They changed the sand in
my filter. He arrived on time and prepared. He is Reliable and reasonably priced. I will use them again!

Still in process of getting Hot tub repaired. So far it's been excellent service and Tim very friendly and supportive. Good working knowledge of hot tubs. Very personable and good with follow ups. Currently waiting on parts

Both the owner and the pool techs are very professional, friendly and reliable. They have taken the extra step to be sure my pool is perfect.

Reliable. Affordable. Great work from ASP. This is our third summer with Tim. We worked with other companies in the past. Tim always provides fair pricing and the work is done on time and professionally. Wouldn't trust our pool to anyone else.

ASP has cleaned and maintained my pool and equipment for years and has always done a great job, harder workers and a reasonable price. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a pool company.

We have had Tim taking care of our older pool for several years. He always does a great job and sticks with it until pool is clean and running smoothly. He and his crew are very professional.

No response after 2 days of calling and trying to get ahold of someone! I’ve left messages on Tim’s cell and through their crappy third party answering service and texted Tim’s phone! They were here Monday and told me my pool would be ready after they left when I returned from running errands the pump was off completely! No one left an explanation or communicated at all. They did a rebuild of our pump in the fall and now they are ghosting us! Very unprofessional!

I was blown away with the professionalism and speed they closed an opened my pool. I also had a question about one specific part of my filter, the owner was in the area & asked if he could just stop over. He answered my questions and hung back a bit to educate me on my filter. I expected a charge because this took away from his time but there was no charge. Everyone there is friendly, experts and great to work with. Will be using again!

Similar to all the other reviews, I’ve had trouble getting in contact with anyone who can help. Last year, upon buying a house with a pool, I used ASP for weekly cleaning services and my pool would turn green in between cleanings. I asked if the pool robot that the sellers left that had rust on it could be the cause. Tim wasn’t sure. Eventually I decided to throw it out and buy a new one. Viola! No help at all. When my pool was closed, the guy closing it didn’t flag that my pool cover (that the lovely sellers left) had holes in it. Come to find out in the summer when they reopen my pool that all types of crap got inside my pool. The guy opening my pool left it looking like an absolute swamp. There was an odd smell coming from the pool and I couldn’t get in contact with anyone from ASP. Eventually, Tim calls and tells me a freaking squirrel died in my pool. No one bothered to tell me, try to clean it up, just left it looking and smelling awful. Do not give this company your money.

This is a franchise company of ASP run by Tim. I had this company come out and fix my light on my pool. My heater that wasn't running properly. And a contracted technician performed those things. As well as making sure that the drain for my sand pump went into my sewer system. For the last three weeks the technician came out and just back washed without the knowledge that it needed to be put into the sewer system. Well existing foundation repairs had already been performed before the purchase of my home which is why I made sure that the back wash went into the sewer system. The technician showed up without any chemicals after I had already informed Tim the franchise owner that I was having a housewarming party on Saturday. There is a black algae bloom that he was made aware of that it needed to be taken care of. The previous week they shocked it and it looked beautiful for about four or five days which is to be expected for the plaster that needed to be repaired. Tim came out and showed me how to turn on my pool heater and explain to me that I needed new plastering and tile work done and repairing of my deck. When the tech came out and offered me his services outside of ASP as well also not being able to visually identify a huge bucket of algaecide tablets that were in my shed. The text showed up with zero chemicals to treat my pool to prepare it for my housewarming party. I supplied him with chlorine tablets and he found muriatic acid that he could dump into my pool. I had a new technician come out to quote me for my pool. The new text said I could paint the pool for about $1,200 and it could extend the life of my pool and get rid of the black algae bloom for 5 to 7 years. With proper maintenance. I would rather pay $200 a month plus chemicals at a discounted rate then pay ASP for non-existent service and no communication. Tim saw dollar signs and only communicated with me about replastering retiling and patching my deck for an estimate of 20k. The new pool tech is amazing. Please go look at Rob Mann. He was realistic and looking to save me money after a new home purchase. I would not recommend ASP to anyone. If Google would let me attach photos of the next day after the tech came out and "treated" my pool I would. Do yourself a favor, and avoid ASP pools. Beyond initial contact the owner Tim will not communicate with you unless it's about scheduling or talking to you about future work that is quite pricey to be done

Tim was professional, prompt and attentive to our pool repair. I had a leak near my salt generator. ASP fixed it promptly and for a very fair and reasonable price. I am very impressed with the work. Thanks, Justin Cole

I love my ASP weekly service! My water is so clean and clear most of the time. When I do have an issue, the techs help me understand what is happening and how to get it resolved. I love the reports that I get with chem levels, test results, and pics of my pretty water! Their prices are great and well worth it!

Horrible! The owner Tim rarely answer his phone, seldomly returns calls or replies to texts (poor customer service). Coupled with my pool turning green/infested with algae and remaining that way for almost 3 weeks; technicians lie in the reports they emailed after each cleaning about chemistry reading & the amount of chemicals they have added, how do I know? I took a pool sample to a locate pool supply company and got it tested after the last service because I knew something was not adding up when the tech reported that he added 10 lbs of Cal Hypo and the pool was still green after 24 hours. The test came back with 0 free & 0 total chlorine. I hate writing negative reviews but I also hate being take. advantage of and being out $750 for service that if done properly would have allowed us to enjoy our pool two weeks prior to and over the 4th of July weekend when we had family in town.
15 days after trying to reach Tim he texted the following; “ I certainly understand, Ryan. This has not been an ideal experience for you and I am sincerely sorry.”

We had to replace our liner early this year, called tim from ASP to come look. After installing the new vinyl liner he we were losing about 4-5 inches of water a day and couldn't get anyone from ASP to return our calls or come look at it. Come to find out the cutout of the jets was not correct and after hounding tims cell for a month he came and put a bandaid over it which i let it go because i was so tired of stesssing and asking for help. But now my vinyl liner at the main drain is starting to stretch out and you can move it with your feet underwater. Im waiting on another pool company to cime assess the situation and depending on if i need a new liner il be going to court.
