I bought an inexpensive light projection system made by Seasonal Specialities and, after one season's use, the DC wall adaptor burnt out. Much to my shock and amazement, they actually sent me a replacement part when I requested it. I am stunned at this very basic but totally unexpected level of customer service. Good on them.

My wife and I have enjoyed this awesome beautiful Christmas Tree that we ha bought at Montgomery Wards in Tucson Arizona on December 21st 1998 for 19 years and never had any type of problems. This Christmas Tree is 7.5 foot tall and a Scotch Pine, just Awesome.

They sell junk that does not work and they do not offer support for the junk they sell. DO NOT PURCHASE any of the Colorstream products manufactured under the Philips brand that is handled by Seasonal Specialties. Look at the reviews online. they are close to impossible to get to function properly and getting someone to contact you back is so far completely impossible. Go buy some GE products.

Great company - quick response (within a few hours) via their website contact form. My dog chewed up the cord for a tree I bought at Costco. They sent out a replacement for free and they knew exactly what part I needed. Thanks!

I purchased a prelit LED tree at target Christmas 2019 but did not use it until Christmas 2020. Had two perfect seasons, however upon unboxing this third year (2022), part of the middle section did not light up. I did all of the suggested troubleshooting before contacting Seasonal Specialties via the number listed on the tree instructions. A few questions later, they informed me they were sending me a complete middle section as a replacement, for free! I received the middle section, and sadly the connections were not the same as my tree. I sent a query describing the situation via their website and received a response within an hour. After sending photos of the different connections, the CSR told me the fittings had been changed after the original manufacture and they'd be shipping me the other two pieces of the tree the very next day to remedy. Customer service has been top notch and truly made my whole Christmas season! Thank you!

I purchased the 7.5 ft Philips Teardrop Balsam Tree from Target. The bottom section of the tree and the 2 top sections' lights did not sync up. The bottom was white while the top was multicolored. I searched for a fix online that said to rotate the top section 180 degrees however, this tree can only be plugged in one way. I reached out to customer service and they gave me the same instructions. I tried to tell them that this tree can only be put together in one way and the girl was no help at all. She wanted to send me a new control box but I know that will not fix the issue. Upon further pressing her for help she agreed to send me another section C. I don't have high hopes that this will truly fix the situation. I now have to wait a week to get in the mail. This is not what I expected from a $500 tree.

We had the Transformed Tree design and remodel our kitchen. Things went pretty well, but no great. Communication seemed to be an issue throughout the process. They did not provide phone numbers to contacting thrm through the job. All communication was done through email or in person. We were not happy with the result of one portion of the job, and to this date (2 years later), they have not completed the repair. Travis was purchasing the business and we had hoped he would fix the poor stain job on our cabinet end. He said they would be back, but never did. For a $100k remodel, we had hoped it would be an amazing result.

Purchase trees from Sparky 10 years ago and did again for new home. Couldn't be more pleased. We brought two other couples to the farm and they were so impressed with the quality of the trees they each purchased. In total we purchased over 40 trees! Neighbors have reachef out to inquire where we went. Great care to detail, friendly and fair pricing.

They did a fantastic job resurfacing our association drives and roads. I was very impressed!

These guys have done a great job repairing and maintaining our parking lot for years. I called a few weeks ago to see if they could squeeze me in to replace a section of our lot and it was no problem. As usual they were timely, did a great job and patched up a few spots that were over and above the bid.

Brad and the crew from Mn roadways just finished up a large cart path project out at Bluff Creek Golf in Chanhasssen, MN and they did a phenomenal job. Very high attention to detail and really seemed to want to do a great job, which they did. The crew was great to work with and they all worked hard. Highly recommend them.

Been using Minnesota Roadways for years for capital improvement projects, maintenance and repair and most recently on a receiving dock area at a Business I started. Highly recommend! They are fast, professional and priced well.
