They also helped us control and minimize the cost to restore our home such that we did not have to file a claim. Highly recommend.

I was fortunate to meet Ross with ESR Disaster Hero in a workshop class I was hosting in Virginia.

Gavin and Cole did a great job of explaining the process of getting everything dry. Answered all our questions and arrived on time every day. Helped us keep the cost down to avoid filing a claim. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

They came out to our house in Okmulgee and drained our basement after it flooded. Gavin kept us informed of what was happening and how much it had went down. He even offered to let us leave and they would lock up for us so we could go to sleep.

Jason and Ross were quick, responsive, professional. Gavin and Cole were respectful of our property, excellent workers; we appreciated the team!

They answered quickly even though it was after 9pm on a Saturday. Rudolph was so kind and empathetic! Russ showed up and did the initial walk through that night!

Sunday morning Journey and Tyree showed up to get things going on drying out. These two young men have been AMAZING!
They went through all my concerns, took measurements, set up equipment, and came back the next day to re-test. They have been so professional. Arrived approx the time they said they’d be here. Treated my kids and animals with respect as well. Updated me on my progress and told me what to expect next. They sent me the photos of the damage for my insurance claims so I have them as well.

Led by supervisor Jason .... they promised careful work and communication when we faced a stressful issue at my dad's home . They were SO CAREFUL to do their surgery on our precious house w detailed conversations about what to expect . They worked around our availability schedule and explained the options to keep the house clean dry and safe while they removed the damaged areas . Such wonderful honest work ethic I have not seen in a long time - and it inspired me to get them bagels as a Thank You one of their many mornings dealing with the removal . Thank you also to Ross who helped at the end of their work stint and showed kindness and courtesy as I finished signing paperwork online .

I called ESR Disaster Hero on a Saturday morning, and they came out that same day to work on my house. Cole and Gavin were very professional, informative, and worked quickly to dry and disinfect the water damage. They always arrived on time for follow-ups and were trustworthy throughout the entire process. Most importantly, they made sure everything was done correctly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

We experienced a pretty substantial water leak during the week of Christmas. The guys from ESR Disaster Hero quickly came to our home. They worked until late at night to clean up the mess for several days. A big shout out to these young men: Gavin, Drew, and Cole. They were great!!
