Greg walked me through the whole process with my insurance company and did a great job explaining details to me. He was also onsite the day of the work and made sure great care was taken to protect my gardens and property. It made the whole experience much less stressful. And the roof looks great!

After a bad storm passed through I had extensive damage to the roof and attic venting on my house. I had shopped around and had found Greg Tucker of Manchac roofing had the nearest availability to be able to get my roof looked at and help me to begin the process of filing a claim either my homeowners insurance company. Greg came to my house and inspected the damages and took pictures and went to work coming up with an estimate to send to my insurance company in order to start the claim process. He also was kind enough to instsll some tarps and boards i had to try and keep the elements and animals out of my roof, attic, and house. He came back to my house when the insurance investigator came to inspect it and went through all of his findings with the adjuster, and made it his personal goal to help me to get the claim processed and approved by my insurance company. Once it was approved and he had received the payment according to his estimate he quickly ordered all the materials needed to fix all issues on my roof and once the materials were dropped off, Greg and his crew were out within a week and had it repaired better than it was in just a few days. Greg and everyone took very good care of me and my family to make sure we didn't have any further issues due to the damages caused by the storm.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. We have been looking to replace our old worn down roof for awhile now but, couldn’t find a company that fit all of our needs. That was until being recommended by a family friend of ours to give your company a call and ask to speak with Greg! His professionalism, attitude, flexibility and attention to detail made this whole process a breeze. I had no idea I got hit with hail on September 20th, 2022. Jackson from Manchac Roofing came to my door and informed me that I could be covered by insurance. He did an inspection and helped me through the insurance process after finding damage. A few weeks later I ended up getting covered and they finished my roof in one day. My property was left very clean and the crew was very nice. Jackson made this process very easy for me as I would have not known how to start.

This company is by far the best decision I made when coming to renovations! Mr.Greg T was absolutely phenomenal & assisted me professionally & precisely in all aspects! My new roof was flawless & perfect to my expectations. When I buy my next rental property these guys will definitely be my first option when it comes to roofing !!

I didn’t know my roof was damaged on July 3, 2023. Brandon Ruffin was exceptional with his knowledge and really made the insurance process easy. The insurance came quickly and my roof was approved. I was so happy with Brandon. Great company great guy!

I worked with Greg Tucker and he and his crew did a fabulous job. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. Once the roofers got the shingles off, it was discovered that I had to get new decking. Greg did everything for me so I did not have to fight with my insurance company. I didn’t have to do a thing. All of it was done by the end of the day. I was highly impressed. Everyone was very nice and friendly and I would definitely work with Greg and his crew again.

The roofs replaced were not a problem. The guy with the drone and sales person were not honest with me though. They told me I had to go through a company to take care of this roofing issue, not just my insurance company.
They sent a crew out that did not speak English. When I complained they were throwing slabs of roof shingles on my lilac bush, they said ,"no speak English".
I have asked many times to be compensated for the damage to the bush with no response.

I was contacted by the owner and had a lengthy conversation about all my issues. We talked it all out and I am very satisfied with the outcome. My roofs are beautiful, and the company did a great job.
It took a bit to get here, they worked with me, and I am very satisfied.

I had a great experience working with Jackson. He was very knowledgeable and kept me updated through the whole process of getting my roof replaced due to hail damage. The whole roofing crew was very careful with my plants and did a great job cleaning up. Glad I choose to use Manchec Roofing.

I normally rush anybody who stops at my door off of my property but… Sometime this past spring, Jackson Negrete stopped at my property to let me know I may be able to get insurance to pay for my roof. Since I was hit by hail last year, I let him up on my roof and he showed me the damage as well as showed it to my insurance company. I was very clueless on the insurance process but he and his company took care of it for me and now I have a new roof!! This process was a lot simpler than I would’ve thought but it worked out great. I am a pretty picky person and 5 star reviews are rare but this company deserves it! Thank you Manchac and Jackson for being professional.

Hail damage May 2022. Jackson Negrete was the person that handled my claim from start to finish. He was so helpful, I’ve never had to put in a claim before and he helped with the process from start to finish and made it simple. He was always there and very prompt when I needed him or had any questions. Without his assistance my claim and roof would never have been completed. The roofers were very thorough and when I had some finishing concerns after roof was complete, Mr. Negrete came out and took pictures, contacted his company and all was complete in a day. Very good company. I would work with them again. Thank you

Manchac Roofing did a great job! The Sales Representative, Patrick, provided great customer service. The guys who installed my new roof worked so hard and the quality of their work was excellent.. Their clean up was superb.

Greg was an absolute GEM. I knew from the first moment I met him that I was going to have a positive experience with Manchac Roofing. Greg answered all my questions, was quick with responses and was very thorough with explaining everything. I had complete trust in him and the company as a whole. They were honest and sincere about what needed to be done, and were even willing to take a pay cut if my insurance did not completely pay for code upgrades--which my insurance did, however the fact that they were willing to sacrifice for their customers was a true testament to the company and the men who run it! I would recommend Greg and Manchac Roofing to all my friends!

My house was hit with hail last year and Jackson from Manchac Roofing came around this past spring and educated me on the damage I had on my roof as well as the insurance process. I was hesitant at first because I didn’t believe we had damage but Jackson was very professional and did 90% of communicating with my insurance company so I was able to be hands off. The roof was done very quick and I did have some minor concerns after but they were fixed asap. I’m very impressed by the customer service I received by Jackson. When he reached out to me to leave a review I did not think twice to leave a 5 Star!

Best roofing company by far! We experienced a terrible storm, that caused serious damage to our home. MANCHAC Roofing, specially Greg our rep, were a huge help. He took the time to not only get every detail on what damages were done, and what we wanted with our new roof; he made sure we got approved for something we never thought we’d be able to afford. Greg communicated with us throughout the entire process. Our new roof got installed within a great matter of time. We have never been more satisfied with a roofing company.
