out of the office, thank you again!!

Had a leak in our kitchen ceiling. Arko sent Nic out to evaluate and troubleshoot the source. His response and professionalism was great. Once scheduled his crew finished the job quickly and were very polite to work with.
Nic was very patient and provided details of the repair to ensure the job was done correctly.

Our experience with Nic at Arko was top notch. He was personable, friendly and listened to what we wanted to have completed on our project. Throughout the project, he communicated well and often. Overall, we are satisfied with the final outcome of our roof being redone.

The 5 stars is for Nic, I wish I could rate different aspects of our experience differently. For the crew, I'd probably give 2 to 3 stars. They laid tarps out around our house and garage, however it was windy that day and they didn't weigh them down, so they blew around and a lot of tear-off material ended up in our landscaping rock, which goes all around the house. We picked up over 200 nails when they were all done with their cleanup, which included using a leaf blower to blow off patio and driveway and blew the nails and slate into the rock, which pretty much buried the nails in the rocks since the rocks were blown around as well. When we called Nic about this, he sent Wyatt to come out with a magnet and was very thorough in the grass areas around house and found quite a few more nails. He was also very polite and friendly. In the past months since the work has been completed, we are still finding random nails and I'm sure we will find more over the years as the rocks shift. Another issue we had was when the crew was loading the shingle packs onto the roof, they were dropping them from waist level, rather then bending and setting them down. I understand they are heavy, but we now have squeaks in our house where we didn't before. It shook and rattled the house like they were going to come through the roof.

We brought our concerns to Nic and he was going to relay them to the correct people. I hope its been addressed and future customers won't have the same problems. A few days after roof was done, we had a very hard rain with wind. There was some water in our garage by our furnace. Nic came out the same day and spent a large amount of time trying to figure out where it had come from. He was very thorough and took lots of pictures, went in attic of garage and on the roof. We determined it was from the wind blowing the rain sideways and through the exhaust pipe. It hasn't happened since so I am comfortable with that determination.

Arko was great Chris Chicoine handled everything I was so Impressed with the end results! Our home looks amazing. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you for a job well done.

We had hail damage and needed roof and gutter replacement. I thought all roofing companies were the same. I used a different company several years ago for my mother’s house and they were horrible. Arko was amazing, they did a great job and it was done fast with no mess left behind. Craig Lynch was our sales associate and was very helpful in the process with our insurance company.

After we discovered we had hail, we contacted Arko to inspect our roof. Nic R was so great at explaining what was damaged and the time frame it would be repaired. They were so fast! I'm so impressed with them, and will use them in the future for sure!

During the July storm last year our roof took some heavy damage, one being our ridge coming off. I contacted three different roofing companies provided by my insurance and heard back from Arko Exteriors right away. Chris came out the next day and inspected my roof and provided me a thorough step by step process of how everything was going to work with insurance as I was new to the whole process. Chris was absolutely amazing to work with and fought tooth and nail with me as we battled the minefields of insurance. Without Chris, I would've been completely loss in the whole process. His professionalism, friendliness, work ethic, and customer service is above and beyond 5 stars. Arko came out and finished my roof in one day and I'm thankful for everything they've done.

I had a roof repair from storm damage. It was the first time I have made a homeowner’s claim for insurance. The people at Arko, especially Nic were very “human” and patient with me and the process. Although I hope to never have to file another claim. I would use them again.
The work was completed to my satisfaction, Nic was helpful in walking me through the process. I never felt that I was being pushed to do more than I thought was necessary.

We had flooding in our kitchen as a result of plumber error. Our entire kitchen and dining area as well as lower level were water damaged. Arko stepped in and rapidly did demo and in the past two days restoration is taking place. Every Arko employee that has come to our home has been considerate, honest and ready to assist. A shout out to Dillon and to Tom. These two have been friendly and very professional putting our home back together!! Thank you for the work you are doing! Excellent!

Josh was the project manager. He is personable, responsive and helpful when I had questions or concerns. He helped make what was a stressful situation into a pleasant experience in getting the roof taken care of. He is a man of his word and goes the extra mile. Thank you Josh and Arko.

Arko Exteriors came into my life by chance. at the time I was responsible for 2 houses both had sustained hail damage from asevere storm. My realtor had suggested Arko because she had hired them twice and was satisfied. By chance a neighbor was told by their Insurance company they needed a reputable company to assess the damges to the neighbor's property. His Insurance company required Arko for the assessment. I requested the phone number for the Arko Rep. that is when I met Nic. He was there, at the first property the same day. I was so impressed with his thoroughness I asked if he could assess the second property. He worked with my realtor and took care of everything for me. No worries at all. The crew that took care of the roof and siding are exceptional. I am still impressed with the craftsmanship with which they applied their talents. Nic kept me apprised of every step of the process well in advance so I could arrange my schedule. The team worked through the worst weather and conditions. I give everyone 5 stars. What could have been a nightmare for me to navigate was for the most part stress free. Wyatt came through and took care of screens and window glazing and nail pickup. I'm sure there are tons of others i'm unaware of working their hearts out and all I can say is I can't thank you all enough for an exceptionally executed repair.

Nic Rundle came to inspect my roof to see if I needed it to be replaced. He was thorough, competent, and honest. He found that I did not need a new roof! I was impressed with his abilities and would recommend Arko Exteriors for assessments. My daughter used Arko to replace her roof, and she praises all the workers!

Our experience started out great with Arko. However, when they found out we were getting multiple quotes for a shed rebuild, they ghosted us. Lied and made excuses when we called and never returned our calls eventhough we said we wanted to work with them, but were getting another quote basically as a favor to a neighbor. Then instead of sending a repeat invoice for payment (for tree removal which was a total good on our part and would have been paid immediately upon request) or a letter requesting payment, or threat of collections, they sent us court papers which cost us more money. I will never let anyone from this company on my property again!
